Wisdom Save equals 22. Advantage because of her heritage.
Marlede grins at the sight of two monsters to slay. She'll stay silent and releases an arrow after using her bonus action to designate her Slayer's Prey target. She's assuming her stealthed state will allow her to surprise attack the nearest Harpie.
Longbow: 24 [ Second roll if it's at advantage: 23 ]
Damage: 6 [ If it crits: 4 extra ]
Slayer's Prey damage: 3 [ If it crits: 1 extra ]
She'll try to keep her distance from them but remain within line of sight.

I usually do quite open ended prompts and situations and I don't require everyone to engage with a given scene. You can basically imagine me going "What do you do?" after every post I make. Would you prefer if I am more direct about that?

Wisdom save at advantage due to Half-elf resistance to charm: 18
Aubreen bellows as the Harpies soar out of the upper caverns, blocking the Siren song with his own voice of anger and determination. "You have drawn your last meal, beast, your song is useless. Flee now or know your doom. I will track you back to your lair and make you a meal for the snowcat."
Dropping his shield he unslings the crossbow, firing a bolt at the closest of the pair to Sirius, then frantically looping it under his foot to load another. Pulling it back into a cocked position he moves closer to the rope.
Crossbow bolt at the closest: Attack: 13 Damage: 6
"Doesn't look good for the fishers, let us at least make it safer for the next crew"
Wisdom Saving throws against both Harpy songs (rolled in gamelog): 25 (also rolled a 14 for the second harpy if needed)
Perrin whirls around when the song of the harpies fill the air. Luckily, he manages to shake off their charming effect, though he had to admit that their song was indeed beautiful and captivating. Conjuring a ball of flames into his open hand, he charges across the snow-dusted lake until he's about 30 feet away from the harpies, and then he hurls his mote of flame at the closest bird lady.
Produce Flame Attack: 13 Damage: 5 points of fire damage
The harpies turn to the lured Sirius, the song turning to one of a feast, a respite from hunger, elated, manic. Through his befuddlement, the paladin can see the many pretty sharp fangs, the large eyes. As the claws start ripping into him, it has no effect on the enchantment. Rather, his brain is forced to rationalize what is happening.
Marlede, suddenly appearing out of the haze, hits a well placed arrow. Perrins fire connects as well, singing some of the feathers on the same harpy. The harpy screeches a hateful nothing down, but continues her song. The crossbow bolt of Aubreen flies wide, splintering an icycle by one of the cave entrances.
The second harpy flies over from it's cave to where Sirius and the wounded harpy are. Both of them throw themselves at him, brutally raking at his face and clothing with their claws, seeking to tear flesh, taste blood. Their intent is clear; They don't want a fair fight, they want food.
Claws to hit: 21, damage: 6 slashing Claws to hit: 18, damage: 4 slashing Claws to hit: 8, damage: 6 slashing Claws to hit: 15, damage: 5 slashing
Initiative: 1. Harpies 2. All of you (go in any order) < YOUR TURN
Both harpies and Sirius are at 5. There is a rope placed by Sirius leading up there from 3. Climbing the sheer cliff face otherwise requires an athletics 13 check.
Sirius lays down in front of the harpies and closes his eyes wanting to feel the music. He almost starts thinking about how this is kind of messed up, but quickly dismisses the thought, reaching for a hug instead (wisdom save: 6).
Seeing that Sirius was still enthralled by the harpies, Perrin feels a spike of horror as his friend gets mauled by the winged beasts. Focussing on the harpy closest to the hapless man, Perrin launches another note of flame.
Produce Flame Attack: 25 Damage: 12 points of fire damage.
Aubreen tosses the crossbow to the snow in disgust, Always hated that thing. He grabs the rope and hauls himself as quickly up the cliff as he can. Clambering over the edge he pulls his sword and begins to wave it wildly as a shepherd might do to fend off wolves with a torch. "Back fiends," he hollers, "Get through me beast" he begins to feel the true adrenalin "Feel my sting".
Aubreen will get between the harpies and his charmed companion, giving Sirius as much [Tooltip Not Found] as possible.
