Magic action: Throwing bead of force over the golem at the X spot. Ideally, including ghoul 53 along with Golem 3 and the Alewight. While excluding Kragen.
This small black sphere measures 3/4 of an inch in diameter and weighs an ounce. Typically, 1d4 + 4 Beads of Force are found together.
You can take a Magic action to throw the bead up to 60 feet. The bead explodes in a 10-foot-radius Sphere on impact and is destroyed. Each creature in the Sphere must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 5d4 Force damage. A sphere of transparent force then encloses the area for 1 minute. Any creature that failed the save and is completely within the area is trapped inside this sphere. Creatures that succeeded on the save or are partially within the area are pushed away from the center of the sphere until they are no longer inside it. Only breathable air can pass through the sphere’s wall. No attack or other effect can pass through.
An enclosed creature can take a Utilize action to push against the sphere’s wall, moving the sphere up to half the creature’s Speed. The sphere can be picked up, and its magic causes it to weigh only 1 pound, regardless of the weight of creatures inside.
Trolkarl deploys a Bead of Force behind Fermentation Golem3. The golem succeeds on its save and is moved outside of the radius of the sphere of force that springs up in a 10'-radius from where the bead landed. The Alewight seems to have been affected by the sphere, but then is transported outside of its effect as well. (1 use of succeeding a saving throw that otherwise should have failed.) Beer Ghoul 53 fails its save and is buffeted by the sphere and engulfed inside of it, taking 12 force damage.
Made two concentration checks for hunters mark, both succeeded.

The beer-ghouls are Restrained by the webs. The Alewight and the Fermentation Golem succeed in their saves and are not restrained.

Fementation Golem1 attacks Xymox with Advantage, to hit = 27 (critical hit) for 23 bludgeoning damage. Xymox is knocked unconscious and falls of the wall to the floor.
Two beer ghouls enter the flooded room from the hallway steps on the other side. Both see Starker and close in on him. Moving through the cursed ale does not seem to slow them down at all.
Fermentation Golem2 attacks Chadwick with Advantage, to hit = 22 for 6 bludgeoning damage. Chadwick succeeds at a DC14 DEX save after being covered in foul ale.
Spirits of the Brew arise from a foul water barrel beside Kragen and reach out to grasp him. DC15 STR check to avoid is successful (22, nat 20).
Fermentation Golem3 attacks Hoid with Advantage, to hit = 25 for 16 bludgeoning damage. DC14 CON save after being doused with cursed brew is successful. It then moves to the square where Xymox is unconscious.
26 to hit (including 3 for bless), 14 damage (1 converted to 3, 3 more for great weapon), 4 damage for trip attack (18 total).

The first time you hit with a melee weapon attack during this spell's duration, your weapon rings with thunder that is audible within 300' of you. The attack deals an additional 2d6 thunder damage to the target. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 STR saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away from you and knocked prone.

The Alewight advances on Hoid, succeeding at a DC13 DEX save to avoid being entangled by the Web. He then uses his Alewave ability, spewing forth a 30-ft cone of cursed foam and pressure. DC16 DEX saves for all in the area. Hoid and Chadwick save, taking 6 Force damage. Trolkarl and Kragen fail, taking 12 Force damage and pushed back 15'. Hoid concentration save is successful. Kragen concentration save successful.

Starker casts fireball l3, carving out the only 4 party members in AoE (the exquisitely chosen AoE). As I read the map, this misses Xymox and Trokarl. All bad guys are in AoE except the Fermentation Golem nearest Xymox.
