Ixsas is pleased that he was able to destroy one of the Gargoyles defending Dralmorrer, but he sees the other one bite Thrax. He says, "Seraphina, Thrax needs your help!" Then he continues to focus on destroying the remaining gargoyle near Thrax and Zeds.
If Seraphina revives Thrax, Ixsas shouts to the dragonborn as he stands: "Thrax, can you grab the enemy and hold him still for Zeds?!"

Concentration: Guidance on Zeds round 5 of 10 Spiritual Weapon: Round 2 of 10 (no concentration required)
Reaction: The first time it looks like one of the creatures is going to hit Ixsas, he'll use Warding Flare to impose disadvantage on the attack.
(Zeds is delaying as long as possible before attacking, waiting to see if Thrax rises once more... He's more deadly when he has another threat as a distraction.)
The blonde girl gives the kossuthan a firm nod and hurries over to save the fallen red dragonborn warrior, calling on the divine moonlight of her mistress to revive her rescuer.
Moving up along the east wall until she can see Thrax. Healing light on Thrax: 1
Seraphina then continues to rain moonfire upon the remaining statues.
Starting with Red Moonfire: 15 Force: 12 Moonfire: 18 Force: 14
Thrax drops to one knee, head swimming on the cusp of collapse. Before he can completely fall, he is roused to something like consciousness by Seraphina's healing, the divine warmth piecing his fading awareness back together. Someone's indistinct voice echoes from the south of the chamber, and he finds it difficult to isolate its origin, but the words carry enough sense to rally him.
The red dragonborn stows his axe, and instead lunges for the cult leader who has inflicted such pain on him and his newfound allies. "Slimy worm!" Thrax rasps, the corded muscles of his shoulders and biceps snapping around Dralmorrer, in an effort to seize him in his grasp.
ACTION: Grapple on Dralmorrer. Athletics: (22, 12) Extra Attack. If first grapple was successful, unarmed strike. To hit: (16, 15) Damage: 4 Otherwise another grapple attempt. Athletics: (18, 24) BONUS ACTION: None. MOVEMENT: None. OTHER: Disadvantage due to Dralmorrer's dodge action.
Extra Attack. If first grapple was successful, unarmed strike. To hit: (16, 15)
(OOC: Note that if Thrax's first grapple was successful, Dralmorrer's speed is 0, and he no longer gains the benefits of Dodge. Therefore, the unarmed roll for extra attack would not be at disadvantage and would be a 16.)
If Dralmorrer is grappled (and I am kind of assuming he is) then Zeds would attempt to knock him unconscious with the hilt of his short sword, first by clunking it down on the back of his head and then using the second to basically whack his temple if need be...
Action Short Sword non-lethal attack: 10to hit for 7piercing damage Bonus Action non-lethal attack: 23 to hit for 10piercing damage Sneak Attack: 11additional damage if either attacks hit.
With the enemy captured, hopefully, Zeds turns to face the blue gargoyle. "Your boy is ours now. Surrender or we kill him!" (Persuasion: Nat 20 for 28... though no idea if they speak common, care if he dies, or what so *shrug*)
Thrax roars as the ecstasy of victory rushes over him. He cinches one massive bicep around Dralmorrer's throat as Zeds gets the final blow, the hilt of the small unscaled's blade cracking on the cult leader's temple. "Your cult will fall." The dragonborn growls into Dralmorrer's ear as he loses unconsciousness. "Tiamat will never rule."
However, before he can fully enjoy the triumph, he watches as Zeds is cut down by the last remaining gargoyle. A hiss of steam escapes the dragonborn's nares and he tosses Dralmorrer on to the floor - not hard enough to hurt him, but without any sense of care for the cult leader's welfare. In the same heartbeat, he strides directly into the bonfire. Flames lick at his blood-stained, tattered scales, but the raging fire might as well be a candlelight under his palm for all the harm it does him. His massive silhouette blazes against the firelight as he lunges again, arm outstretched and claws outspread, aiming for the gargoyle's throat.
If successful, he will drag the stone monstrosity into the flames and prepares to skewer it.
OTHER: Release Dralmorrer onto the floor. MOVEMENT: 5ft north-east, into the bonfire. ACTION: Grapple on Blue Gargoyle. Athletics: 24. If successful, he pulls the Gargoyle into the bonfire. Extra Attack. If it fails, grapple again and do the same. Athletics: 16. Otherwise, Javelin melee attack. To hit: 12 Damage: 8 BONUS ACTION: None.
((Thrax has the Dragonborn species trait Chromatic Warding which was used before climbing the third floor. It grants him immunity to fire damage for 1 minute.))
