(Should fire damage on the crit to Zeds be doubled as well?)
Zeds curses loudly upon being hit, the smell of singed hair worrying him - Looking this good ain't easy without a proper head of hair! Still, wanting to focus on putting one of these things down instead of spreading the damage all over, Zeds continues to focus his attacks on Flame Spirit 2...
First Shortsword Attack: 9 plus 4 from Bless for 13to hit for 9 piercing damage Bonus Action Shortsword Attack: 13 plus 3 from Bless for 16to hit for 10piercing damage And if either attacks hit, the first to do so does an additional 6damage from Sneak Attack.
Flame Spirit 4 attacks Ixsas Attack: 24 Damage: 9 On hit 2 fire damage
Since the flame spirit was completely unaffected by Ixsas's spell, it moves to strike faster than he expected. The flame spirit flits to the side and is able to reach past Ixsas's shield to strike him -- hard -- right in the face. Ixsas staggers back, his ears ringing. Thankfully, with his headscarf covering most of his face, he was not badly burned by the attack.
(CON saving throw vs. DC 10 to maintain concentration: 23. I applied the bonus from Bless. I think that bonus applies to CON saves for concentration, even on concentration to keep that spell itself running.)

Round 4: Ixsas
Followers of Ixsas are taught to expect pain because "the light of knowledge and growth can only be found through the fires of pain and suffering." Ixsas steadies himself, and he maintains concentration on Bless.
Frustrated, Ixsas shouts, "Begone foul spirits! May Kossuth's Flame reclaim you!" Since these restless spirits seemed completely unfazed by necrotic damage, he again calls forth Kossuth's Sacred Flame. While he tries to defend himself with his shield, he also gestures with his free hand, causing the radiant spear to strike at the spirit again.
Movement: Ixsas remains by the east side of the ring, trying to keep part of the wagon between him and Flame Spirit #4. Action: Cast spell Sacred Flame at FS#4, DEX 14 save (with no benefit from cover) or target takes damage: 6 (Radiant). Bonus Action: attack FS#4 with Spiritual Weapon and bonus from Bless: 15, Damage: 11 force (Move the weapon up to 20 feet and repeat the attack against a creature within 5 feet of it.) Free Action: Talking
Given how much damage we've done to Flame Spirit #2, I don't think that it's possible for Ixsas to kill his Flame Spirit this round. But if he does, he would target his next attack at the nearest Flame Spirit within range (probably FS#5).
Flame spirit 2 and 3 take 9 cold damage - rolled in game log.
Flame Spirit 4 takes not 4 radiant, but 8 as it is vulnerable to radiant damage. It is also struck by the glowing spear.
Zeds bonus action also hits injuring Flame Spirit 2 making it almost insubstantial as most of it has crumbled into nothingness. From your estimate a good hit or 2 will end Flame Spirit 2.
Zeds ducks the attack at him successfully enough but is chagrined to see his target of choice running away. He preferred to down his targets so that they can't return but he's not sure chasing after it is all that wise. Instead he switches targets to Flame Spirit 3 and attacks them instead...
Shortsword Attack: 11 +4 from Bless for 15 to hit for 10 piercing damage
Bonus Action Shortsword Attack: 17 +4 from Bless for 21 to hit for 10 piercing damage
Plus 9 Sneak Attack damage IF there's an ally within 5' of Flame Spirit 3 and one of the above hits...
**edited 'cause I forgot Bless as always... rolled 4 for both... nice.**
Flame Spirit 2 uses the disengage action and retreats to the east by 30 ft.
((OOC: @Weathervision - Did you mean retreat to the west? It looks like your most recent battle map has expired, but IIRC, the flame spirits entered the circle from the west. Zeds and Ironthar were near the west side of the circle with FS#2 and FS#3, and Ixsas and Krackle were at the east side of the circle, fighting FS#4 and FS#5.
Did FS#2 move east, putting it close to Ixsas and Krackle? Or did FS#2 disengage and retreat to the west, back the way it came?))

((That was my first reaction as well but not quickly finding the map, and not remembering for sure if left was marked west or not, I just figured retreating means back the way they came and went with it...))
It's vicious attack, but Ixsas manages to get his shield between him and the flame spirit. As its fist thuds harmlessly against his shield, Ixsas feels the heat of the flames that flare up on the other side.
Seeing the effect of the Light of Kossuth on the undead, Ixsas realizes that his approached this fight wrong. These spirits are tougher than he expected, and he probably should have channeled Kossuth's power as soon as they entered the circle. But at this point, it seems better to save his strength in case there's another wave of them coming.
Ixsas calls on the spear to attack the spirit in front of him again. If that doesn't kill it, he again calls down Kossuth's sacred flame.
Ixsas calls out to the other caravanners: "Get back! You can use bows or spears to attack the spirits, but don't get close to them. Don't worry about the remaining fires." Does it look like they managed to put out any of the fires yet?

Ironthar would blink from beside Zed and appear near the fire spirits attacking Faelsin and the caravaners. He let loose a dragon’s breath again at it.

Did a bit more reading and yes, the fire damage is doubled as well.

Yep Ixsas is able to maintain his spell. Now what are your actions?
