Starker and Trolkarl both damage the golem. It continues to press its attack.
The Alewight points to another barrel near Chadwick, it erupts in a cloud of toxic foam encompassing Chadwick and Hoid. DC 15 DEX save for each, Hoid fails with a 14 (Rolled 9, +3 for Paladin aura, +2 for Bless). Hoid is now Blinded.
Apparently I posted the wrong text for relentless avenger. The important part that got left out was "When you hit a creature with an Opportunity Attack, you can reduce the creature’s Speed to 0 until the end of the current turn."
So shouldn't golem 2 have been been prevented from attacking the others?
It used an attack, not movement after you AoO. It seems technical but that was my reasoning.

I went back and read my post. Looks like it did move before using its ability. There is no way to unwind it now. I will remember for the future. Sorry.

Xymox moves 10 feet up and perches on the side of the wall. He casts BANE as a second level spell on The Alewright, the two beer ghouls in the middle and the Fermentation golem next to them. He will then give Heroic inspiration to Chadwick...
Xymox, perches along the wall like some elegant arachnid, curls a lip at the churning, ale-slick floor below.
“A battlefield should challenge my wits, not my boots.”
With a graceful step upward, he uses Spider Climb to ascend higher, anchoring himself on a stable stretch of wall above the fray. From his elevated perch, he draws a single smooth note across his violin, the sound trailing with arcane resonance.
His gaze locks onto Chadwick, who is in the thick of it and already bleeding from both spirit and body.
“For Tyr and vengeance, I know—but consider adding flair.” Bardic Inspiration granted.
Then, with a flick of the wrist, Xymox casts a thread of shadowed magic into the room. It slithers through the air like black smoke, curling toward Bergun the Alewight, a Fermentation Golem, and a the two nearby Beer Ghouls, wrapping around their heads and arms with subtle, insidious weight.
“Let’s see how precise their strikes are with a bit luck working against them.”
When Xymox retreats from the Fermentation Golem, it strikes out with a Reaction. To hit = 24 for 15 bludgeoning damage. Xymox is covered with with cursed brew, DC 14 CON save = 12 (7, +2 bless, +3 near Chadwick) and fails. Xymox at Disadvantage on next attack roll.
Xymox then completes his action by casting Bane on several targets while inspiring Chadwick. Chadwick gains a 1d8 Bardic Inspiration die. DC15 CHA saves for the undead, only The Alewight succeeds with a 17 (8+9).
Kraken sees that his brother (from another dwarf mother) has gone on a blinder from the Pale Alewight’s fermented horse piss and is now blackout! Moves to his 6, placing a hand on his shoulder and handing him some extra strength ephedrine and a swig of potent pediaholywater.

each undead within 30 ft is censured and must make a DC14 Wisdom save. If fail, it has the frightened and incapacitated condition for 1 minute and moves as far away. Whenever you use Turn Undead, any Undead that fails its savings throw takes 3d8 radiant damage.
“Your skanky, weak brew shall no longer haunt this high strung, taurine fueled town! Tyr doth disliketh your foul drank, to the bottom shelf with you!”
The power of Tyr is weak here. The Alewight has suffused the chamber with much necrotic energy. All of the undead succeed at the saving throw (with Advantage and bonuses, minus Bane effects for those affected) except for BeerGhoul 54.
Several of the beer ghouls and a Fermentation Golem close on Hoid, Kragen and Xymox. All attack. All miss.
Fermentation Golem 2 moves and strikes at Starker, to hit = 24, for 9 bludgeoning damage. Starker makes a DC14 CON save = 11 after being splashed with caustic ale, failing. Next attack is Disadvantaged.
Bergun exclaims while waving his tankard, "Perhapsh we NEED to c..c..c..cool thingsh down a BITTT!" The nozzles in a 15' radius begin to spray Toxic Brew over all of you. All make a DC14 CON save vs poison. Starker and Xymox fail, each taking 7 necrotic damage and are now Poisoned. Xymox concentration save = 4. Bane is now ended.
Fermentation Golem3 closes on Kragen and attacks with Advantage, missing.
18 to hit (including 1 for bless), 22 damage (rolled 11, adjusted one die from 2 to 3, 8 more for trip attack, 3 more for great weapon).
15 to hit (including 4 for bless, second roll for advantage in case ghoul is prone was lower), 13 damage (rolled 8, adjusted one die from 1 to 3, 3 more for great weapon). If miss: 3 damage for graze. If hit, another 6 for trip attack (19 total).
Action surge
20 to hit (including 4 for bless, contingent advantage roll was lower), 20 damage (rolled 11, adjusted 1 to 3, 3 more for great weapon, 6 for trip attack).
21 to hit (including 3 for bless, contingent advantage roll was lower), 24 damage (rolled 13, 3 more for great weapon, 8 for menacing attack, using strength , DC 15 wisdom).
Menacing attack: When you hit a creature with an attack roll, you can expend one Superiority Die to attempt to frighten the target. Add the Superiority Die to the attack’s damage roll. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or have the Frightened condition until the end of your next turn.
If the ghoul is destroyed before the final attack, apply any subsequent attack to ghoul 53.
Hoid's initial attack lands and successfully trips the beer-ghoul. His follow up attack, with Superiority Die added, also hits. The beer-ghoul remains active. Action Surge is used and the third attack hits and destroys Beer-Ghoul52 without use of additional dice.
Fourth attack on Beer-Ghoul53 also hits for 24 total damage. Menacing Attack changed to Trip Attack since it is common knowledge undead are immune to fear effects. It fails its save and is now prone.
Summary: All four attacks hit. Three Superiority Dice used. Beer-Ghoul52 destroyed, Beer-Ghoul53 damaged and Prone.
The Alewight continues to set off barrels into exploding clouds of toxic ale. Following Hoid's attack, another explodes encompassing Hoid, Kragen and Xymox. DC14 DEX save to avoid being blinded, Xymox fails (rolled a 1) and is now Blinded.
The Alewight then acts. He smashes into Kragen with his Rotting Tankard Slam while yelling, "Your powersh of radiansh have no place here, priesht!," to hit = 24 for 11 bludgeoning plus 9 necrotic damage as his foul ale sloshes over. DC15 CON save = 17, success. No further effect.
Beer-Ghoul51 closes and attacks Kragen as well, to hit = 24 (nat 20) for a critical hit inflicting 18 bludgeoning damage and 10 necrotic damage.
Starker is currently Poisoned, has Disadvantage on his next attack roll and is next to act.
Starker’s Fireball provides a familiar orange/red glow to the fight. The undead are all harmed by the spell to differing degrees. As he moves out of the room, the nearby golems strikes with an AoO, to hit = 13. A miss.

Did the fire bolt sizzle or fizzle?
The Fire Bolt damaged the golem.

or, if you character doesn’t speak Draconic, then Starker screaches and howls and whistles and clicks incomprehensibly.
