<Yes, you have darkvision 120ft, and we established sparhawk could make it to the outside in one dash turn, so Tenebril could be vortex warped to a point outside the cavern, now behind sparhawk, who has re-entered to hurl javelins at the dragon.>
Kos will cast Vortex Warp on Tenebril, depositing him safely somewhere just behind Sparhawk and then begin fleeing for safety himself, running past Sparhawk he'll say, "I'm coming! I'm coming! Let's get out of here!"

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
22, reach 10 ft. Hit: 13 Slashing damage plus 4 Acid damage
The cavern pulses with heat and acid haze. Calumnus’s breath still sizzles on the stone, and the echoes of Tenebril’s fall haven’t yet faded.
But Koselig acts. With a flick of his wrist and a surge of arcane precision, he casts Vortex Warp. A shimmering field envelops Tenebril’s broken form, and in a blink, the fairy warlock vanishes—reappearing just outside the cavern’s threshold, safe from the dragon’s wrath. The spell leaves a faint spiral of light in the air, like a ripple in reality.
Calumnus snarls, wings flaring wide. “You delay the inevitable, gnome.” But before he can strike again, a sound cuts through the acid-thick air: the whistle of javelins. Sparhawk has returned.
The bugbear paladin, having shaken off the fear that gripped his soul, charges back into the fray. From the shadows near the entrance, he hurls two javelins with divine fury. They arc through the gloom, trailing radiant sparks. The first strikes Calumnus across the shoulder, embedding deep between scales. The second catches his flank mid-swoop, forcing a grunt of pain and a momentary falter in his flight.
Calamnus, claws outstretched, dives toward Koselig, the gnome who lingered too long. The impact is thunderous. The dragon lands with crushing force, claws raking across the stone, slashing toward Koselig with brutal force. The gnome braces, his shield spell flickering, but the impact lands—sending him skidding across the floor, bruised but alive. Acid spatters his coat, gears grind in protest, but he’s still standing.
Calumnus lifts his head, wounded but triumphant, acid dripping from his jaws.
"Kos, go and heal Tenebril. I'll join you in a moment."
Sparhawk draws sword and shield, advancing to 10 feet and attacks the dragon, allow his friends to move further away.
"You are indeed powerful dragon, but...you are alone here in this dark cave. You will face me and ignore those who flee!" (Bonus action: Infernal Challenge: Charisma 16DC, with shield and spell, Sparhawks ac is 24) He strikes twice (advantage due to Vow of Enmity, and Bless from potion of heroism).
FIrst blow: 16+6 (22 to hit precision attack): 15 damage, Second attack: 28 to hit: 18 divine smite
The cavern shakes with fury. Acid steams across the stone, relics of Iggwilv’s reign lie shattered, and the air is thick with the stench of death and defiance. Calumnus, wings torn and scales cracked, roars in frustration. His breath is ragged, his hoard scorched by radiant javelins. He rears back, preparing one final sweep of claw and fury. But Sparhawk is already moving.
The bugbear paladin strides through the haze, eyes locked on the dragon, his blade gleaming with divine vengeance. His oath burns in his chest, not just a promise, but a reckoning. “You’ve taken enough,” he snarks With a snarl, Sparhawk leaps—his sword raised high, trailing light like a comet. Calumnus turns, too slow, too wounded. The blade strikes true.
It carves through scale and spite, driving deep into the dragon’s chest. Calumnus roars, a sound that shakes the bones of the dungeon—but it’s not a cry of triumph. It’s the death knell of a tyrant. Sparhawk doesn’t stop. He plants his feet, channels every ounce of his oath into a final smite. Radiant energy erupts from the blade, engulfing the dragon in blinding light. The acid hisses, the shadows recoil, and Calumnus, Scourge of the Mire, pretender to Iggwilv’s throne, falls. His body crashes to the stone, shaking the cavern. Coins scatter. Relics crack. Silence follows. Then: a breath. Koselig, bruised but alive, rises from the rubble. Tenebril stirs just outside the cavern, wings twitching. The dungeon, once ruled by fear, now echoes with the sound of victory.
Sparhawk lowers his sword, chest heaving, eyes still locked on the fallen beast.
“Justice... delivered.”
The hoard is theirs. The lair is quiet. And somewhere deeper in the dungeon, something ancient stirs—watching, waiting.
Kos will administer an elixir of healing to Tenebril healing him for 9 hp and 15 temp hp.
"Here you go Tenebril, this is the potent stuff."
After Kos hands Tenebril the elixir Kos will then wait until Tenebril avails himself of the healing and (then if we're out of initiative?) also (next round?) casts Healing Word with a 2nd level spell slot for another (if I can use the new healing word?) 18 hp.
(ooc: and if we are out of initiative, then... )
Kos will also cast Tiny Servant on his little pot bellied tea kettle and have it help him carry stuff and assist in general ways.
(oh and I almost forgot, because of Alchemical Savant my Healing Word spell also gets a +4 hp bonus so that's a bit more healing for you Tenebril)

I would advise you to consider holding on to that 3rd level spell on a servant just now.
The loot is as described. Take whatever you can. I'm not bothering with encumberance. Just let mw know if there's anything else you want to do before leaving this cavern.
Besides the gold and stuff of value are there any obvious magical artifacts of Iggwilv (Tasha)?

The rreasure, un detail: 67 pp, 235 gp, 2,750 sp, assorted gems worth 700 gp, and an ivory case worth 300 gp containing a Wand of Magic Missiles.
Not giving Iggwilv vibes.
At the far end of the cavern from the poont at which you entered, you see there is a narrlw passage ... following it, you are met with One. More. Door. Seemingly identical to the others guarding teleporting halls. But this ine seems particularly important, despite being identical to the others.
Perhaps this is what drew the black dragon to lair beside it.
<subtle as a sledgehammer, this is the boss door. Boss through there.>
