((OOC: FYI - the Silence does not reach the party. It basically only reaches far enough to encompass the big G on the map. At this point, the only creatures in the AoE are the 3 at the top left and the one marked with the skull.))

Serge steps out from the stairs, brandishing his longsword. He moves first to the space where the now deceased orange had been and strikes once at purple.
Longsword Attack: 18 Slashing Damage: 11
If the bullywug survives, he strikes at it again. If purple falls, he instead strikes at blue/concentration.
Longsword Attack: 26 Slashing Damage: 12
If one or both are still upright, he will hold where he is. If both fall, he will circle around to get between Zeds and most of the other bullywugs with the rest of his movement (somewhere SE of blue/concentration).

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Round 1: Ixsas
Ixsas had hoped to make this fight silent, but he acts a little too quickly for his friends. Pharblex slips away, and Ixsas says, "Too late: he's fleeing into the Giant Lizard stables." But maybe that's good. As far as Ixsas could tell, the lizardfolk were the ones handling the giant lizards. Can Pharblex get past the beasts?
They need to get through that door and catch Pharblex before he gets away entirely. Since Ixsas went a little too fast this time, he decides that it's up to him to end this fight quickly. Seeing Serge surge past him and clear the way of bullywugs, Ixsas moves forward (west and south) to near the center of the room. He raises his holy symbol, and a bright light flares out, filling the room with a brilliance like sunlight and burning the bullywugs with its radiance.
Movement: Move 30-feet. He wants to end his movement in the spot just north of the skull-token bullywug. From that position, the Radiance of the Dawn should hit all of the remaining bullywugs. If he can get into position without getting close to the prone-token bullywug, he will. But he's also willing to risk an opportunity attack from that bullywug to get into position. Action: Channel Divinity, Radiance of the Dawn Each hostile creature within 30' (that doesn't have total cover) takes damage: 16 (radiant), or half damage (8) if they pass a DC 15 CON saving throw. Free Action: Talking
((OOC: AFAICT, Radiance of the Dawn just requires him to present his holy symbol, but if he must also say a prayer, he will drop his concentration on Silence first. Otherwise, Ixsas maintains concentration on his spell for now. He's not sure whether the Silence is helping the party since most of the fighting so far has taken place outside of that area.)
Reaction: After Ixsas invokes the Radiance of Dawn, the first time it looks like one of the bullywugs is going to hit him, he'll use Warding Flare to impose disadvantage on the attack.
((OOC: Ugh! Some lucky saves there by the bullywugs. Still, we're down to 4-on-4, and the remaining bullywug guards are "severely injured." We still may be able to catch up to Pharblex if Krackle can take out some of the remaining 4.))
Krackle mutters a few words of draconic under his breath before smoke begins to billow from his nostrils. He then attempts to move breath a wave of flame towards as many of the remaining bullywugs as possible without hitting his companions
BA - cast dragons breath on myself dex 15 save or take 14 fire damage. Half on a success
((OOC: On the map, the 4 who are still standing are the 2 bullywugs along the south wall and the 2 at the NW end of the room, nearest the door. If Krackle wants to catch 2 at once in a 15-ft cone this round, I think his only option is to move west toward the prone-token bullywug and use his Dragon's Breath to hit that one and the incapaciated-token one.))
The Grappled Bullywug will use standing leap to leap down the southern part of the stairs and then move 20ft further down the stairs and into the barracks warning the other bullywugs in their croaking language.
The Hexed Bullywug will also use Standing Leap to leap 20ft towards the southern part of the stairs and then move 20ft down the stairs as well.
((OOC: Not taking Ixsas's action yet in round 2, just asking a question before he decides to head for the door or back to the stairs.))
Ixsas drops concentration the Silence (no action required) since it no longer seems to be helping the party, and sound returns to the party members. Standing in the middle of the room, Ixsas hesitates just long enough to ask, "Focus on Pharblex, or stop them from getting outside?"
Free Action to discuss?: “If you can stop them from getting out, stop them. Zeds and I can handle the frog prince.”
