Nesyax gives the creature a slight grin. "A powerful fey? That does sound like someone to be on the good side of." She glances over at Kitaer, nodding slightly at his comment before Daryos speaks up. She turns his attention to him, starting at him unblinkingly for an unusually long moment. She then turns to the faevlin, "Yes, I'm sure if Daryos says so then he will keep you from losing any bones." {HELP for Daryos' Persuasion)
The faevlin looks to each of you as you speak. "deal with him... Well he does love to make deals.." The faevlin says with a giggle before wincing in pain and clutching his chest. "The boss doesn't normally like visiters... but he may make an exception if you have a good deal... He really enjoyed the arrangement he made with the dwarf that one time..." He says to himself before shaking his head and looking to Vesna.
"He is a bone trader... They look kind of like a tall pale elves with a small heads... but don't tell him I told you that. They start out collecting small bones... and the stronger more powerful they become, the larger and more impressive the bones they collect." He then sits on the bed, still clutching his chest and scimitar.
"I suppose I could help take you to him... but I'm not sure how you plan to get through the wall. I doubt you can jump like I can." The faevlin adds with an upsidown smile and a sinister giggle.
Vesna hasn't met any bone traders or collectors before so she doesn't look much more convinced than earlier, but instead just asks, "Um... how high is that wall?"

Nesyax nods at the faevlin's comment. "It does seem getting through the wall will be an issue," she says. "But surely there must be some way other than doing what you guys do with your jumping." She looks questioningly at the creature, hoping it might manage to 'recall' something more. "I'd hate for our dealings with this Bone Collector to be prevented by something so simple." (Persuasion: 14)
Stasyn listens to the conversation and is glad they were able persuade the faevlin. Though he gets the feeling they will turn on us if they get the chance or cowed into obedience by the Bone collector. Well for now the wall is our adversary.
I hope they must know of a less athletic demanding way to bypass the wall.
"We just jump through the drain grate. sometimes we miss though and have to try again..." The faevlin says with a giggle. "I suppose you could try to bend or break the grate bars... If you want to get out the we we do... just be quiet about it so you don't alert the guards. They will kill you just as quick as they would kill me if they spot you trying to escape." He adds before laying down on the filthy ruined mattress. "Otherwise you could try to climb over or dig under... I don't know... You guys attacked me... you figure it out."
"How did I not pack a crowbar?" Kitaer asks himself after double and triple checking his gear, and even poking around the others a bit. "How??"
"Well anyway, we could have one or two of you try to attract the guards attention away from the gate as I went to it and tested their strength. I don't like my chances without a way to gain leverage but it's worth a shot. If that doesn't work we could tie up our new friend til tomorrow night... Meanwhile I could try to find a damn crowbar for sale. And maybe we could bargain again with the barkeep who claimed he knew a way in and out..."
"Yes, the barkeep is our best option now I think, even if we get hold of a crowbar, getting out and then back in without the guards noticing sounds risky to say the least. I would prefer it if we returned to base with our new friend and rested before seeing that dwarf in the morning. It will cost us but we would be rested, it would be safer and we could visit the Bone Collector during the day which would be to our advantage." Daryos says, then ready to listen to other thoughts from his associates.
"I am game in listening to how the barkeep gets pass the wall. I'd say withhold payment until we safely bypassed the wall. I suggest we also knock out the Faevlin as to assure it does not know where we rest in the event it escapes." says Stasyn.
Considering it is in the middle of the night, Daryos would decide the team should make a safe bundle of the faevlin, even patching up his wounds if necessary, before heading back to base for a long rest after which they would have breakfast at the tavern and speak to the dwarf about getting them safely to the other side of the wall.
"Bind and blind the bugger," Kitaer would suggest, then move to do so himself if nobody else does. If there's a spare sheet, rotted and dirty is fine, he'd throw that over the faevlin to disguise, a bit, just what he is hauling through town.
"Yes, let's do it then," Nesyax says as Daryos makes suggestions. She doesn't move herself but waits for Kitaer to move forward, keeping a close eye on the creature in case it tries something. "We're taking him back to HQ?"
"Unless you have other ideas on where to keep him?" The young white-haired noble responds to the blue-haired girl with a polite smile as they ready themselves for heading back to base.
"What're we going to do with him?" Nesyax asks, glancing around at the others. She shrugs. "Not sure where else to keep him. And anyway, not sure how long we'll hold on to him anyhow." She starts to head back downstairs, keeping a cautious look out in case any other faevlin made their way back. (Perception: 23)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"We'll keep him bundled up for the night and then we'll have another talk with him once we are safely on the other side of the wall tomorrow."Daryos says, then following Nesyax as she starts leading the team back to base.
When asked about other ways into the city, The faevlin shrugs. "I've never needed another way in..." he says with an unnerving giggle.
kitear moves to tie up the faevlin and at first the creature raises his scimitar as though to resist but thinks better of it. he then allows himself to be bound and blindfolded. it is strange to blindfold and upsidown head and it takes a moment to figure out how to keep the blindfold from slipping down but eventually succeeded.
upon leaving the abandoned house, you notice that the corpses of the two faevlin you killed are missing. Nesyax and Daryos keep their eyes peeled for threats and feel confident that the only faevlin nearby is the one they are holding hostage.
the trip back to HQ is somewhat uneventful. The party has almost become accustomed to the stifling darkness and eerie howling wind. Are you all alright... and what is that?!" He shouts as the bound and somewhat disguised reature is marched into the building.
"It's a creature," Nesyax says to Ren. "Probably one of the Bone Collectors minions. I guess we're keeping him." She shrugs, heading inside to find something to drink and to sit down for a moment. "Oh yea, we're all fine I think," she calls back as she goes.
