The rain of arrows shows no sign of letting up, as Thea's aerial shot plummets from the sky and finds its mark in the body of one of the three sailors. He cries out in anguish. The sailors seem to be somewhat bewildered and lacking direction in the absence of Belua and the marines. They are looking around desperately, seemingly in hope of some miraculous rescue.
Tsara and Mitombo pull their captive another 15ft towards shore, finding solid ground under their feet and hauling themselves and the Verdian upright.
The sounds of battle further out in the bay are receding. The cries and clashes of steel are more intermittent and the breeze is carrying off the last wisps of powder smoke to the west. It would appear that the day is all but won, but by whom? From your position it is hard to tell. The bodies moving on the deck are too indistinct. The Verdian Imperial colours still fly at the masthead of the late Belua's schooner, but that could just mean that the attackers haven't got to it yet. Either way, it seems little mind is being paid to your little drama playing out in the shallows. Yet.
These men show no regret for the anathema they are complicit in. They are merely desperate to escape Trondro's inexorable wrath...
There would be no quarter for slavers or their willing partners from Seri. She swims implacably back towards the boat, continuing her barrage of spiked kelp pulling and sea-wind pushing, surfacing momentarily to speak in Veridian to her targets. Solemnly, her quiet voice projects over the waters:
"You serve slave lords without hesitation or remorse. Full fathom five shall lie all who do not repent the abomination of trading in the flesh of people."
Movement: (30' swim speed) E-->E-->E (surface and speak)-->E (back underwater)-->E (Action and Bonus Action)-->W (hugging the bottom once more).
Action: Seri casts Thorn Whip on sailor 6, 30' melee spell attack. Thorn Whip to hit sailor 6: 17 Thorn Whip damage: 6 magical piercing Forced Movement: on a hit, sailor 6 is pulled 10' west and down towards Seri, no saving throw.
Bonus Action: SeriTelekineticaly Shovessailor 1, DC14 STR Save or be pushed away from Seri 5' east and up, out of the boat.
As Sailor 3 is impaled by a bolt from the heavens (aka Thea's arrow), his two companions are forcible ejected from the boat again. Sailor 6's eyes widen in shock as he is once again entwined in the magical sea kelp that snakes from the waves and pulls him to Trondro's bosom. His flesh is torn and bloodied by the thorns.
Almost simultaneously, Sailor 1 is once again flung overboard by the unseen thrust of air. His arms windmill in the air until he splashes into the waves.
There is one wounded sailor in the boat (Sailor 3), and two in the water (Sailors 1 and 6). Sailor 6 is badly wounded by two sea kelp attacks and looks in a very bad way.
William felt a ping of pride: their small group was succesful in keeping the sailors, marines and slave trader from escaping by focusing their attacks and working as a crew. Doing his part he once more lined up an arrow, he really wanted to get the firearms from the marines, and aimed at the one sailor the least wounded (Sailor 3)
Sailor 1, like his comrade on the other side of the boat, makes his way back to it but shows no interest in clambering back in only to be ejected again, or hit by an arrow. He hangs on to stay afloat, looking about for where the next danger is coming from.
Herim continues making his way to the shoreline, where Tsara and Mitombo have Sailor 4 restrained between them.
Sailor 4 makes no effort to escape, but looks warily around, perhaps wondering what his fate will be now his captain is dead and these islanders have him as their captive.
As Kairouani threatens the sailor held by Tsara and Mitombo, there is still no sign of the interpreter, who is making himself as small as possible among the dead verdians in the boat.
Thea pauses for a moment, unsure what to do next, but then remembers how last time she paused she misjudged, and shakes her shoulders, pulling back another arrow. The fight was almost done, and then they would be able to survey of the results of the battle atop the boats. Maybe they'd be able to commandeer a ship and use it for their own purposes.
She draws back the string, ready to fire. With a shaky breath, heavy with exhaustion, she sends another projectile through the sky, another shaft of death raining down from above like a coconut falling from a tree. Except the coconut is wooden and metal and also not even vaguely sphere-shaped. So not really a coconut at all, actually.

