Dathyra was about to object when Holg said that he could care less about the necromancy. She very clearly did have some reservations about that. But, she thought better of it, too overwhelmed by the situation they now found themselves in. Looking at all the impromptu changes that had been made to the manor and the intimidating man before them, she had a pretty good feeling it would become their problem in a minute.

I assumed you meant that you were hiding so you would get the sneak attack feature on your attack when combat came. Would Sly have fired at him the moment he became visible?
Edit: This wouldn't have been possible with Holg in the doorway. We'll move forward with what we have for now. You do get sneak attack damage should your attack hit however since you are hidden.
At the mention of Brin being dealt with, the man's jaw clenches in resolve. Seeing the rest of the party as the hulking half-orc slides to the seems to have some effect on the man. His face doesn't change, but his eyes dart around, giving him away. He yells out, "Wendel! Come!" and whips out a dagger in his off hand. From the second floor, a voice yells out, "Yes, sir!" A moan a lot like the creature from the kitchen can also be heard in the commotion above.
The dashed green line is the balcony above. The large areas drawn in purple are the piles of dirt and rock. It is possible to move through the first square into those but it is difficult terrain.
Keeping his eyes up and the ropes, Jodon darts into the room, though staying away from the man, as well as wherever this "Wendell" may be. As Holg springs into action, Jodon looks further up to the top of the pulley and gasps.
Move inside the door to E5. Hold my action until Holg and the man or Wendell close range. When they do, cast Minor Illusion at the pulley mechanism to make the sharp sound of ropes holding the cart snapping, trying to momentarily distract the man (and perhaps Wendell) to give all my more martial companions an opening.
Boots pound across the floor somewhere upstairs and then a loud click followed by a rhythmic tuk-tuk-tuk noise sound out as the lift lowers into the hole a bit. The man facing down Holg yells out in frustration, "No, dumbass! Get down here and help me fight! Bring the zombie." The lift stops moving and Wendel repeats over and over, "Oh no. Oh no. Oh no."
The man with the shortsword moves behind the smaller pile of dirt for some cover and throws a dagger at Jodon, which thuds into the wall some three feet higher than its mark. Not even concerning himself with whether the first dagger hit or not he throws a second, and last, dagger at Holg which flies true for some time, but the range makes it a bad throw. The dagger clatters harmlessly against the floor.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Holg dodges the flying dagger and, seeing the man duck behind the pile of rocks, moves to catch him on the other side. "Savand agh fighav lat fraukanak!"
The man seems to either ignore or just not care what Holg said, his eyes fixed on the smallest, and probably easiest to deal with in his mind, target, Jodon.
I know it was cut short because of the commotion upstairs, but did anyone pick up the silver symbol out of the corpse. Just trying to keep track of things.
I had cut open the corpse to look for anything out of the ordinary. I was waiting for Dathyra's religion check to resolve before I tried to remove the symbol. Knowing Holg, he probably would not have grabbed it until someone mentioned something. Plus the idea of more people would draw his attention away.
You'd have advantage on this attacking from stealth, so roll the 2o again. (You might get a 2o and crit, however a 14 does hit) regardless of your d2o roll, you still get another 1d6 damage from sneak attack.
So everyone knows, some people double damage with crits, I have players roll weapon damage twice.
Sly leans around the corner, bow drawn and lets an arrow fly at the man with the shortsword. The arrow hits him square in the shoulder and he screams out in pain. Sly looks around the room for the first time. His eyes slide from the lift, to the man he just hit and then to the heaps of dirt and rock. He looks to Dathyra and says, "Sorry, this isn't for me," and the tiefling hops over the island counter and out the side door.
Seeing Slyslip away just as easily as he had sneaked in, Holg's began to worry about his fate in this moment. He quickly turned to Dathyrastill standing in the doorway. "Tell me elf, are you going to run like that tiefling? Or are you going to stand here with Jodon and I?"He stood their with a look of desperation on his face and waited for her to act.
Dathyra’s blood ran cold when the tiefling bolted. She looked back at Holg and Jodon, weighing her options. She hardly knew these men. She had no reason to stay. She could just as easily go back to her work for the temple. Yet, the group had stumbled on a dark religious rite. Further, she had never felt safer than she was with them, a feeling she rarely had since she lost her home. Not eager to kill again, she realized she might not have any choice. Gripping her mace tightly, she moved to protect her new, if not possibly temporary, family.
Dathyra moves to F5 (whatever is directly in front of Jodon) and takes a defensive stance. She chooses to wait until she sees her other two adversaries before taking action.

F7 would put Dathyra in front of Jodon. I know they are a bit difficult to see. Are you holding any action, or just moving to block? Also from this vantage the party can see the zombie on the second floor balcony, which moves to L2.
Wendel's shaky voice rings out again from upstairs, "Get downstairs zombie! Use the ladder." The undead creature walks over to the ladder and starts yanking on it trying to pull it loose from its ties to the balcony railing.

TL/DR: Holg didn't take it

Didn’t realize it hadn’t been removed when I did that check. So, probably makes that issue null and void.
