Nisha's heart skips a beat as the familiar sounds of the guards approaching reach her ears. The moment she got captured during her little heist situation appears in her mind, causing her to take a deep, anxious breath before quickly climbing into the carriage.
"Just drive to your temple then, " she mutters quietly to the cleric, before she pulls the curtains again.

"No, I can help him, but first let's find somwhere with less Crownguards."The pale tiefling says from the driver's seat, quickly drving off to some place of the city he would think is quiet by now.
Cast Silent Image of some obstructing fog 15 feet cube to cover escape if necessary.
(With the criminal background, Nathaniel arguably could know some place to lay low for an hour or so.)
Nathaniel heads for the Black Sheep Bakery. It was a bakery themed on things that are hidden with few windows and a Dutch door. It was closed for quite some time with the owner unwilling to sell or have passed on without anyone noticing. Somehow Nathaniel obtained a key and has been using it for his own purposes.
With a bit of renovation, the bakery was turned more into a hideout though the scent of flour still hangs in the air.
"Make yourselves comfortable..."The pale winged tiefling says as he opens up and let's the others inside, usning the magic of his talisman to make the lamp on the table shine with a warm, almost celestial light. "...and you can put the gnome over there on the bed for now." He adds to Kaelen.
(Would the gnome be helped by further healing or does he simply need a short rest?)
It is not until Nisha has stepped foot inside, when her racing heart finally calms down a bit and she breathes out a subtle sigh of relief, "Well, that was close..."
After all the events of the night so far, the rogue feels too restless to stop and catch her breath, so instead she focuses her attention on looking around the hideout, while letting the others deal with the wounded gnome. Not only to look and feel occupied, but just curious to potentially learn more about the tiefling.

Laineis no use where healing is concerned so leaves the gnome to those that are more equipped. He does lean against the wall going over all that they've found thus far and trying to draw any conclusions. Why would someone want to steal the plans to Heikanar Manse?
As Nisha looks around the place, the only things she finds that would likely be the tiefling's belongings are a couple of bottles of expensive wine and a couple of glasses on a small table.
Laine remembers hearing through rumors that Heikanar Manse is the home of the brilliant dwarven engineer Huron Stahlmast. As of late she has become something of a recluse and has not shown herself in public for quite some time.
Laineruminates a tad longer before speaking up."I do recall that Heikanar Manse is the home of Huron Stahlmast, a renown engineer of considerable talent. Lately she's been a bit of a recluse but.. with these plans someone could get into her home and take one of her creations."

Hearing Laine's thoughts makes Nisha stop wandering around. Instead, the half-elf finds herself a chair and plops on it, taking her hood and backpack finally off, "before searching her bag for the papers she obtained earlier from the Blushing Bordello. She also takes out the blueprint of the house, puts everything on the table and points to the house map.
"So you reckon this is Heikanar Manse's blueprint then? Or we have a hell of a coincidence with the naming," Nisha asks as she observes the paper more carefully now that they are not pressed for time.

Nisha and anyone else who would look around in the small but comfortable hideout would also get the general sense that Nathaniel is used to the finer things in life considering the quality of the furnishings, the many books of great classical writers of the realm, and a quite comfortable bed where the gnome now rests.
The pale tiefling skillfully opens one of the bottles of wine and pours himself a glass, motioning to the others, offering them too if they were so inclined. "It could mean whoever took what was in the gnome's satchel is planning to use the security plans to break in and steal more inventions and designs, maybe even tonight?" He says to the others, taking a sip from his glass as he moves over to the window to make sure they are not watched from the street.
Gavyn spends the hour nursing his mostly-healed wounds and sobering the rest of the way up. "Are we going to report in at all?"he says, sounding a little more like his anxious self.

Nathaniel would spend the hour in a comfy chair with his glass of wine, pondering the many leads the team has uncovered only this evening. (What time would it be?)
"As soon as we have spoken to our guest over here."The pale tiefling answers the Tortle and brings a glass of water over from a decanter, gently helping the gnome up enough to be able to drink it. "You are safe, for now, but if you want to stay that way I strongly suggest you cooperate with our inquiry."He says with a soft but firm voice, taking a seat by the bed.. "Let's start with who you are."

Nisha spends the hour looking through whatever they have brought with themselves, studying the blueprint and secretly observing the others. With so much time on her hands, her mind starts going back to Sleek, wondering where the tabaxi could be now and what would he say if he knew what she was up to tonight. Thankfully, an hour can be so long and so short a time simultaneously, so as soon as the gnome is taken care of by their generous host, Nisha puts all the stuff back in her backpack and gets up from the chair. The half-elf gets closer to the bed and kneels beside it, so she can have a more level look at the victim.
"We saved your life," she says, way more gently and friendly than any other time she has spoken so far this night. Her golden eyes are focused intently on the gnome as she calls forth everything that Sleek has taught her. Her soft voice probes further, inviting the poor man to share his story. "What happened to you tonight?"

The gnome looks at those around him and says in a tired voice "I am Ebar Hall the information broker. I had a meeting with Mr. Bochor, well that is until he shed his own skin and horrors came out of the woodwork. That was not Mr. Bochor. I assume he is dead by now. As I tried to leave my hand was cut off in a single strike from some shadow monster. I fought my way downstairs, that is until acid began raining down from the ceiling. For a brief moment I saw shimmering of some invisible creature or perhaps it was camouflaged. I ran back up to the second floor and then I blacked out" He lifts up he left arm and stares at the bandaged stump. "They must not have wanted to pay. I guess there is no need if they can just take it from me."

I will let Nathaniel decide what else is there in the hideout.
The gnome just needs some rest.
