The goblin bows low in response to Chadwick's greeting. "I am Yaleg, the Baker. Please come and peruse my pies. I have savory and sweet to meet any taste. Here is goose liver and sweetbreads," he begins pointing to the open drawers. "Cloud berry, sweet cream and purple custard." He gestures for you to come and examine them and enjoy their aroma.
You hear the familiar warbling in the background again. As you approach you can make out the sign post. It has two signs in bright orange letters, "Here" pointing the way you are traveling, and, "There" pointing back the way you have come.
“What will you accept in trade? We have coins, but from a realm that might not be familiar to you. Speaking of realms: who is the ruler of these lands?”
"Yaleg you are truly a master baker, these smell delicious. I would like to purchase one. What is a cloud berry, we don't have those from where we're from? (assuming) That sounds intriguing.
As my friend mentioned, since we aren't from around I don't know what a fair price is for such fine baked goods."
Chadwick moves to inspect the pies and enjoy their delicious aromas. While doing so the cream pie flies up into his face, hitting him squarely and covering him in gooey, sweet cream.
A loud snicker and stifled laugh are heard from above the cart.
Chadwick steps back, sighs, then takes off his helmet glancing up to see if he can see the source of the laughing.
If not, he'll give it a rinse with some water from his water skin. Giving the goblin a flat look while he does.
"Tyr grant me the humility and patience to deal with these people of a different place and cultural.
The few interactions we've had with the inhabitants of this place seems to indicate that you all love a good practical joke. What is this land called, and who rules here?"
Yaleg responds while offering a cloth, "You are in the Feywild, good sir! We are all subjects of Titania, the Queen of Air and Light." There is a trumpeting warble like you have been hearing from atop the cart as a small dragon with a butterfly's wings appears. It has a natural grin on its face and it looks down onto Chadwick and the rest of you. Yaleg sees the little dragon and makes a shooing gesture. It hops into the air and hovers above you.
Titania is the Queen of the Faeries, also known as the Queen of Air and Light. She rules the Feywild and all servants of nature pay her homage. Her rule is absolute and at times capricious. Always remaining in her good graces is the best strategy. She rules from her palace called the Seelie Court that moves about in the Feywild depending upon the season.
As a mirror image, there is the Unseelie Court. This is ruled by the Queen of Darkness. The Unseelie court represents the evil side of the faerie world.
Yaleg responds to Starker, "No. I am a humble pie merchant. I am hoping to arrive There soon, to make it for the Faire and sell my pies. Perhaps you and your company would enjoy another of my creations?"
The faerie dragon responds to Gneuman's attention gleefully. It continues to warble along with his song as he plays until Yaleg mentions his pies. It then flitters over to the top of his cart and gazes longingly at the cloud berry pie sitting out.
Yaleg replies to Hoid, "I can see. Sometimes the paths are difficult. You expect to go There, but end up Here. Then you come Here but end up Somewhere Else altogether!" He makes another shooing gesture. The faerie dragon stands his ground and hisses at the goblin before returning to his longing gaze at the pies.
To the goblin: "If someone wanted to leave the Feywild, how would you go about doing that?"
After his reply (I'm assuming the pie merchant won't know)
"The dragon seems really interested in your pies. Can I buy one for it without it ending up on my face?"
To the group: "If we continue to explore this maze the chances of finding our way back drops with every turn we make. Do we want to continue exploring, or head back and see if we make it back through the way we came in?
Learning more about this plane might help us answer some of our other questions."
Starker: “I am intrigued by this realm and would fain continue to explore it. I can, however, offer no rationale other than my desire to sate my nigh-insatiable curiosity, and so will defer to those of you who have less idiosyncratic justifications for your preference.”
To the goblin: "If someone wanted to leave the Feywild, how would you go about doing that?"
"Why not return the way you came?," he seems confused. "There are many ways to travel between worlds. Most involve magic." He looks about the group and his gaze rests upon Starker and Cyrrus. "You look to be magicky. How would you leave?"
"The dragon seems really interested in your pies. Can I buy one for it without it ending up on my face?"
"Well, of course good sir," the goblin replies cheerily. "That was the dragon's doing, by the way," he says while displaying his wares. "They are two pies for a gold coin. But," he pauses to scratch his chin, "I can do one for each of you AND one for the monkey and the dragon for three coins." Cyrrus and the dragon look up with widened eyes at this.

Gneuman begins to play an energetic, uplifting tune on his staff flute. Because, why not?
The faerie dragon lands lightly on the end of Gneuman’s staff flute and warbles along with his tune.
“Do you have commerce with Faerun?”
"Hello, little friend! Aren't you magnificent!"
Gneuman continues to play.
"Titania...Feywild" Chadwick mutters a few times trying to remember what he learned about about the Fey and their gods in his religious studies.

I wasn't sure if it would be religion or history, but it's the same bonus either way.
If he can't remember he'll ask Krager and see if between the two of them they can recall anything (since Chris said he might not be available).

“Well spotted, Purveyor of Pies! Permit me to ponder …”
Starker thinks his thinkee thoughts on matters Arcane.
