4 bullywugs look at the fleeing lizardfolk but the poisoned bullywug seeing the blood of their leader on Zeds and Serge's blade does not have him convinced. A word from him has most staying.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 9: Ixsas
((OOC: it looks like Ixsas is still there near the stall of the giant lizard whom Serge had calmed. I'm assuming that the stalls are just bolted shut like a modern horse stall. If not, I may need to adjust this action.))
Ixsas suggests, "Krackle, blast them and then fall back into the room and out of the way of the door!" He doesn't want to get trapped in this building, but he doesn't think that blasting a bunch of little bullywugs with a fireball in the main ward of the castle is a good idea either. Their fight with the bullywugs just started a minute ago, and they need a little time for the lizardfolk to get involved. An open display of that kind of power might just unify the whole garrison against the party.
What the party wanted was a chaotic riot between the lizardfolk and bullywugs so that they could get to Dralmorrer's tower undisturbed in the chaos. The lizardfolk seemed to be the ones managing the giant lizards, and what the lizardfolk said gave him an idea about how they might start that kind of riot...
First, Ixsas directs directs his spear of light to attack the bullywugs trying to get into the stable. Then he says, "Serge! Look out! I'm going to give them something else to think about." As he says that, Ixsas steps just to the side of the door to the giant lizard's stall (so that it's not blocking the door himself nor positioned "behind" it), and Serge sees Ixsas grasp the stall's bolt / latch in his free hand.
Movement: If he's not already there, move to the front of the stall with the giant lizard whom Serge had calmed. Bonus Action: Move his spear of light 20-ft from where it was (adjacent to Pharblex) to the middle of the open double-doors. Then cause the weapon to stab at the bullywug with the token "poisoned": 22, Damage: 8 (Force) Action: Ready an action to throw open the door to the stall with the giant lizard that Serge had previously talked to. Trigger: as soon Krackle has moved out of the way of the open door. Free Action: Talking
Reaction: The first time it looks like one of the bullywugs (or the giant lizard) is going to hit Ixsas, he'll use Warding Flare to impose disadvantage on the attack.
Ixsas's Ready action does not trigger as Krackle has not moved.
(OOC: Hm. Yeah. Hopefully that was @Wreckzors's intention and not just an accidental omission on Krackle's turn. I should have been more general with that trigger so that Ixsas would have the option to act after Krackle took his turn, whether he moved or not. I'll have to remember that in the future.)
Taking the hint from Ixsas, Serge moves out of the way from the lizard's stall and tries to get out of its line of sight. He takes the dodge action this round.
He sighs. "I'm good for maybe ten or twelve of them, but I think you guys are going to need to kill the rest...".

Zeds had been attempting to hide (stealth 23, I believe) so from his hopefully hidden position he will take a show with his shortbow, aiming at Invisible Bullywug.
Shortbow Attack vs Invisible: 19to hit for 11damage plus 4Sneak Attack damage... (adv didn't help much. Rolled 11 on both dice. lol)
Zeds then shifts his position so as to be able to use his Bonus Action to hide again... Stealth: 15

Round 10: Ixsas
When the bullywugs quick surround the giant lizard and kill it, he says, "It's no good. The giant lizards don't stand a chance until the lizardfolk join the fight." He sees Zeds fell one of the bullywugs with a precise-shot.
Ixsas asks Krackle, "Do you still have some flame breath left?" He gestures to the three bullywugs clustered just outside the doors (OOC: the ones with tokens marked deafened, concentration, and hasted)) and then he moves so that he can see through the door. He directs his radiant spear to strike the prone-token bullywug and, seeing that attack hit, he follows up with the same cantrip that was so effective against Pharblex.
Then Ixsas moves back to the stall of the giant lizard that he released last round. If he can make it into the stall, he'll try to end the round behind some cover before more any of the bullywugs make it into the stables.
Movement: Move east (down on the map) 10-ft so that he can see his target without getting close enough for it to reach him. Then, use the remaining 20-ft of his movement to fall back toward (and into?) the now-empty stall of the giant lizard he released last round. Bonus Action: attack the prone-token bullywug with Spiritual Weapon: 26, Damage: 6 (Force) (both rolls in game log) He moved the weapon to the middle of the doors last round, so the prone-token bullywug should be within its range. Action: Cast spell Crackling of the Final Flames at the same prone-token bullywug DC 15 WIS save or the prone-token bullywug takes damage: 11 (Necrotic) since it is not at its Max HP Free Action: Talking
Reaction: The first time it looks like one of the creatures is going to hit Ixsas, he'll use Warding Flare to impose disadvantage on the attack.
Relieved that bullywugs haven't yet swarmed them but still recognizing this doesn't look like it has a diplomatic solution, Serge steps 10' north and 5' west, then casts lightning lure at the 'deafened' bullywug.
The foe must succeed on a DC 14 STR save, or it is pulled into range with Serge and takes 10lightning damage when it arrives. On a success, there is no effect.

Krackle is up.
((OOC: @Wreckzors - current status based on this map. Zeds killed the invisible-token bullywug. All of the other bullywugs around the door are still in the same position, including that tightly-clustered group of 3 bulllywugs at the "bottom" of the door. Zeds is hidden. Serge has moved 2-squares up and 1-square right. Ixsas ended his turn up and to the right from his starting position on the map, at or in the now-vacant Giant Lizard stall.))