Assuming climbing the rope is difficult terrain he will use a dash action to get into place.
If the rope is not difficult terrain he will attack the wounded harpy and follow it with a second strike to either the same one or the other as needed.
Longsword attack: Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Bonus action Long sword attack: Attack: 15 Damage: 10
DM: Yeah, climbing (be it rope or else) is generally half movement. Technically, difficult terrain is a modifier that could be stacked on top of that, but that's neither here nor there currently.
The harpies are hacking at Sirius in revelry, happy about their easy meal. A well placed arrow from Marlede, closely followed by a fiery missile from Perrin, aprubtly cut the monsters plan short. The wounded harpy screeches in pain, teeters on one last slash at Sirius, then collapses in a heap, bleeding and smoldering. The second harpy utters an obscenity and cryies "Sazie, Sazie!", as if to rouse the corpse.
At that, Aubreen has made his way up to the monsters and now stands protectively over Sirius. The harpy recoils, disengages and throws herself off the cliff, where the wings find teetering purchase in the frosty air. She flaps eagerly, trying to get as much distance as possible.
The monster is about 70 feet in the air (measured from where Perrin and Marlede are), looking to fly away from you as fast as possible. Her song has become one of mourning, but retains its enchanting qualities. Perhaps as a last insult, she is trying to lure Sirius off the cliff (remember that he does get a save before doing so). If Sirius were to tumble down, he'd take 2d6 bludgeoning damage (1d6 per 10 feet).
Initiative: 1. Harpies, one dead, one fleeing 2. All of you (go in any order) < YOUR TURN
Sirius calmly gets up from under the dead harpy and mindlessly follows the music. Right before stepping off the cliff, Sirius has one clear moment and tuggs with all of his mental power on that string of reality finally coming to (wisdom save: 12). Perplexed of how he got up here and why his face is bleeding, Sirius looks around, quickly spotting the harpy flying away.
For a brief moment, he thinks about teleporting on top of the harpy but realizes that the fall would kill him. Figuring he doesn't have much time before the harpy is gone, he opts not to take out his crossbow and instead channels the same divine energy at the harpy, that he used against the moose. "May Ilmater make you suffer like I did!"
Aubreen reaches out to grab ahold of Sirius before he plunges over the cliff. Hearing him speak he feels relief at the return of his friends wits. Following the line of the bolt Aubreen follows it with one of his own, "Torm demands justice" he bellows.
Seeing the harpy trying to escape, Perrin feels a moment of pity for the creature. Then he remembered its ferocity and willingness to harm others, so he didn't feel as bad when he moved to close the distance between him and it before he let out one last gout of flame.
Produce Flame Attack: 17 Damage: 7 points of fire damage.
Struck by pure divine light, the harpy veers sharply to the side, screeching in pain, trying to avoid further projectiles. Yet Marledes arrow strikes true. The impact into flesh sends a puff of blood into the air, where it immediately turns into red crystals that slowly rain down. The monster tries weakly to flap its wings, but it is too late. Perrins fire engulfs it whole, setting the pinions ablaze.
A flaming apparition careens down from the sky, hits the ice with an ugly crunch.
The song is gone and so are the singers. The only melody that remains is the moaning of the wind passing through the holes in the cliffside.
Marlede stows her bow and climbs up to where Sirius and Aubreen are. "Yikes... Would you allow me to heal you, friend? They really did a number on your... face."
Marlede goes to place her hands on Sirius and stops, waiting for consent to cast Cure Wounds. If he accepts, he'll get 4 points of healing. He would see an emerald-green energy being channeled into the palm of her hands.
"I don't cast a lot of spells so I don't mind healing you."
Sirius looks at the beast falling with pleasure. "Good riddance."
"Thank you for the offer, but don't waste your heals on me, I'm sure I can manage." Sirius looks Marlede directly in the eyes and waves his hand in a circle, leaving a barely noticable magical trace behind. "I dabble in magic too. Anyways, if those fishers are still alive somehow, they probably could use your healing much more than myself."
