Mark's attack hits but doesn't have Sneak Attack, Ash is still looking pretty good for health. (I'm not exactly sure but when i've had Rogue's try to get Sneak Attack in the way you're doing it they usually use Cunning Action to hide and roll a Stealth check each turn. Let me know if you're thinking it works in a different way.)

She will throw another Unholy bolt, this time at Elero. She then screams, "Just attack the humanoids. The animals are unimportant!" and the others focus their attacks on you all as much as they can.

Dodging both the unholy bolt and a dagger slash, Elero breathes a sigh of relief, then makes two dagger attacks against whomever is in melee with him that looks to be in the worst shape. In the chaos of battle, he's just lashing out at the nearest enemy.
Magic dagger attack: 15 to hit and 6 damage
Normal dagger attack: 11 to hit and 2 damage
As a bonus action, he'll keep his portable death denier going, sending 4 temp HP to all party members and friendly animals from the Protector cannon.

Ash looks around, quite concerned now, and sees the door to her north. She drops the body of Caden Orien and casts Bane on Mark, Elero, and Erix. Then she makes for the door while screaming at her cultists, "Keep fighting my flock! The Shadow will reward you in the afterlife!"
Mark, Elero, and Erix make DC 13 CHA Saves or must deduct 1d4 from each Attack Roll or Saving Throw while the spell lasts.

The last two cultists go down, and another crossbow bolt hits Ash, she is looking really done now. Purple ooze runs from her wounds.
Kit tries for an Eldritch Blast at Ash with disadvantage due to the Orc bearing down on him, to stop her getting away. Amazingly, the Eldritch blast hits her, but isn't enough to drop her for good. Ash limps out of the north door, taking the Dash action out into the courtyard beyond. As she leaves she yells, "I don't know who you are, but I will find out. My lord will find you, and he is not forgiving."
The final Orc fights on, protecting Ash's retreat:
Mark will move through the spaces to get a clear shot of Ash. He will disengage if necessary and if not he will dash to close the gap but still stay at a distance so he can shoot his crossbow.

Damage: 5 (lets hope that gets her down)

Elero will ponder another catapult, then decide to save his last spell slot for now, and make two dagger attacks against the other cultist near him.
Magic dagger: 9 to hit and 8 damage
Normal dagger: 25 to hit and 2 damage
Once again, the little Protector cannon will radiate 5 temp HP to any party member or animal who needs them.
The normal dagger, which weirdly seems to be the more accurate of the two currently, crits for 2x2 = 4 damage.
How can she see me I moved out of sight of her so I shouldn't be attack, though this doesn't hit.
Mark will move past the wall to take his shot now seeing that Ash is open he will take his shot hoping this one will land.
