"Run, in these shoes?" The necrodancer pulls the trousers up a bit to show large heeled shoes. "Never, only ever walk or dance."
Over the next moment or so, the necrodancer seems to conduct the artistry of the undead dancing as the party slaughters them. It is not long until the undead in the nearby vicinity are just bodies at rest once again.
The necrodancer shrugs, "I grabbed the ones I found. These floors are almost a mile long, there could be more if you want to find them. Easy way to attract them would be loud and shine lights."
Cleaning his sword after helping destroying the undead the elf says
"Well... I must admit that even if I don't entirely approve your approach to the problem you had been helpful " he says to the wizard. "What are you going to do now? look for more or going back to the surface?"
The necrodancer shrugs. "I was just down here because I heard a necromancer was raising stuff. Thought I'd take the liberty of doing some undead wrangling and practice some stuff. The opportunities are a little hard to come by, not surprisingly." He wanders over to Dar'Quilyn with a dance in his stride before doing a spin and producing a small business card. "Just in case you're interested."
Dar'Quilyn
The card reads the following:
Gareth Jarass Necrodancer Extraordinaire Resolves your undead training problems, will do young vampire parties Sending spells for bookings accepted 200 gold minimum booking fee
Johann looks very interested as the necrodancer suggests being loud and bright. "Do undead follow lights and sound? I thought that they could simply sense the living." Then he turns to the group and says, "Well, should we be loud and shiny to make this job fast, or wander the huge catacombs down here? I'm fine with either, just say the word."
"You seem perfectly knowledgeable, how about you travel through here with us. Help us find these pockets of undead. I admit, I am intrigued by the ability to make the undead dance!"Kithre says, genuine in her interest in the magic he used. With any luck, I'll be able to observe him and see what he's doing, possibly learn a thing or two. Kithre thinks to herself.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"I have a booking fee."The necrodancer says, pointing to the business card he handed to Dal'Quilyn. "Anyway, I can't be allies with the good guys; weird clauses and stuff with the controlling shenanigans."He begins to head towards the staircase. "I *might* go try and find new *minions*, since these dashing heroes have *foiled* my plot. Oh..."He turns again, pulling the cloak around him again, clearing his throat. "Foolish adventurers! You may have defeated my minions, but it is not the end of the necrodancer!" He says in a typical villain tone, giving the party a wink before heading for the staircase at a rushed walk (never run in heels!).
"Brazzak, give the oh so crafty necrodancer his space. He's definitely outwitted us!" Kithre says a bit loudly, emphasizing the he and us. "Brazzak, magic like he was doing is very strange. We can't be actual compatriots with him, something about the Weave causes spells like this to break if we are friends. We'll 'chase' him for a bit so we can repeat this game." she says in a hushed tone to the other adventurer.
Something Brazzak said caught attention. He pushes himself off the wall he's been leaning against and walks to the group.
"B that's a great idea! If you go one of those lightning things you did earlier, all the undead in hear will be able to here it and then we just have to wait until they come to us. Plus, it's they're pretty cool!"
The group follows after the necrodancer, who seemingly is wandering along the floor above. He never looks back towards where the party is, and this appears purposeful. As he wanders, he pulls something out from his pocket (it's obscured since he is looking away from the group) and mutters some things before moving off in another direction. After following for 5-10 minutes, the group sees he has come across another small group of undead. He seems to be doing some sort of strange dance himself, the zombies slowly shamble towards him them stop. Before long, they seem to be following his movements.
(Insert Thriller Dance joke here)
As he spins on the spot, he turns to look at the group. "What, come back for more!?"He says in that same tone. "Minions, guard me with your magnificent movements."The necrodancer winks as he shuffles behind the zombies, slowly advancing while strutting their stuff.
Johann, looking like he's trying not to laugh, says, "Fiend! We will finish off the horrid undead, and then you are next!" Then he casts Sacred Flame like before.

"Alright then. But you better not try to run off when this is done."
The farmboy turned warrior limbers up his shoulder and prepares to start chopping through zombies like a cord of wood.

Brazzak wipes down his blade as he speaks to Kithre.
"Keep an eye, well...an ear, on the Dancer. If he tries any funny music stuff, let me know and I'll knock him out."

"Let's get this done. I'm hungry."

"Anyone know where we should go next?" asks Johann. He's a bit lost down here.
"no, hay Necro-Dancer do you know of any other undead that may have been down here, not killed by the original party"

He hammed it a little too much.
"Hey, now wait a minnut..."
Brazzak turns to start after the Dancer to apprehend him.
Fully expecting another player to stop him and give a good reason to let him go.
