Think it's only the d20. From the text

You magically distract the triggering creature and turn its momentary uncertainty into encouragement for another creature. The triggering creature must reroll the d20 and use the lower roll.

At an in-person table it's much more feasible to mention it's getting used prior to the DM rolling damage so I don't think there's any RAW on that. Whatever you feel is right is fine by me.

Also, notice the to-hit is currently an 11 but there's the manipulated die rolls tag so what was the initial number? (Wondering if that might be a hit.)

I didn't see your post and rolled extra damage from Crit, then saw you used Silvery Barbs. So the reroll was 11 to hit.
