Boona and Karst circle back around to the Deepening Hall (Boona and her mount, being quite large, move very fast!) She soon spots the backs of two of the stone elementals in the doorway to the chapel, clearly distracted.
Meanwhile, Bryony must choose what to do as two faceless rocky figures roll like boulders toward her – loosen her readied bow from her well-hidden spot? Wait for Honna? Or change plans?
The two galeb duhr in the doorway turn to glare at Boona, but do not otherwise react. One continues to watch Boona carefully as the other returns its attention to the interior of the chapel. They do not speak.
About two rounds remain before Honna will likely return, but Bryony may or may not be in immediate harm's way. (It's difficult to know what the rolling, sphere-like elementals intend to do in the bedroom, whether they have detected the presence of Bryony or simply headed in her direction. Bryony is well-hidden, but...)
Jurgen follows Boona through the Sparring Chamber.
Continuing his ritual (it takes 1 min), Jorzu listens for signs of trouble from the passageway. "Alaeddix, go and check on Bryony please. I'm worried things might sour very quickly" he directs his new Fey companion.
Alaeddix jumps to action, his tiny boots spout wings as he hovers for a second before flying, inches off the ground, towards the rocky tunnel.
"Stop," grumbles the stony figure flatly, but firmly, to Boona. "No entry." Jurgen and Hero appear behind Boona.
Meanwhile:
"On it, boss." Alaeddix flies through the crack and into the bedroom. Bryony is well-hidden, even from Alaeddix. Two boulder roll into the bedroom from the chapel before unrolling into faceless galeb duhrs. They don't speak. They don't seem to have mouths. Or eyes, for that matter.
(I posted in the Discord, but I'm not sure if you saw it or not. Bryony will use her held action from before to shoot at one of the galeb duhrs and then she was going to go back into the room with the others through the narrow passage where hopefully they can't reach her!)
Bryony is surprised to see the rocks rolling into the room instead of the snake lady, but she releases an arrow at one of the rocks anyway before dashing as quickly as she can back through the narrow passageway. When she notices that Boona and the others have left, probably to go back to the other entrance to the room where Fergus is currently a statue, Bryony will head that way too.
Action: Readied Shortbow Shot - 26 to hit (w/ advantage from Hide) for 7 piercing damage and 14 sneak attack damage.
Bryony thwacks the leading boulder (#3) with a well-aimed arrow, chipping off a sizable piece of rock (21 points of damage) but it barely slows it (these things are tough!) She slips through the crack to safety and is soon halfway through the armory.
Meanwhile, Boona gets right up into the face of galeb duhr #3. It doesn't flinch. Its partner turns again to face Boona. They close ranks, creating a solid wall of stone between Boona and the chapel. "No entry," it repeats, slowly.
(One more round until Jorzu, mid-ritual, has to drop his concentration on his Banishment spell. What's everyone doing?)
Boona stayed exactly where she was, not sure what exactly had happened in the room behind the rock things and who if anyone was still in danger.....she settled for attempting to stare down a rock.
Bryony sprints toward the other entrance to the room, finally coming up behind Jurgen and his mechanical friend. She is slightly out of breath, but she still has her blades in hand.
"Boona! Smash the rocks! They are very bad rocks! Fergus is in that room, and we have to get in there to help him," says the halfling. After a moment to catch her breath, she too will prepare herself to attack the galeb duhr.
Action: Dash (50 feet)

The galeb duhr stare back at Boona with unblinking stone eyes. "No entry," they say in unison, a wall of stone between Boona and the chapel.
The two stone creatures ready blows upon Boona, should she resort to violence or try to force her way past. Bryony soon comes running down the stairs, behind her.
Quinn and Jorzu can hear the rumble of stone and debris as the two faceless creatures in the bedroom attempt to plug the gap. Jorzu is still mid-ritual, even as his grasp on Honna begins to slip...
Boona begins to wail upon the first galeb duhr (#3). Her first swing connects, chipping off a modest piece of stone. This thing is, well, made of stone. It blinks back at her before unleashing a powerful swing of its own. It's comrade joins in, in perfect syncopation.
#3 Slam Melee Attack vs Boona: 18. Hit: 12 Bludgeoning damage #2 Slam Melee Attack vs Boona: 26. Hit: 14 Bludgeoning damage
Honna reappears, looking disoriented.
We're back in full initiative! Everyone but Boona may act! (We'll say Jorzu has two more rounds to finish his ritual.)
Jurgen advances on the first galeb duhr and casts green flame blade on his staff (11 to hit with 11 points of magical bludgeon damage, 4 points of poison damage, and 7 fire damage) in addition, fire strikes the one next to it, taking 13 points of fire damage.
Hero moves down to the south of Boona and attacks the one right in front of him (17 to hit with 6 points of force damage)
Instantly Jorzu knows his spell has ended. "She's back. Be careful" he says to anyone who can hear him. He continues the awkward and twisting hand movements hoping to regain some of his spent magic.
Meanwhile Alaeddix shoots back to his temporary masters side. "Well that's that then. They're filling the passage. What now?" His gruff little voice is very matter if fact. "You want me go and check on the others? It sounds like battle" to which Jorzu just nods. Alaeddix's winged footwear carry him off towards the hallway; "Aye boss" echoes back as he speeds away.
Honna glances around uncertainly. She spots Fergus and Laiti and nods with contemplative satisfaction. She only glances momentarily at Boona before turning her attention to the south bedroom. She points south and growls something in Terran.
Jurgen squeezes in between Karst and a dwarven statue to swing his green flame-dripping blade at the elemental, but it easily parries his blade with a thick arm of pure stone. Hero has to circle to the other side of Boona to find an opening, but has a little more luck, slamming galeb duhr #2 with its Force-Empowered Rend. Nevertheless, it is barely scratched from the impact.
Quinn may use his Dash to circle around behind Bryony if he chooses (or he may remain with Jorzu in the vault.) Jorzu nears completion of his lengthy ritual. (One more round to complete.)
One of the Galeb Duhr begins to pound noisily upon Boona, the other upon Hero:
Slam Attack vs. Boona: 18. Hit: 10 Bludgeoning damage. Slam Attack vs. Hero: 12. Hit: 11 Bludgeoning damage.
"Kneel! Kneel before this holy place and you will be spared!" shouts Honna at Boona and Hero as she strides forward.
With a deep rumble, two more faceless boulders loosen themselves from the choked stairway to the south and bound and bounce up the stairs under their own power. One slams into Boona, the other into Hero:
Avalanche Slam Attack vs. Boona: 24. Hit: 15 Bludgeoning damage, and Boona is knocked prone on a hit. Avalanche Slam Attack vs. Hero: 9. Hit: 16 Bludgeoning damage, and Hero is knocked prone on a hit.
Seeing Hero take a hard shot he instructs Hero to do a self repair (+14hp)
Jurgen again casts Green Flame on his staff and strikes out (16 to hit, 8 bludgeoning damage plus 6 poison plus 2 fire. and if that hit 11 fire to the one next to it.

Bryony was much smarter than Boona....so Boona did as bid.
She swung her maul at the nearest rock, with Karst beside her.
