Bennett tags a swig from his drink and looks at the dragonborn, "We are a fairly new group, probably close to 24 hours together. We don't have an outright leader or a name as of yet. My name is Bennett, that is Crispy, Ashley, Gasp, Hatt, and Karra."

Hatt, who is sitting on the same side of the table where the dragonborn stranger is standing, shifts slightly to move into his line of sight, and offers his hand.  It's very good to meet you.  And might I ask your name, sir?

Ashley flashes Crispy a playful smile and a wink.

He doesn't take your hand and looks to you, "I apologize but the nature of my request requires discretion. I'm afraid I cannot share my name with you all yet. For now you may call me Ominak."

Crispy signals that she was just kidding. Of course she is not a leader, she’s a sexy weapon of destruction. She smiles saucily at Ashley and slides in close again, bumping hips together.

Bennett takes another swig and puts down his mug. "Ominak. You know, if you ever wanted to make extra money you could come up with an almanac. Ominak's Almanac. Has a nice ring to it." Bennett chuckles and asks quietly, "So, if we take this opportunity to work for you, I feel like we should know a few details before we all agree."

”Here’s a tidbit about US..Bennett isn’t allowed to make jokes anymore.” 

"You all will receive four thousand five hundred gold each. The sum is that large for the reason of discretion. I trusted the triton with more information of it but I do not know any of you." He looks among you all, "That is why I wanted to know if you had a leader for the group, since the triton had to leave you all. I was going to see if the triton kept to her word and did not share the details of my cargo."

”Whoa.” Crispy says. “That’s a lot of money. And no. She did not.”

You told one person, Aurelia, about the cargo, muses Hatt.  Is that why you want to know our leader?  You need to reveal the true nature of the cargo to one person and one alone, is that it?  

Bennett keeps a poker face as he thinks, Wow. 4,500 gold? EACH?

Bennett nods, "Fair enough. No questions asked. Aurelia did not share any info with us, other than that you have a potential job. Now, for our groups leader, let's just say for all intents and purposes that it is myself."

Ahsleys eyes go wide when the sum of money is revealed. That's a lot of money. It's nothing illegal is it?

”No one pays that kind of money unless its illegal, or dangerous. Im guessing it’s both.”

I believe Aurelia would not have agreed to anything illegal or immoral, says Hatt, thinking of their departed comrade.  Mr. Ominak, are you proposing to tell us more?

"Just dangerous. Now would you kindly follow me, sir, so we may discuss the details of the request." He gestures to the tavern's upper floor's private rooms.

Assuming Bennett leaves with our new benefactor, Ashley turns to Crispy and says So, in an effort to get to know each other better, how about we play a game. You ask me a question and i answer. Then you in turn answer the same question.

Crispy’s eyes light up at the idea. “Nice! I’m assuming we have to answer truthfully. Ok, let’s see..” she looks around the tavern, thinking for a moment. ”Ok, here’s a question. Do you have any personal items that you cherish very much, and if so, what is it and why?”
