Unfortunately, neither the Sapping Sting or the tentacle affects the gnoll, it being ready for the attack.
Erix can absolutely fall onto Thorn, he rolls a Dex Save to dodge the attack: 6 or 6 Bludgeoning Damage. Axebeak Erix takes 6 Bludgening damage regardless, falling either onto Thorn or the ground.
Mark's crossbow bolt hits the gnoll and he fades back into the corner.
Clumulk acts right after Erix, who controls his actions, as a reminder.

The gnolls take a few knocks and the flood into the room. One goes for Kit, another for Elero, and the other two attack Clumulk. Thorn turns to the axebeak that just fell on him, “You’re first birdy!” He snarls. He pulls out a Glaive from off his back, then he points at Gnoll 2, and Incites him to bite Elero as a reaction.

Hmm something went wrong should be max 7 (1d4+3, as I assume 3 enemies within 5 feet. But either way Chumulk reaches ferocity 10 (11 to be exact); I can't find how possibly going berserk works?^^ What should I roll?

As the buggers try to spear kit and they enter the room he dodges and scuttles along the wall and down into the doorway.
A burst of several spectral tentacleserupt from all over his body.
Action: arms of hadar Strength Sav: 14, 12 necrotic damage (1/2 on save) and cannot take reactions (in the doorway is should avoid friendly fire and hopefully get as many gnolls as possible.
BA: my regular tentacle will lash out at same gnoll mark went for, 16 to hit, 8 Cold damage.
Movement: I stand where I am and yell "come and get me you mutts!"
A couple items: first, Elero hasn't gone yet, so before we get back to the top of the order, he'd like a turn, and maybe a refresh of the map, pretty please. Second, he still appears to be a kobold in temple robes. Any chance that'd make the gnolls pause before attacking him?
Erix can make an Animal Handling check to try and stop Clumulks rampage.
Gnolls 2, 3, and 4 have to make Str Saves: 1: 10 2: 4 3: 6
The map will take a couple days. We can also say that Elero’s turn took place before the others. Thorn has found you hiding in a room he knows does not belong to you and he does not recognise you,, he’s a real shoot first type character, so the Gnolls absolutely are attacking you.
Elero and Eric are still to go. The Gnolls are in the room attacking you all.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ok, once Elero's attacked he'll figure the jig is up, even though neither attack hit him. He'll pick a spot, without moving enough to draw an opportunity attack, and produce a small metallic dragon from his robe, unfold its articulating metal legs, and place it on the floor so its open maw is pointed at as many of the gnolls as possible. Once set up, he'll rise to his full height and yell, in his most intimidating voice, "Greet my diminutive companion!"
Using his action to create the Flamethrower version of the Eldritch Cannon, oriented so the 15-foot cone of flame hits as many enemies as possible, and as few allies, and for his bonus action, Elero activates the Flamethrower, dealing 12 fire damage to each target, or half as many on a successful DC 13 Dex save.
And if, once the map is up again, there's a spot that would get all of them, but that would draw an opportunity attack to move to, he'd probably risk that to improve his damage output. But not more than one attack.

Gnoll 2 goes down to relentless attacks
Elero is able to target Gnoll 1 and 3 with the Flamethrower, Dex Saves: Gnoll 1: 21 Gnoll 3: 3
Erix is up, he can roll an Animal Handling check, then take his and Clumulk's turn, as long as Clumulk isn't rampaging, in which case he will randomly attack a nearby creature. He is under attack my Thorn, while Clumulk is surrounded by Gnolls.
[note: when the first gnoll to have a turn finishes that turn near kit, he will use reaction to activate swiftstride and move ten feet towards boss-mutt, as if to flank, though I don't believe we're playing flanking rules]
Noted. Just waiting on Erix. It's possible they haven't checked seeing as how notifications are still down. I'll send them a message and then if they don't respond in a few hours i'll just take their turn for them.