(OOC: Posting Seri's turn now, making the hopefully reasonable assumption that Tsara and Mitombo's turn actions will not change her choices.)
Moving towards the boat, Seri surfaces briefly. In sonorous Veridian, she addresses the sailors in the water (and the captive at the shore for that matter):
"Not one word of remorse have I heard from you who served the slave lord Belua. Not a word from you. Nor from the apostate cowering in the boat. Not one word to repent the grave abomination of trading in the flesh of people and taking from them the freedom of Trondro's horizons."
She lashes out with her spiked kelp once more at Sailor 6, though her aim suffers from being distracted from her own verbal proclamations.
"Tell me then, villains, do you perceive the evil of your ways? Can you name a single righteous reason the sea should not suffuse your lungs?"
She Telekinetically ShovesSailor 1 again. Another powerful onshore gust pushes him east, away from the boat. Gliding below the surface, she arrives at the bow (north) of the rowboat and prepares to propel it towards the shore with the power of her own swimming speed (if Billy gets out of the way).
Movement: SE (and up) --> (Action/Bonus Action) --> NE--> NE (surface and speak) --> E (and down) --> E --> E arriving underwater below the boat's bow.
Action: Seri attacks Sailor 6 once more with Thorn Whip, melee spell attack, 30' range. Thorn Whip to hit Sailor 6: 10 Thorn Whip damage: 3 magical piercing Forced Movement on hit (it's a miss, I know, but she was aiming for...): target pulled towards Seri west and down (she would only pull him 5' this time).
Bonus Action: SeriTelekinetically ShovesSailor 1 west away from her. DC14 STR Save or be pushed 5' east.

The seriously weakened Sailor 6 flinches as Seri's sea kelp once again lashes out, but this time fails to ensnare him. On the far side of the boat his crewmate Sailor 1 is pushed away from the boat, tearing his grasp away from the gunwale. He is unable to respond to Seri, occupied as he is with unexpectedly having to keep himself afloat. Sailor 6 manages to gasp out a single word through his agony. "Mercy!"
Tsara and Mitombo drag the unfortunate Sailor 4 a few feet further onto the sand, and start punching him to the body, each restraining him while the other strikes.
Sailor 4 grunts as the blows land heavy on his ribs. He twists his body to lessen the impact but the islanders aim true, fuelled by their anger at how the Verdians have treated their people.
William saw that the battle is mostly over. The few remaining sailors were teetering on the verge of death with the interpreter cowering inside the boat, clearly not accustomed to this amount of bloodshed. Perhaps it was the surgeon in William pushing back against the violence but some tiny part of him wished for the fighting to be over.
He stood up and loudly shouted at the people in the water and boat. 'Bring the boat back to shore or die beneath the waves.' He kept his bow up with an arrow nocked just in case anyone tried anything funny.
Billy reaches the boat, and in one fluid movement hauls himself up and over the side, quickly regaining his feet inside the vessel. He reaches down and pulls the dead marine's cutlass from its scabbard and, holding it down and away in his left hand to indicate he is non-threatening, reaches his right arm out towards Sailor 6, who is thrashing about 5ft from the boat.
"Come on, matey," he calls out to the man, his tone friendly, "come aboard, and let's get this vessel ashore like my friend over there says. No need to shed any more blood, eh?"
Panicked and confused, the man struggles closer to the boat and reaches out for the offered hand. With Billy's help, he attempts to re-enter the boat. Sailor 6 Str (Ath): 16

Billy easily hauls the man into the boat and keeps hold of his arm, looking down at him from his height. It is not a hostile look, but an appraising one. The sailor receives the message loud and clear, raising his free hand in a gesture of peace. Satisfied, Billy releases his arm and gestures to one of the oars.
"Take a seat, sailor, and get ready to bring us about."
At this point Sailor 1 makes an attempt to pull himself back in as well. Noticing his struggle, Billy turns and reaches down, grabbing him by the back of his tunic and hauling on him like a rope. Sailor 1 Str (Ath): 10
