Elero charges forward, slashing with both daggers, the conflicting thoughts of getting closer to this monster and possibly finding safety from the sweeping arc of that horrible weapon running through his mind as he attacks (possibly with advantage, if he can move opposite the wolf, but maybe not; up to the DM).
First attack, with the magical Returning dagger: 24 or 15 to hit and 7 damage
Second attack, with the normal dagger: 22 or 18 to hit and 4 damage
(ignore the second attack rolls if he doesn't get advantage)
Both daggers dig deep into Garra's side, she looks around worriedly, clearly feeling boxed in. She looks over into the corner of the compartment and says "Need you're help here Rot, you little bastard!" Suddenly a tiny flying man appears, firing his bow at Elero:
Attack: 22 Damage: 1 Piercing and he must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. If his saving throw result is 5 or lower, he also falls unconscious for the same duration, or until he takes damage or someone shakes him awake.
Erix and Kit are up, Garra is in her booth fighting Erix and Elero, while a small sprite flies over in the corner wielding his bow, sneering at you all.
Elero turns at the mechanical noise, and smiles. "What is that marvelous looking--?" then gasps as the arrow strikes him, and a sickly feeling courses through his body from the wound.

Garra's Chain Smash ability recharges on a roll of 6: 4
But she can still make her sweeping chain attack, she swings it around her head as she yells, "You bastards, you think you can take me down!? Rot! You take care of this lot, i'm going to push that sneaky prick off the roof!"
Elero and Erix must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 7 Bludgening damage and be knocked Prone . You take half damage on a success.
Garra then smashes out the window behind her and climbs the side of the carriage. She can't get to Mark this round due to the reduced speed from Kit. But she is rushing towards you with an evil glint in her eye, breathing hard.

Yep take your opportunity attacks. Make with disadvantage if you get knocked prone. Although i just remembered that Elero and Erix are flanking, so i guess make a normal roll if you're prone, and with advantage if not.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Elero shakes his head to clear it after taking the hit and being knocked prone. He takes an opportunity attack on Garra with the Returning Weapon dagger for 21 to hit and 5 damage as the ogre lumbers away.
During his turn, he'll get up and use his movement to get into a position where he can throw his Returning Weapon without disadvantage at Garra (so, within twenty feet of her). If that's not possible, he'll get within 20 feet of the pixie and throw the Returning Weapon at him, either way for 13 to hit and 7 damage.
Third option: if Elero can't throw at Garra (his prime choice) but he can get within melee range of Rot (2nd choice), he'll take two melee dagger attacks at the pixie, so his second would be 25 to hit and 4 damage. To recap, his desired actions, in order of preference:
1) move to where he can throw the dagger at Garra w/o disadvantage
2) move to melee distance of Rot and attack twice
3) move to where he can throw the dagger at Rot w/o disadvantage
Thanks for the different options. To answer the question i should have before, no one inside the carriage can see Garra, and seeing as how she has only just got to the roof of the train, getting up there without getting into melee with her will be hard.
So i'm going to take Elero's second option where he runs up to Rot and stabs twice with the daggers. Rot takes the two dagger hits and drops to the floor of the carriage, defeated.
Mark is up, with Garra bearing down on him on the rooftop.

Garra moves with surprising dexterity for her size and moves out of the wolves jaws.
Kit is up.
Kit ignores the flying man for the moment and focussed on the ever so annoying Garra.

If Garra is still in melee then he will add sneak attack
Attack: 23
Damage: 8
Sneak Damage: 5
She wasn’t in melee, but the bolt hits her in the leg. She’s looking quite desperate now as she strides towards you.
Also now that Rot is down Erix and Kit can go.
