Neither attacks hit as Thorn and the Gnolls lash out, Gnoll 3 attacks Clumulk, Gnoll 4 attacks Elero, while Thorn harrases Erix again and Incite's Gnoll 4 to attack Elero. His eyes widen as he looks at Elero, then screams, "That one! That's Yosgrim's apprentice. The damn old bastard has sent them to kill us! After we're done here we'll butcher the little gnome." Kit is able to sneak up behind Thorn in the tustle.

You all are up. Thorn lashes at Erix, Kit has snuck behind them. Elero and Clumulk tustle with the other two gnolls while Mark hides in the corner.
Mark drops Gnoll 4 and melds back into the shadows. Thorn sees another Gnoll go down and Kit running at him from behind, he get's a nervous look in his eye and they dart towards the stairs to the south.
Elero, Erix, and Kit are up. Elero and Clumulk battle Gnoll 3 while Kit and Erix battle Thorn in the next room.

After getting speared for 4 damage and hearing Thorn threaten his boss, Elero will take his bonus action first, activating his lil frien' again to shift so it's not aiming at Chumulk too with its 15 feet of movement and Flamethrower gnoll 3 for 10 damage, or half that on a successful DC 13 Dex save, and if that puts gnoll 3 down, he'll run to engage Thorn. Otherwise, he'll stay with gnoll 3, and whomever he's engaged with will receive two dagger attacks (with advantage, if we're using it?).
First dagger attack (magic Infused +1/+1 dagger):21 to hit, or 23 if I have advantage, and8 damage
Second dagger attack: 22 or 6 to hit and 3 damage
If Elero was still engaged with gnoll 3 but the dagger attacks finish it off, he'll run over to try and block Thorn's escape. Otherwise he'll stay put.
The Gnoll goes down from the Flamethrower. I'll assume you run over to Thorn and do the dagger attacks against him. The first of which hits (We are using the flanking rules but you can't get flanking on Thorn at the moment.
Erix and Kit are up, Elero is now backing you up against Thorn, who's eyes burn with fury now that hit escape is blocked. The Shifter certainly isn't down yet.

Chumulk rushes towards Thorn to attack him (unless he can go on anothe rampage, than animal handling check: 10, if failure he sticks to where he is.
Erix turns back into himself with a big slash on his back.
He immediatly casts Summon beast (land) to have another ally in the fight, flanking Thorn from all sides now ordering it to attack Thron.
As a BA he summons a bear spirit for 8 Temp HP for all allies within 30ft (as well as advantage on strength checks and saves).
After his turn if Chumulk attacks he uses Overwhelming attack using 2 ferocity and attacking Thorn:
Attack: 8 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
While the land beast uses his Maul to attack:
Attack: 16 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Thorn is looking really beat up now, his eyes flash in anger and he screams "Ash! Someone! Up in the library! Intruders! Ambushers! Raise the alarm!" Instead of giving up though, Thorn fights on. While a despicable murderer, the Shifter is not a coward. His eyes turn to Elero, the person he identifies as you ring leader and he swings his Glaive again.

Elero grimaces, taking another 4 damage. He sends the Eldritch Flamethrower toward the stairway, since it probably can't blast Thorn without hitting an ally now that he's surrounded. If possible, he'd like to hold its bonus action flame attack in case a target comes up the stairs, but if it's not possible to hold a bonus action, that's ok.
Meanwhile, Elero will glare at Thorn and snarl, "Not so tough when you're not fighting an old man, are you?" and make two dagger attacks (with advantage this time?).

"Um," Elero glances around furtively, "we came up the stairs. Not sure anyone but me can go back down that way." He shrugs, still disguised as a kobold acolyte.
He'll have the flamethrower blast a cone of flame down the staircase, hoping to make those rushing up it pause.
