Smart  casts Grease. It appears under the Cultist and the Kobolds

Cultist 1: 10

Cultist 2: 15

Kobold: 3

Smart leaps over the railing giving her full cover if she crouches down and partial standing.

Balasar turn

Balasar Breathes in expelling a lighting blast at the two Cultist 

Cultist 1 is prone so disadvantage Roll 1: 6 Roll 2: 19 

Cultist 2 Normal roll Roll  9

Both cultists fail their saves lightning courses through their bodies and they collapse on the ground dead.

Heiberos Turn

Heiberos stays where he is, by the cultists who attacked him. He attacks the cultist with his shortsword, 23 to hit for 8 damage. If that kills him, he will attack the next closest one with this unarmed strike, if not, he will attack him. 12 to hit for 5 damage.

The first attack hits the Cultist is struck in the side but remains up. The second attack kills him 

Next up is Kobold

Kobold 1 will stand and attempt to move out of the grease : 18 

Kobold 2: Will  pull out her sling and try to hit Heieros. Attack: 24 Damage: 6

Kobold 3: Will attempt to move through the grease. He will move north 10 foot out of the building Dex Save: 14 Grease is difficult terrain so he only makes it half way through the grease. Kobold will pull out a sling and attack Evangelina : Attack: 18 Damage: 5

Kobold 4: Will move out of the house North 15 foot behind Kobold 1 she will pull out her sling and attack Balasar : Attack: 18 Damage: 6

Kobold 5: Will stay in the building

Next up is Linen

Lenin has no ranged attacks so she will take the Dodge action

Next up Cultists

Cultist 1: Will attack Heiberos with a Scimitar:Attack: 16 Damage: 2 

Alright next up is Zenfis :

Heiboros stays where he is. He attacks the cultist who succeeded with his shortsword, 23 to hit for 8 damage. If that kills him, he will attack the one that failed with this unarmed strike, if not, he will attack him. 12 to hit for 5 damage.

She casts grease (Dex Save DC 13) on the area I've roughly indicated below. Smart would at least like to include the two cultists right in front of us, the one behind them and the kobold next to that cultist. If the radius can be extended to the other kobolds without including Evangelina, she will do that.

If any fail the saving throw, Smart will shout "And stay down!"

She will then vault over the small stone railing to her left and get some cover if possible.

Reaction: Interception on attack from Kobold 2 vs Heiboros, reducing the damage by 5.

When a creature you can see hits a target, other than you, within 5 feet of you with an attack, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage the target takes by 1d10 + your proficiency bonus (to a minimum of 0 damage). You must be wielding a shield or a simple or martial weapon to use this reaction.

 

Though Balasar is quick to throw his shield arm in the path of the sling bullet aimed for Heiboros, deflecting the shot(mostly?). But in the act of doing so, the shot aimed for him cracks him glances off hard across his snout. "Gah! Son of a--Good Shot, ya Lout! But try that again and see what happens!" He shouted back at the kobolds.

Zenfis will swing his greatsword at the remaining cultist.

Attack: 18 Damage: 9

He'll then move around the grease to be south of the kobold who is in the grease.

Cultists are first. The first Cultist moves to the south of Heiboros and attacks with a Scimitar Attack: 12 Damage: 7

Next Cultist moves in front of Heiboros and attacks with a Scimitar: Attack: 12 Damage: 5

next Cultist will move in front of Balasar and attack with a Scimitar: Attack: 17 Damage: 7

Final Cultist will move up 10 feet and use the Dodge action 

Zenfis is next up

 There were four cultists originally.  Hopefully Zenfis took care of that last one.

Hey Evangelina. I’m dead right now so…

Evangelina casts cure wounds on Heiboros. 7 healed.

Smart concentrates on one of the kobolds in the back, those who stand outside of the grease. She casts mind sliver on them, conjuring in their minds terrifying images of herself, but enhanced a thousandfold. An unetharly vision that would probably disturb even her friends. [One kobold, INT Save DC 13 or 4 psychic damage and -1d4 on next save]

Kobold save: 8

Kobold takes 4 psychic damage/ He grabs his head as pain courses through his mind and lets out a howl. He is still standing. I'm going to say its the first Kobold in line with Smart

Next up Heiboros

oh and his neg to next save is : 3

Ac: Unleash Lightning Breath Weapon on 2 Kobold to the right of Balasar. Dexterity Save [DC 13] to take half of 4 Lightning Damage.
Ma: 5ft East, into Grease section. Dex Save for 14 or fall prone.

If prone, crawling another 5ft east from current position. If not, Moving an additional 10ft east standing.

 "Good on ya, Eva. Now as for the rest of you..." Balasar said as he turned on the rest of the kobolds grinning with electricity once again dancing off his fangs. No further words are minced after that, for instead another deep breath is followed by a blast of lightning sent across the way to fry a couple more kobolds before boldly striding into the grease.

... Even if that meant making a bit of a fool of himself by crawling closer to his foes.
