That would make sense, Hatt replies, but then, why has she not volunteered this already? This is all most strange. They head back to where they left Crispy and Bennett.
Gasp thinks on how to respond for a moment, his head tilting to one side and then the other. Then he points to the monk's holy symbol if he's openly wearing one.
Crispy gladly returns the kiss, her mood switching from slightly brooding to happy at seeing Ashley again. "Hi baby," she coos, "I learned that Bennett is really boring to talk to! What did you guys learn? Hi, Hatt!"
The monk is surprised, "Ah, you are a Kenku, aren't you? Well Ilmater is a kind and just god, not too different from Tyr and Torm. But he has boundless compassion, willing to bear others' burdens and help find redemption for others."
Gasp sort of marvels at the description of Ilmater, hanging on the monks words. His expression quickly changes to downcast. Gasp holds up the back of his hand, gesturing to the gauntlet that bears the emblem of Helm. The bird can't help but sigh.
Everyone has been very helpful, says Hatt in a carefully neutral tone. But we should probably speak in private, he says, nodding to the monk who is conversing with Gasp. Then he relaxes, and smiles. Hi Crispy, Bennett, Gasp. I think we've done pretty well, don't you agree? he asks Ashley.
Hatt will summarise what they've discovered, which is not very much except that Myra has private quarters in the cathedral which might contain useful clues. He asks Bennett and Gasp:
Did this woman - who shall not be named - have any servants with her? There's apparently a personal servant named Sarah who is also one of the last people to see her before all this happened. Oh, and he smacks himself on the forehead, Sarah isn't Myr... sorry, he looks apprehensively at Bennett and Gasp... he didn't say Sarah was the attendant to Opsola's friend, he said she was the attendant to the 'first princess'. That's someone else, right? Do we know who that is? Hatt tries to remember what he knows about the royal family, and vaguely recalls Sargt talking about the other two. Maybe we can talk to her? She would be at the palace, I suppose?
Gasp listens to all Ashley has to offer about Ilmater. He is a little surprised at just how much she knows. Ashley is very smart! That's when he asks her about Lathandar as well. "Lathandar?"
So we talk to the Princess Juno at the palace, says Hatt as though it is the easiest thing in the world to wander up and speak directly to a princess. Since Popsicle didn't give us 'Miss Sarah' on his list of names that Madame M met before the curse fell, then perhaps she has information we lack. Or there's always Madame M's private study in the Cathedral, he adds. Sneaking in there would, of course, be wholly illegal and not something to be considered.

A monk notices Gasp being awkward and kneels down to his level. "Is everything alright, little one?"
That would make sense, Hatt replies, but then, why has she not volunteered this already? This is all most strange. They head back to where they left Crispy and Bennett.

(You guys meet back up, gasp is talking with a monk.)
Gasp points to a medallion with a symbol of two hands bound with a red cord. "Are you curious about Ilmater, feathered one?"
Ashley greets Crispy with a lover embrace, kissing her lips sweetly. Well my love, what have you found out?
Grianne Wildpaw: Wood Elf Druid level 12 (8W-4L)- - Coliseum of Conquest: Master of Faerie Fire. Just don't ask her to spell it.
Grianne Wildpaw: Wood Elf Druid level 6 (2W-1L)- - Coliseum Reborn : Master of a Myriad of forms.
Runt, the Stormchosen: Half-Orc barbarian level 5 -- The Guild
Tomoe Gozen: Human Fighter Samurai level 5 -- Cronero (Solo Campaign)
Gasp nods excitedly and mimics "Curious about Ilmater."
Crispy gladly returns the kiss, her mood switching from slightly brooding to happy at seeing Ashley again. "Hi baby," she coos, "I learned that Bennett is really boring to talk to! What did you guys learn? Hi, Hatt!"

”Come, let us discuss our afternoon adventure with food and drink.” Crispy says carefully to everyone. “Bird person, let’s go.”
Gasp slumps over and drags himself away from the monk, his curiosity left largely unsatisfied.
Food and drink are always welcome, says Hatt sincerely. And as a group, they head out to find a nearby tavern to have lunch and some debriefing.
(What time of day is it now?)
(Late afternoon, the sun is almost down.)
Ashley will do her best to explain Ilmatar to Gasp. But she has a hard time not comparing Ilmatar to lathandar as she is a little bias.

(Juno is the first princess, Myra is the second, Shyna is the third.)
Bennett shakes his head, "Your assumptions are correct. The priestess did not have a companion of sorts with her."
