Archimedes flies inside the first abandoned building. The broken sign at the entrance reads "Conyberry Arms." Inside, Nigel can see through Archimedes' eyes what remains of a decrepit smithy. Rusted tools and broken equipment lie scattered, while the forge itself is cold and crumbling. Anything of value has long been taken, leaving only remnants of what once was a bustling place of work. The silence is thick, punctuated only by the occasional flutter of Archimedes' wings.
Archimedes returns and Nigel offers a nod to Drako.
"Let's continue. We at least know where to fall back too. Watch my back and Archimedies and I will find you a target Grikiltha. But you are wise to want make sure."
A mischievous grin slowly graves Nigels face, he is starting to like this adventuring life style. He moves towards building two as his familiar flies off. Nigel slips into his trance again.
Darien tightens his shield straps and positions himself in front of Nigel while the wizard trances, keeping an eye out for threats in the immediate area.
As Drako approaches the entrance to the building adjacent to the abandoned smithy, he can see that it used to be a small tavern. As he questions as to whether they should proceed, he hears the sound of glass shattering from inside.
There are no other signs of activity in or outside of the building after that.
Drako puts a clawed finger over his mouth and gestures at the door to Grikiltha. Unless anyone shows a desire for another path, he's ready to get the drop on whoever is in there.

Pinja readies her short sword in one hand and a dart in the other as she sees Grikiltha sneak toward the building. She takes a deep breath and tries to discern anything by scent. (perception=7) Pinja narrows her eyes, and gestures to Brigax to stay behind her out of harms way. Then she attempts to sneak up to a window near her and peer in. (Stealth=14)
Darien sees Grikiltha and Pinja preparing for a fight, but is unsure of why. He holds his position in front of Nigel as the wizard continues his trance, and the air around him begins to grow warmer as he waits to see what the others do next.
Drako stands at the threshold, the weight of the silence pressing in around him. With a deep breath, he raises his hand and invokes Thaumaturgy. The door creaks open slowly, revealing the darkened interior of the abandoned tavern. An eerie silence fills the space, every sound seeming to be swallowed by the oppressive quiet.
He steps inside, his eyes adjusting to the dim light filtering through broken windows. The air is thick with dust, and the faint scent of decay lingers. As he moves towards the bar area, his footsteps echo softly, the only sound in the stillness. His eyes are drawn to the floor, where a shattered portrait lies among fragments of glass. It seems to be what had fallen from the wall, the glass now scattered like tiny, glimmering shards of history.
Drako's gaze shifts towards the back of the tavern. There, a storeroom stands, filled with empty crates and barrels, their hollow emptiness adding to the sense of desolation. The silence is almost tangible, as if the tavern itself is holding its breath, waiting for something—or someone—to disturb its long-forgotten peace.

From his trance state Nigel sees Drako exit from the building. Disconnecting from Archimedies, Nigel moves to the northwest corner of building 3 and then sends Archie out again.
