The dark mage takes half-damage from Duwamilly's spell... and he also has resistance because it is, well, a spell. So he takes 4 radiant damage.
In total, the dark mage has taken 101 points of damage and is somehow still alive (creatures in the radius of the silence are immune to thunder damage, so he doesn't take that extra damage from Lord Amir's scimitar).
The dark mage then tries a desperate ploy... he flourishes a dagger, attempting to down several enemies at once as he disappears and reappears many times around the battlefield, plunging a shimmering dagger into his enemies every time he appears!
Steel Wind Strike vs. Hayya Attack: 10 Damage: 46
Steel Wind Strike vs. Cal Attack: 23 Damage: 25
Steel Wind Strike vs. Lord Amir Attack: 25 Damage: 38
Steel Wind Strike vs. Lord Akkron Attack: 25 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Steel Wind Strike vs. Yasmina Attack: 13 Damage: 31
Due to the fluff about Lord Akkron's 'counterspell' using 'a powerful word' to interrupt another caster, I will have to say that he cannot target a creature within an area of silence. However, Yasmina can attempt a counterspell as it does not have verbal components (DC 15 Charisma check required).

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

He's going to appear behind Yasmina when he's done teleporting around the battlefield.

Zander moves in to 30' from Firlon. He manifests his echo and moves it to melee range. Through the echo he attacks with his sword. He also uses his Action Surge and attacks twice more.I also use Unleash Incarnation for a final fifth strike.
First strike hits (23 to hit for 14 damage) Second strike (21 to hit for 14 damage) Third strike (16 to hit for 19 damage) Fourth strike (25 to hit for 17 damage) Fifth strike (29 to hit for 11 damage)
...and Zander dishes out a metric ton of damage as every blow hits. As his sword is magical, it completely bypasses the dark wizard's stoneskin and does full damage.
The wizard sinks to his knees, bleeding from several very lethal-looking wounds.
"So... this is how it ends?"he whispers, staring up at you... and especially at the looming figure of the lich with terror. "It can't be... I was promised that I would reign forever if I served the Dragon Lord well..."
Lord Akkron steps forward and fixes his deathly gaze upon the once-formidable arcane master.
Nothing is forever, the lich says coldly. And every being is destined to one day return to the dust... even your would-be god learned this lesson. Why should you be any different?
As the dark mage falls to the ground, Lord Akkron produces a small silver cage... and casts a spell, capturing the wizard's soul as it tries to depart from his body. For a brief moment you can see the tiny form of the spirit locked within the cage, desperately clinging to the bars with tiny ethereal hands... then it disappears.
The lich hides the little cage away again and turns to the party.
I will make sure that neither Firion nor the object of his devotion shall ever return, the lich says tiredly. I want to offer all of you my sincere thanks for the great service that you have rendered, both to me and to this world. If you are ever in need, the Shaded Isle will always welcome you and come to your aid.
With the news of Firion's death came both rejoicing and chaos. Those who suffered at the dark mage's hands were finally avenged, while the Cult of the Dragon, now without its leader, split into many warring factions until they were hunted down and dealt with by the authorities. The kingdom of Ustrad had no king... but that was a problem easily enough solved as the High Priest of Ilmater was able to resurrect one of the false king's brothers (with the help of the old gnome who was able to name an individual most able and worthy to rule the land).
And so, our tale comes to an end... evil has been defeated, and our heroes rise triumphant. Together or apart, they shall surely go on to accomplish many more heroic deeds and vanquish evil wherever it should rear its head. Tales of their legendary accomplishments shall be told for many generations to come!
Thank you all for joining me on this crazy adventure!
After the deed accomplished, Duwamilly, is more and more aware of the closeness of her god and of her intimate communion with him.
"What did I always tell you?" she shrugs, simply, as soon as the matter is resolved "As in all jokes, it is at the end that we laugh! And we were the ones laughing!"
The ex-preceptor indeed continues to walk the Prime Material and the other Planes to bring protection, restore joy, or even just simply spread a little good humor in the name of Garl Glittergold - either with the old companions, when they are available and agree to keep in touch with her, or with pretty much everyone else who can stand her company, if needed.
But the gnome cleric also cares about the unfortunate Shaded Isle... In fact, after showing up unexpectedly at a fox hunt to which she considered herself invited, she keeps the threat promise she had made to her brothers in faith and fun and, after agreements with Lord Matic Akkron, recruits volunteers to found a temple of Garl Glittergold in that tormented land. Such a temple remains for the rest of her career the 'base' from which she leaves when Garl Glittergold calls or to which she returns when she is not busy with more important, fun or interesting tasks.
Together with the other faithful of the gnomish deity, Duwamilly does everything she can to ensure that the brave people who live in that devastated land can have a little relief and good humor every day. She hopes that the people of the Shaded Isle, recognizing her as one of those lucky mortals who, thanks to the help of Garl Glittergold, helped to thwart the terrible threat, can rekindle their hopes every time they meet her and take their hard life with a pinch of lightness and a few more smiles.
"It's as demonstrated by what happened to me and my other fellow ex-accused..." the ex-preceptor is used to saying, to instill courage in the interlocutor who is facing a bad moment "The challenges of life are like jokes: we laugh at the end! So, let's not lose hope! Here, look" and she takes out a mirror "do you see? Life is like this object... It begins to smile at you... if you start to look at it smiling!"
Standing on the stern of Fox's ship, Delvindra watched the Shaded Isle vanish into the distance until, finally, it was swallowed by the horizon. Removing the ring from her finger she dropped it into the ocean without a second thought. The symbol of Ilmater followed.
. . .
There is very little mention of Delvindra Laylee in the Chronicles after her involvement in "The Battle of the Three Lords", though some scholars ascribe tales of wandering Tiefling healer-monks from throughout the kingdoms to her. The only other mention is a footnote inscribed near the end of the Chronicles.
Delvindra Laylee lived the rest of her days as free as the wind and, when the end came, she did not lament the life she was losing. She treasured the memories of the life that she lived.

(As long as Firion didn't cast a 10th level spell it would have been countered ;-)
