The air thrummed with a sickening symphony of wet thumps and guttural goblin cheers. Daewen didn't waste time with theatrics. She surged through the broken doorway, a whirlwind of focused fury. The sight that greeted her was grotesque - a macabre tableau of dismembered ghoul flesh, spraying crimson across the cavern floor. Five bugbears, their savage glee etched on their faces, were locked in a gruesome frenzy, their weapons tearing into the hapless ghouls with unrestrained savagery.

Before the bugbears could even register the sudden intrusion, Daewen was upon them. With a snarl that would have sent shivers down a lesser foe's spine, she launched her attack. Her rapiers, gleaming silver serpents in the dim light, became a blur of deadly precision. One blade snaked out, its tip aimed for bugbear B2's exposed shoulder (first attack). In the same heartbeat, the other rapier followed suit, seeking a vital point in another bugbear's (B3) chest (two-weapon fighting). But Daewen wasn't done yet. Her Gloom Stalker training kicked in, her spectral form flickering momentarily as she unleashed a chilling Dread Ambusher attack. One of the rapiers, held in her leading hand, became a phantom extension of her will, tearing towards the exposed neck of a third bugbear (B4). In a heart-stopping display of lethal grace, Daewen unleashed a three-pronged assault, a whirlwind of steel aimed at turning the tide of this unexpected battle.

OOC: Huh. What are the odds of that?  Those last two attacks (on B3 and B4) had the EXACT same rolls across the board.  Something feels fishy about that.

This fight wouldn't be a brawl – it would be a surgical takedown, each strike a calculated response to the bugbear's desperate flailing.
