Mark is surprised to be spotted by a female Kalashtar who seems to appear out of nowhere, she raises an eyebrow and stands, staring up at the half-elf. "Hello. Are you looking for the Bloodskulls as well, or Anric?" Behind her are two other figures as well as a gigantic stone door that blocks the entire underground tunnel.
At this point I'd like everyone to describe themselves and what they are doing, along with Mark's response to this question.
Zoveldra stands with quiet composure, her mid-length black hair tucked neatly behind her ears, framing a face marked by calm focus and subtle intensity. Her slightly luminous blue eyes—a hallmark of her Kalashtar heritage—watch the half-elf before her, unblinking, patient, and without a trace of hostility. She moves with the grace of someone trained to strike without warning yet chooses stillness over action. Her monk’s robes, in shades of blue, white, and tan, are simple but well-kept, allowing for freedom of movement without sacrificing modesty or purpose. A scimitar and shortbow are slung across her back, their presence quiet reminders of preparedness, though she rarely draws them. Everything about her posture speaks to control: of body, of voice, of thought.
Elero Muhendis jumps, startled by this figure who seemingly appears out of nowhere, his multicolored lab duster flowing open as he draws a crossbow with one hand and a rune-etched rod, which he also aims like a weapon at the newcomer, with the other hand. The smoothness of his actions are at odds with the startled expression on his soot-stained elven face, which he tries and fails to mask, and for a moment he reaches for the goggles perched on his forehead, which have gone askew during this flurry of motion and are now nearly obscured by his wild shock of dark hair, then stops the gesture to avoid inadvertently sticking the crossbow bolt into his eye.
The lab coat's hues aren't due to fashion, but rather a series of patches to cover material loss from the unintended side effects of his various experiments, made with whatever scraps were at hand, accented by random scorch marks and chemical discolorations. As the duster settles back into place, odd protrusions under the fabric mark the locations of a plethora of pocketed gadgets, and components of future gadgets.
Behind Zoveldra there is a Warforged that has seen better days. It is covered in rot and rust and stands defensively in front of a group of minor undead orcs.
Its unreadable expression falls on the newcomer before giving what appears to be a curious head tilt
Together with Elero a whole other bunch walks up. Two boars walk menacingly towards you all before being called back by a Caucasian male with black hair and green eyes named Erix Vadalitis. He has a dragonmark visible just at the base of his neck, where it can be hidden when wanted. Besides the two boars he has a weasel on his shoulder and a Large worg walks next to him.
He clearly wasn't spooked at all by the sudden appearance of the other group.

While Zoveldra's outfit maintains her modesty, Mome's reveals more of her beauty. Whereas Landmop's face reveals little of its thoughts or intentions, Mome's face shows eagerness to commit violence, as does her spinning a trident in right hand while holding her shield in her other. However, her alms box and amulet with the symbol of Olladra mark her as a cleric, although you recall that it is usually rogues and scoundrels that worship the goddess of luck.
Zoveldra stares for a moment, tilting her head curiously. Pointing two weapons at them is a strange way to react to a simple question. Hm...they gave that orc a chance and he still...Her expression hardens slightly.
"The ones who left those orc corpses you passed on the way in. If you are aligned with them, you should take this chance to leave. If not...it is rude to point. And introductions are awkward when only one person is flying."
"Weren't we looking for 3 adventurers of these descriptions?" He says than turning to Zoveldra "Erix Vadilitis is the name, were you hired by Tarric? Is your name Zoveldra by any chance?"

Zoveldra nods to Erix, looking relieved. "Yes, I am. He hired us to find Anric. We have tracked him to this door," she turns, motioning to the cracked stone door with runes etched into it ahead of them, "But we have no way of opening it. We have been waiting here for two days, but the orcs haven't come out again either." She sighs. "It seems to be connected to Anric's Dragonmark."
It is at this point that The Rouge get a good look at huge stone door in front of them. You see a crack running down the middle, and strange runes inscribed all over it. On one side of the door is an indentation that looks as though something should fit into it. The others let you know that the runes are representative of the Draconic Prophesy, and that whatever fits into that indentation is the key to completing this section of it.
"We were send by Tarric to look for Anric aswell, aswell as you guys as he wasn't sure if harm came to you or you ran away with his money." Erix says "Glad to see neither was true; Now, what do you mean it seems connected to the dragonmark? "
What kind of indentation is it? As in what shape etc. Passive Perception: 26; roll: 19

"If you look at the runic pattern on the door, it depicts the Prophecy, and the slot that's missing, by reductive reasoning, would hold Anrics Dragonmark. We were unable to locate the missing piece, but have put the door under siege as we wait and/or investigate"
Erix gets his bag of holding from the back and takes the rune to put it in the slot and see if it opens.
"I wonder if there are mores of these runes than we though, or if Anric had a different method to gain access."

(I've just realized the extra work I've made for myself having two 'summoner' type characters in the party. So many tokens!)

(I don't mind switching subclasses if it's a problem)
Mark pull his weapon towards the person who showed up from the shadow, "Who is asking?"
@Rylentlar - You play the character you want to play, I was joking (mainly).
How does the second group respond to Mark's challenge?
Zoveldra stares for a moment, tilting her head curiously. Pointing two weapons at them is a strange way to react to a simple question. Hm...they gave that orc a chance and he still...Her expression hardens slightly.

Erix holds out a hand to Mark

Elero will either help, or also investigate, at the DM's discretion, since he read the runes we found in our last adventure.
"If you look at the runic pattern on the door, it depicts the Prophecy, and the slot that's missing, by reductive reasoning, would hold Anrics Dragonmark. We were unable to locate the missing piece, but have put the door under siege as we wait and/or investigate"
The moldy wizard prattles on
Erix and Elero immediately see that the indentation in the wall is the perfect size to fit the ancient runes you took off Garra.
Erix gets his bag of holding from the back and takes the rune to put it in the slot and see if it opens.
"I wonder if there are mores of these runes than we though, or if Anric had a different method to gain access."
