Kos will attempt to cast Vortex Warp on Valindra and remove her from where she is by teleporting her into the iron cage... or better yet since it can be up to 90 feet away from my location how about outside the room by looking out a window.
DC 16 CON save.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
<at character creation this would be why I hoped to get some connections to the previous campaign characters. Tess would have definitely gone through the portal if she saw Tetrevess because that's literally her motivation. Unfortunately, they're out. Same with Sam. Now I note that there is little motive for the remaining pcs to do so, but it is a big boss fight, so maybe the players can find some motivation to do so.>
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I placed Cha!jil on the white pedestal in the dark lake. I say she jumped there, bever touching the water. This still puts her at a distance feom tbe center of the room, where we said Kazit Gul is ~0.707× 120ft ot just under 85ft. Range for turn Undead is 30ft.

The others have noticed somwthing off about their ally Caotain Sparhawk since he emerged from Temporal stasis. During the short walk here his pace was never the same as the rest kf the group, sometimes effortlessly pulling ahead and at others lagging far behind the others, only to tien ip before them again a moment later.
What's more, his mood was hard to understand. Sure anyone would expect him to be grouchy after all that time lost and all the fighting with vampires and such, but from.moment to moment he might be spewing vitriol then positively ebulient. So, ot was only slightly surprising that in the middle of this disagreement about the ownership of the horn, Captain Sparhawk was overtaken with a sense of enchantment and began swaying to the song of the campestri (the little mushrooms lining the feet crossing), his movements becoming increasingly exagerrsted until he was leaping about and doing pirrouettes.
The feywild, in tuen, responds to these powerful emotions, altering itself to mirror and enhance them. All.around the dancing gleeful warrior, flowers begin to bloom. In his trail mushrooms begin to sprout.
There's no telling how long thjs mood will overtake him, but one can't help but wonder how the feywild will respond if Sparhawk's mood suddenly takes a turn for the worst.
<this is a mechanical effect we discussed in pm, combined with a standard environmental effect of the Feywild. The mood swings are unique to sparhawk. But the impact on the environs are global.>
“here’s a unicorn horn- can use this i suppose?”. Tess says, her head still a bit befuddled from the last turn of events. She holds out the horn she still has in hand.
"Don't be silly," Will.says, taking the horn, "its just a piece of wood. I carved it myself. Looks pretty real, if I do say so. Modeled it after Lamorna's." He smiles at his craftsmanship as he inspects the horn.
"I saw you over by the pilzling ring. You trying to cross to the other side? It's not hard. Just need eight people, is all; though, I've seen it done with fewer. Just hold a stick of wood above your head and run in a circle counterclockwise while saying, 'Three turns widdershins, and off we go!'" Will acts this out as he explains.
"Watch out Cha!jil it's some sort of trap!"

<There are no windows, as such, but the mouth if the cave works.>
Declaration: valindra will not use LR.
"...space must be on a surface or in a liquid that can support the target..."
I'm even waiving this bit of text from the spell, because Drama!
1d6 if it's 4,5,6 she counterspell's otherwise she'll try the save 6
she counterspell's the vortex warp.
Cha!jil has literally no idea what is going on but feels confident slotting the shadow-thing, skull and Val into the 'enemy' bracket at this point.
She raced across trying to place herself between Val and the Skull and called upon the Lord of the Deep Jungle.
Action- Turn Undead. DC 14 Wis.
Bonus Action- RAGE!
Cha!jil is up.

I just realized I forgot to post the map here. It's been on imgur for like a day.
(DM: are you posting these pics to the right game?)

I think if all posts for this combat take place on the thread indicates, it will be easier for all the players to follow along.
They did a lot in the last round
<Welcome back to this thread>
(Welcome back everyone!!!)

good to be back!
Nature or arcana or investigstion might all work here. Anyone can do it.
( Got 8 on the Nature Check)

Sparhawk laughs. "Well, that looks fun." He tries it himself, trying to imitate Will's movements. (The paladin, usually pretty stoic, is very jovial.)
Cha'jil frowns in confusion as the boy runs about.
“and where does it go? The other side?” Tess says. 10 arcana (I have yet to make a decent roll!).
