Too caught up in the 'game' one of the quicklings were playing with her, she definitely didn't hear the additional rustling. Instead she continues to squint her eyes and just keeps assaulting the purple creature with ray of frost as soon as she catches a glimpse of it.
Etla hurls another blast of ice towards the quickling. It seems to have turned even this into a game, as Etla sees that her missed spells seem to be striking the foliage behind where it was waiting for her. The quickling blows raspberries, obviously enjoying getting her annoyed.
Crispy attempts to stalk into the underbrush to get into an ambush spot. She steps on some twigs, cussing to herself for being clumsy. She then hears a "Boo!" Squeak beside her as she finds the other quickling beside her, attempting to rummage into her pouches. (If she wants to attempt to grab the quickling, it will be a Athletics check opposed by their Athletics or Acrobatics check.)
The quickling is too fast, even for Crispy's fast fingers. It scurries away in a blur, holding her pouch of coins. "Found your shinies!" It cackles, mocking her from a distance.
Chetin heads into the garden properly, unlike the others either in the underbrush or nearby the entrance. He hears the cackling of a quickling as one stops right behind him, tapping him on the butt. "You're really slow." It says, clambering onto Chetin's back to take his shinies. (Chetin may make an Athletics or Acrobatics check to get the quickling off of his back.)
"I suppose so, your just too fast for me." He simply states, "And please don't take the shiny arrow. I like that one very much." He was talking about the bolt he casted light upon.
"That's not a shiny." The quickling says to Chetin as it climbs onto his shoulders. "We're not stupid." It then begins to pull on his hair with glee.
The other quickling opens up Crispy's pouch, then begins to throw the coins around the garden. Some land in the flower bed, some others into the pond, and a few in the ground between the two.

Akaas, noticing the quickling no longer has his emblem, attempts to find where they have taken it. He heads off following the quickling's tracks, but then realises that there are hundreds of footprints around. It'll take him a few minutes to potentially find his emblem. (if you want to make an Investigation check next)
Crispy jumps and lunges at the quickling distributing her money around the garden. Quickling's Acrobatics Check:19 The quickling giggles as it manages to sidestep Crispy's attempt to grab it. "Nyeh, nyeh!" It raspberries at her before speeding along the flower bed, chucking the pouch into the pond.

Now that Etla had thrown her magic around like a fool for a few moments her initial rage had settled. She was, however, still hellbent on nailing that little critter and pointed two fingers at her own eyes before pointing at the quickling in a very serious 'I see you' gesture. And then she unleashes another ray of frost.
After a moment, Akaas follows the quickling's tracks and notice that it has thrown is amulet. It is hanging on a tree branch about 15 feet off of the ground.
Etla throws the ice in a blind point of anger, the spell goes wide and smashes into a small tree, freezing it around the trunk. "Ha ha!" The quickling cackles as it rushes forward. "You're too slow." It begins to rush up to the tree where the frozen tree is, and with blinding speed cuts chunks with its dagger, weakening the trunk.

Oh my god are you $@!& KIDDING me?!
Chetin would go off to investigate the garden area, looking for the rustling. He stowed the luminescent bolt upon his belt.

Crispy, quite annoyed, positions herself so that when the opportunity arises, she will attempt to grapple a quickling again.

I'm not sure what Akaas is doing. Here are some rolls you can use to determine whether he's any closer to getting his "shiny" back:

"Akaas," Chetin says in Celestial, he points to the quickling on him as he slowly walks to Akaas, ready to help him grapple the quickling.
