If door survives Chadwick’s attempt Starker will cast Knock, using Cyrus as his intermediary to touch the door, this leaving Starker in the middle of the marching order.
Kragen to Chadwick. "Propose you use the Storm Forged Halbred to reach in and touch the floor to see if a trap is activated by motion of physical touch. If it does not, then i will use this cloak" frowns at is as he flurishes it "to attempt to avoid another one."
Kragen sees Chadwicks reaction and moves to flank him. Then politely moves him over a bit, sticks his head in the doorway (with those funny googles on) and looks both up and down the corridor, looking for signs or differences from their last saunter down this area. Looking for signs of the Beer covering the floor or other odd characteristics. His feet stay firmly planted behind the threshold on the circular room side.
Using Perception check as unable to investigate up close.
Perception Check = 19
If Kragen doesn't notice anything. He then tells the group "I'll go in using the wall as my entry point and go check the Barrel Storage room with secret door."
Kragen looks oddly at the wall and walks up it on the right side of the threshold, now being parallel with the floor, turns and begins to walk around the door threshold. Once on the other side of the threshold (now on the interior of the corridor, about 4' up the wall). Now he should be standing on the door (assuming it opened in and to the left), takes the Fey Wardens Glaive which had been strapped to his back, and props the butt end where the floor end and corridor wall starts, then rests the glaive head on the door (intent is to secure the door open using the glaive, in the event a trap is sprung). Once the glaive has secured the door (or so i think), i move west on the north corridor wall until i reach the opening to the barrel storage room.
Will continue to post actions after i hear the response.
All of Kragen’s actions are completed. Nothing seems different from the last time you were here except the lamp is no longer lit. None of the bodies of the beer ghouls are seen.
The door to the left and the room with the captives is closed.
Kragen looks back detecting another humanoid approach. Looking surprised, if you can with googles on.
”You continue to surprise me Drow! I may have judged your kind unjustly. Perchance do you have better trap and door opening capabilities than I? It will take me 10 minutes however all I can muster would be to see if the door or area has been imbued with arcane properties.”
then moves out of his way allowing him access to the door.
then moves out of his way allowing him access to the door.
(( There is no door into the room storing the barrels and casks. The hallway deadends into the room. There is a door leading to the room where the captives were held. That door is closed. ))

We know where the secret door is located in the adjacent room, correct?
Xymox, perched gracefully on the wall like some silk-draped spider, casts a sidelong glance at Kragen—whose goggled expression of surprise is as subtle as a dwarven hymn in a glasshouse.
“Surprise is the proper currency of the Underdark, Kragen. I merely spend it where it counts.”
He inches closer to the open archway, never once touching the floor below—a floor that already tried to kill them once. His fingers trail along the stone beside him, reading the space like a quiet sonnet.
“No door, no obvious ward, just an open wound in the wall daring us to step through. That’s always the most elegant kind of trap.”
His voice lowers, thoughtful now, almost amused.
“Let me feel the air, the tension in the stone. Some places hum when they’re waiting to be violated.”
He offers Kragen a half-smile, sharp and fleeting.
“And as for your shifting opinion of my kin… just be sure you’re not confusing usefulness with trustworthiness. They rarely share the same footing.”
With that, Xymox begins to move, gliding silently along the wall’s curve toward the secret door, his cloak whispering behind him like a rumor best left unspoken.

Yes. Unless repaired.
You will need to find an expert armorer to do that.
Chadwick will attempt to bust down the door.
Str check-21
If door survives Chadwick’s attempt Starker will cast Knock, using Cyrus as his intermediary to touch the door, this leaving Starker in the middle of the marching order.
The door is solid. You will need to destroy it to force your way through.
Starker casts Knock. A very loud KNOCK raps upon the door and it opens.
The hallway beyond is dark. The lamp in the barrel storage room is out. The door to the left is closed.
Kragen to Hoid and Chadwick ahead "Stating the obvious here... assume all of the traps are reset somehow with obvious changes, proceed with caution."
Kragen to Chadwick. "Propose you use the Storm Forged Halbred to reach in and touch the floor to see if a trap is activated by motion of physical touch. If it does not, then i will use this cloak" frowns at is as he flurishes it "to attempt to avoid another one."
Chadwick reaches through the door with the halberd and raps upon the floor. You wait. Nothing noticeable happens.

The door to the left and the room with the captives is closed.
Kragen continues his "walk on the wall" to the west and the door to the tainted beer storage room. Cursory review of the door, without touching it.
Perception Check 17 + 24 (advantage on rolls)
Kragen moves along the hallway wall to the storeroom full of casks and barrels. His search turns up nothing of note.
The lamp is no longer lit. The bodies of the beer ghouls are no longer here.
Xymox will follow Kragen in much the same manner. If, for any other reason, to make sure that nothing happens to him. :P
perception check: Natural 20 (Total 26)
The Spider Men walk down the walls. The lamp is out. The bodies are missing. Everything else looks the same.
Kragen looks back detecting another humanoid approach. Looking surprised, if you can with googles on.

Chadwick peers into the room "So should the rest of use follow you now?"
The location of the secret door in the room with casks and barrels is known to The Company.
