The thing is hiding. The loots in the chest. Perception could help you fi d the rhing, but a loght source would reveal it instantly. Not texhnically out of combat, it could still attack
It's a subterranean cavern, so mostly non-flammable. There's just that one coffer with the skull and that cloak thing you've been fighting, 10ft away the last you saw it. Also Sparhawk. He might be flammable.
(The only light source that Tenebril can "maybe" produce is a Bonfire with the Create Bonfire spell BUT it doesn't explicitly say the bonfire produces any light BUT there are rules for how much light a campfire or larger produces so not sure where the bonfire lands on that. Also Tenebril has Devil's Sight so can see in both magical and nonmagical darkness out to 120ft so he doesn't usually need a light source.)
Sparhawk searches for any further opponents, he battle senses and reflexes, ready to spring into action: (perception 10), ready action: Move and engage with longsword.
It's hurt. It's hiding. You can kill it if you take the time to search for it, or just take the loot.. or not. The ball is in your court. I only asked about light because its got decent camouflage if everything is grey but probably cant hide well if you have color vision, bit no dice. Sp, hidden unoess successful perception. None of which matters, unless you intend to attack it.
<Edit perception 10. Saprahawk doesn't see where it went>

Is there a clear 5 ft space not near anything flammable?

“I’ll keep an eye out for it, someone check the chest for traps.”
to the area Lehrer he last sat the creature
”Stay back and I wont pursue you further.”
Tenebril will start looking at the loot laying everything. He'll look for anything that might be helpful to him or the others.
The coffer is worth 750 gp. It contains ten cracked emeralds worth 100 gp each and a jar of Keoghtom's Ointment.
“Perhaps we should utilize this ointment for some healing.” Sparhawk applies a dose to his injuries. (Total doses: 4,when he applies, 8 healing.
