Seeing everyone readying their weapons Boil grabs his great club with both hands and moves to the side of the door ready to strike if anyone walks out.
Occ: is there a way that we can plan this battle where we can all be on at the same time or at least have actions readied so everyone can attack or have an option to do something before the battle is done. Don’t want anyone to miss out on the fun.😊
Boil looks at everyone ready, holds up three fingers and nods, one finger drops, two fingers up, another finger drops, one finger up, last finger down, fist held high, fist drops…..
OOC: If we can get in without being noticed we might be able to get some useful info. That's IF.
Ariakara puts a hand on Boil's head to stop him from barging in quite yet. She turns to everyone and gestures as well as mouths/barely whispers her intentions to them: Plan A is to try and silently open the door just barely enough to slip through. Plan B, if the door makes noise or is noticed, *then* they will immediately burst in the second it does. She gives everyone an OK and thumbs up sign checking they understand then..
She very carefully, slowly, and gently, moves the door open a tiny bit further listening carefully for any sound it makes or notice from the shop's occupants.
I will say that because of Ariakara’s dexterity modifier, and her expertise in stealth, that she is able to open the door a bit without it making any noise.

At the last moment, Doter delays going inside. He turns back away from the cabin, wondering if this could be a trap. He whispers to Ulysse, "Perhaps someone should stand guard in case they have backup?"
Five cloaked elves appear to have ransacked the shop and are searching through the broken debris on the floor. The furniture, shelves, and front counter have been smashed, and the shop’s wares now litter the floor.
You have surprise round.

How far away are the elves? Are we close enough for a movement and attack?
Seeing the cloaked figures and the condition of the inside, Jahn assumes this is an obvious break-in. They'd produce their axe in their other hand, and rush in once his allies prepare themselves or cast their spells.
Initiative: 21
Considering they're close enough, Jahn would rush-in and attack the closest one with the flat of their axe for a non-lethal attack. (I can reroll if I get advantage)

I’ll say that the nearest one is about 10 feet away, so yes, you are close enough to run in and make melee attacks.

”Me ready!” He whispers.
I will say that there is a sign on the door that says:
Sorry, we are
CLOSED
Listening to the sounds inside the building, Jahn would discern that there are five people inside.

I don’t know if that’s really possible, just because of the nature of PbP…
Anyway, do you guys enter the Antique shop?

Ulysse is towards the back and couldn't quite hear the speakers inside but he shows he's ready and willing to barge in with the rest.

(Are they close enough together to hit all 5 with a Faerie Fire or Entangle?)

Jahn, Boil and Doter, both of you roll with advantage, since the elven bandits are surprised. The same goes for anyone else who plans on attacking.
(Even if your pretty sure your attack already hit, just roll again incase you get a Crit)
