Erix is at 2hp, he looks at the others and sees Coal is down. He decides it best to get him up right now casting healing word.
Healing Coal for 6 HP. After which he cast thorn whip on one of the lid up kobolds.
Attack: 20 Damage: 5.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Another Kobold down. The two remaining kobolds look like they would be keen to run, but Hound pushes past them, past Centurion, shifting into her wolf form lashing out with her shortsword and biting at Elero:
Shortsword Attack: 18 Damage: 6
Bite Attack: 8 Damage: 4
The two kobolds look at each other and shrug, they may as well go down fighting. They run at Centurion, who seems to be the main target, if they can take down the warforged then the rest might fall.
Or you're back with 8 HP and can take your turn, Centurion, depending on how the DM sorts out the order of these actions, because Elero's #1 plan was to cast Cure Wounds on you, if he could do so without moving. And if I'm looking at the map correctly, you went down right next to me.
If that's right, and if Elero's not currently engaged with a kobold, he'll Cure Wounds to revive Centurion, then use his movement to get to the back of the party, since he's still only got 3 HP himself.
Was Elero able to move off the front line last round, or was he stuck? If he was able, he'll Firebolt the kobold to the right of Centurion, with advantage due to Faerie Fire.
To hit: 10 or 25 and 1 damage
If he wasn't, that 4-point hit from the Shifter is enough to put him down, so he'll roll his first Death Save: 1
Also, I believe Erix cast Healing Word on Coal, so she should be conscious again.
Kit’s nerves rise like a balloon in the stomach. His comrades have taken some heavy hits. He starts retching and this time instead of from the eyes a streak of eldritch energy erupts from his throat like a fur ball comet towards the shifter.
To hit: 25 Force Damage: 9
the tentacle moves above the shifters head and also takes another swing
So sorry I confused between Coal and Centurion. Yes Coal wouldn’t have had to make the death save, she is up and breathing normally on the ground. I missed Elero moving to the back of the party. Let’s just say you did and were able to take down the Kobold with the Firebolt. Centurion kills his Kobold, and Hound is finally put down by Kit’s Eldritch Blast. “You’ve all really ****ed this up…” Hound breathes her last words.
Coal is on the ground looking at you all. “Thank you all so much, I’m so sorry I assumed you were with them. I just haven’t been able to trust anyone lately, not since they got Razor.” She lets out a sigh. “I think maybe I’m going to get out of Sharn, there’s clearly no safety in this city.”
"Well that's some start to an adventure. How is everyone feeling?"
After the answers he'll ask Coal
"Who is Razor, if I may ask."

Elero begins to shake once the combat is over. "Wait 'till the gang at Cromwell's hears about this," he mutters, looking at the bodies littering the alley.
"I'm, uh, I'm hurt, but I'll make it." He looks around the party. "I can heal someone, if they need it, depending on where we're going next."
Coal goes on. "Razor was my comrade in arms, we fought for Cyran during the Last War. We'd admittedly had some problems finding work after the War, that's why we came to Sharn. Razor got a job working for Alden d'Orien, one of the Dragonmarked house leaders. I couldn't work with them cause of my arm, too physical apparently." She holds up her missing arm. "It seemed like a good job at first, but after a while Razor started coming home sullen and wounded. Razor was planning to quit but he was gonna buy me a new arm first, then..." She turns her head away. "Then he was dead."
She looks back at you all. "Look, you're gonna have to get to the bottom of this on your own, tell Sergeant Vilroy i'm sorry but i coudn't do it. Too risky. I still have my life and i plan on keeping it. If she wants more information, go ask Alden d'Orien, that bastard knows more about it." She gets up to walk away.
Carefully kit climbs down from the rooftop. “Alden d’Orien, you say? One of the house leaders you say?”
As Coal begins to walk away “whoa, hold your iron horses there. Razor ever tell you what Alden had him do? Came home wounded? Sullen? Surely, Razor told you what dirty work he was being employed to do.”
“Nah, he never said. Maybe it was a secret or something. I don’t know.” She seems dejected and not really paying attention. She’s making her plans to leave the city.
(dm, as a member of a prominent family, would Erix know the person Coal is talking about, or at least know who knows about him?)

To Mark - “Alden d’Orien is no general, more of a trumped up post man I reckon. Razor never really told me what he was doing, I assumed running messengers or helping with trains or something. Should have probably guessed it was a bit more sinister than that.” She takes her head.
Also Erix yes you would know that Alden is the head of House Orien, although maybe not know him personally. House Orien specializes in courier services and land-based transport. You’ll be able to find Alden in his house called the Unicorn Estate in the Mithra! Tower district of Upper Central Plateau.
It’s getting quite late now, if you’ve got no more questions Coal is going to slink off. As far as I can see it you’ve got three options now:
1. Go to Ghallanda Hall and check out your place, get some sleep.
2. Go back to Sergeant Vilroy and debrief.
3. Go straight to Unicorn Estate and start asking Alden d’Orien questions.
Or anything else you might want to do in Sharn, it is a massive city with pretty much everything you might think of. Although if you don’t get some sleep soon you’ll start rolling Con saves or cop exhaustion.
