Ospos joins the others and starts the arduous task of moving a mound of treasure. While doing so, he starts talking to the others, "This reminds me of that time...." and starts telling a story full of exaggerations and bullshit. Ospos still keeps some of his attention to the surroundings, especially above and below.

Quickly exhausted from actual physical exertion, Ospos slides down the mound of treasure and sits next to the mirror. Looking at it front, back, top and bottom, he tries his best to understand what it does or how it works.
Watching the groups rather futile attempt to excavate the huge set of doors, Nean heads back to the Mirror to follow the thought he had mentioned earlier, just to find Ospos sitting next to it, who appears to have had the same idea.
Ospos and Nean: Together, you return your attention to the mirror, Nean thinking there might be a possibility of it's magic being of some use. Ospos is inspecting it when Nean approaches. As the bard was the one to decipher the inscription, Ospos translates the Sylvan words for Nean. As each word is spoken, the corresponding symbols on the mirror's frame light up. The faint magical ripple that Dril had seen before intensifies, until the surface of the mirror looks like a pond being hit by raindrops. In fact, tiny motes of silvery light emit from these ripples, beginning to stick to the pair like dew for a few moments before vanishing.

Nean looks at the mirror with mixed feelings of both excitement and amazement and then readies himself. Befreit speaking another Word, He places his hands on the frame of the mirror to pull himself out and then dives through the rippled surface far enough to smell, hear and See what exists on the other side of the Barrier. The whole process doesnt take longer than a second, since He immediatly pulls his head back to the Rest of his body tat remained in the Cage, hopefully avoiding any harm Fron the other side of the Portal.
Perception for the other side: 8
(Never mind, Nean dreams about it while disappearing)
Nean: Diving through the mirror feels at first like breaking the surface of a lake, but then it shifts, feeling more like spiderwebs clinging to your face, cool wisps parting as you pass through. The first thing you notice is the humidity. It hits you, filling your lungs with sweet, damp air, almost like a subtle perfume. Clouds of mist swirl around you; an impressionist painting of white and silver illuminated by a vibrant purple sky, tinged with deep rosy coral in one direction. You can make out a forest around you; large trees covered with blankets of moss. It's lush, but the foliage curls in spirals and arcs that seem almost unnatural, as if the branches were sculpted by hand and the leaves were painted into stylized sweeps of color. But the vision ends abruptly as your push off the mirror frame, back into the dimly lit cavern.

Now Being back in the cave Nean feels a little empty inside, as if he missed out on something really special. "Couldnt resist. The other side looks fine, weird but fine. A Lot better than this one, but i have no idea where exactly we're coming out. Maybee someone else can help with that." He shakes his Head a little, trying to clear out the weird feeling of being at to places at once. After a little break, Nean tries to remember if that forrest strikes him as familiar in any way.
Bram turns to watch Ospos and Nean, while continuing to dig through the mound.
As the glyphs around the mirror start to light up Bram slows his digging starting to take a greater interest in the mirror.
As Nean plunges his head into the mirror and pulls it back out, Bram gasps and stops digging altogether.
"Wow, that was amazing!"
Bram runs down the mound to take a closer look at the mirror.
"So it goes somewhere? Should we do some exploring? Maybe if we tie someone off with rope and hold onto it from this side, someone can explore a little."
"If they don't come back, in like, a minute, we can pull them back through."
Bram pulls out his coil of rope, looking at Nean, Ospos and Dril with expectant excitement.
Ospos looks aghast at Bram, "I'm not going through! Besides, if we all go through, there's no way to take the mirror with us. We'll be in some strange place, with no mirror and unknown dangers that may be much worse than a worm that we can hide from by being quiet!"
"Now i don't like all this magic stuff with this mirror, but if it's gonna be our only way outta this mess, then so be it". Nodrus stands aside cautiously watching as they prepare to venture through this mirror, occasionally looking around for any disturbances, as a force of habit.
Nean, still feeling a little dizzy, awaits the moment that Bram steps through the door. "Maybee we should try something else too. Right after you get through, pull on the rope. If we dont feel it over here, we're giving you a minute, if we do, you could just pull again in case you want to get out. Might give you more time to explore."

Bram answers Liafial,
"Right, good call."
Turning to Nean, Bram adds,
"Ok, yeah that sounds good too."
"Ok, so I will go through the mirror and then; 1. Check the area is safe; 2. Check the mirror is on the other side and see if it can be moved; 3. If I see something that I think I need to check out, I will tug 3 times quickly to indicate I need more time before coming back. If I tug twice, then I need your help to get me back. Other wise pull me back if I'm not back in about a minute."
Bram looks around at everyone with a big smile,
"Well, here I go."
With that, Bram plunges head long through the mirror.
Perception check to take in everything, upon getting to the other side: 18
Bram: With a clear plan of action, you bound through the portal, strange tendrils of magic coalescing for a second on your body before popping like a bubble. You emerge in a small clearing filled with soft purple light, which filters from the sunset sky through the swirls of mist that surround you like strokes of gouache. You can't make out much beyond the first few lines of trees that surround the clearing, as the rest of the forest fades into lilac, but you can see occasional blips of soft light in the distance. You spend a moment struck by the strange beauty of the place, a drastic contrast to the dark caverns you've been exploring for the last day. Then you remember your mission, and whip around to check for a mirror. Indeed, an identical mirror stands, held in the hands of a statue. The sculpture is of a gorgeous man, seemingly elven, with a mantle of delicately carved flowers and a broad, loving smile on his face. The stone is cut through with winding bands of opalescent green crystal, and both the statue and the mirror are wrapped in vines that spiral around it in an almost geometric pattern. It does appear that the mirror could be slid out of the statue's hands.
Bram takes a deep breath, soaking up all of the beauty and peace around him.
Seeing the mirror might be able to be moved, Bram carefully attempts to lift the mirror out of its setting.
(if this goes without a problem, Bram will place the mirror back into the setting and then examine the area for anything that may give clues to where he is.)
Investigation check to try to workout where he is: 6
Bram: It takes a little bit of shimmying, but you manage to lift the mirror out of the statues hands, lifting it about a foot. The vines around it almost seem to cling to the mirror, with a bit of force you could snap them free, or you could spend time to wriggle them off gently. Placing the artifact back down, you take another look around, trying to figure out where exactly you could be. You've certainly been in forests before, but this is nothing like you've seen. The surreal setting fills you with wonder at the same time as it sends pinpricks up your spine. You have absolutely no clue where this place could be.

Dril's eyes go wide as he watches Nean's head disappear. Sliding down the mountain of gold, he runs over to the two.
"What just happened!? What is on the other side? Can it get us out of here? Once you go through can you get back? I really hate this place."

"Oh, if no one else wants to be the explorer, I will! Man passing through a mirror into a magical land sounds like a great opportunity for adventure!"
Bram, smiling from ear to ear, tie his own rope around his waist and holds out the other end for someone to take,
"So, I go through and if I don't return in like, a minute or so, you guys pull me back, ok?"
