"If there is an active revolution, I woukd guess the one in prison woukd know about it and could maybe lead us to it. Plus could give more info. I'm afaid just asking around for the leader maybe dangerous as we may ask the wrong frog about it."
Eliaanore speaks up. "He's a Baron, right? That's a title. Maybe our best bet is to play along with the king. He might introduce us, not realizing what role the Baron plays."
"I could, perhaps, try to track down the bulllywug who slipped me the note.... Or we should just stay the course, keep our eyes out for anything strange and be ready to respond if needed."

"That's the best plan for now,"Moneo says."We don't know enough... of anything really... Let's just continue on to 'join' the court, and if we find this Baron we can see what's up. And if not, we can still go to meet the hag, which really should be our main concern."
After Fa'ame repeats herself three times (lovely little DDB glitch there :p), you all head off to the palace. You reach a fork in the road, due to the fog you can't see what is at the end of either path. Which way do you take?
Fa'ame blinks and says, "Well the left path can't be the right path because the left path is the left path. So, therefore, yes. The right path is the right path..."She looks to the others. "Right?"

(if no one says anything explicit about going a direction in the next few hours. I will just assume you take the right path, right being not left, not necessarily correct....)
Sorry, work has been hectic and then this dropped down the notification list and I forgot it was waiting for me.
You head right, which was right, for it takes you to the palace. The palace has two entrances: one on high ground to the northwest, the other overlooking the docks. Each entrance has two bullywugs and a crocodile guarding it. These sentries deny entry to anyone who doesn’t have an invitation but as you do, they let you enter. This ramshackle hall is built around a big tree. Two of the tree’s limbs reach out through the walls like enormous welcoming arms. The interior of the hall is roomy, with an open floor plan that allows occupants of the upper story to look out over the lower one. Bullywug courtiers crowd into the space, filling it with their guttural croaks. Their clothing is faded and stained with mud.
The lower level is submerged in 3ft of swamp water, a trio of musicians are playing. The upper level is more open, and nobles are lounging on cushions.
Fa'ame takes in the scene of the lounging bullywugs with some envy... Imagine feeling so carefree in such close proximity to a wicked hag... The thought triggers another and she whispers to the others, "So... What, precisely is our plan once we find this hag? Ask her to just... give up her domain? If we have to do battle with her, where will these frog-folks stand when the dust, or, er, muck settles?"

"Uhhh... I would say smash, and no deals. Deals with hags have more loop holes then deals with demons I've always heard. Though I never thought I would meet either so I didn't pay much attention outside of that." Barreknar thinks a min. "If we get close enough, I think we have to strike. Getting close will be the hardest part I would wager. And you saw how quickly the threat went down when we were able to get close to our old furry speedster. "
Moneo walks up to the nearest courtier and say, "Hello good sir. We're here to join your court. I must ask though, is mud a part of the official fashion for the Court?"
Then turning to his companions says, "Yes. Hags cannot be trusted. Though I fear an outright fight as well... we must be careful. Didn't we learn about some spin thing to confuse her?"
"We live in a swamp. Of course we will be covered in mud. We are far too important to travel long distances to clean our clothes."
You are all provided with your own old mud-stained clothes, which is large enough to place over your current clothes (except Barr being larger. He just gets a cape). The king shows up shortly after, and assuming you do willingly get dressed, passes you the book. "As duly appointed emissaries of the Soggy Court, please return this book to Bavlorna with great haste."
None of you know where to find him

Fa'ame's expression darkens at the mention of the hag. "Yes. I'm concerned alright..." She says, mostly to herself as she follows the others.

Eliaanore looks at her new, errr... "clothes" with pursed lips. She says nothing, however, though she'd reeeally like to.
Barreknar smooths his cape a bit and knocks a bit of the mud off and looks at it with a satisfied grin on his face and throws it on happily.
