((Ahhh okay since it's been so long I had to make edits on the map since everything got shifted. Also since what VitusW said, I'll give Heiboros back his sorcerer points and a spell slot because i feel bad that basically everyone ganged up on warp witch Q so attacking it with a second ice knife wouldn't really do much. So I made Cosmos do something else instead of Help to cause more damage on your behalf if that's okay. I can edit it though if you want!))

A lowly maggot squirms on the battlefield. It writhes and withers on the chalky floor. Its eyes are not yet developed, but it can feel. The ground convulses when the shard of ice hits it, near inches from the maggots' prone form. Though it cannot see shapes and faces, the light that reflects off of the ice shards is a sickening purple glow. And its glow is what it will always and only know. It was born in this purple wasteland, and it will die here. Yet that does not matter to it. It only knows one objective, and that is to feed.
"Cosmos! Get the Thri-Kreen on his feet if you can!"
"Huh?"Cosmos looks up from his own feet, having contemplated tying his shoe. It was only a mere matter of seconds ago when the warp witch went away, but it reminded him of always been one step behind everyone else, and what he remembered was that his boot laces hadn't been tied since he and Nyx arrived at the Eckerton Mill, and he was always feeling like he was one foot in this world and his other in another- "Physic Mind Blast!" He shouts, conjuring up some sort of light between his hands before promptly putting his finger to his temples. His faces scrunches face like he's trying to concentrate. A magic missile goes flying out towards the same target. Then another. And then another.
The warp witch cries out. With each hit, its body flickers in and out of existence, almost sucked into the spot where it hit, like the light is trying to drag it somewhere into another dimension. Cosmos wings flutter at the sight of it. It takes him a second to register once more. "On- On it, boss!" he calls out to you, Heiboros. It's not the first time you've gotten this nickname from him, not the 6th time either. You remember he uses it when he's exceptionally nervous. Right now, you're not sure why.
Before he's on it, his face grimaces, he looks between you and Ka-Cha and for a second it looks like he would pick you before he goes dashing off towards the limp Tri-Keen's side.
"Are we gonna talk here like a bunch of little girls at a tea party or are you going to die?" the warlock chides. The witch's eyes narrow at the sight with dismay. "YOU'RE... going to die." Its retort sounds scratchy and distant, like its hissing through seven feet of foam. Its tendrils waver a bit before it calms down. "You're never going to make it out of here..." Its body crackles and distorts in the haze. "We've all tried."
"Listen..."The sounds of the street chatter come back to life. Footsteps across what was once a courtyard. Children laughing. There's water from a fountain still springing. "We didn't." It says in a sing-songy voice. For a second, its eyes go lucid; you could swear there was a glimmer of kindness behind it. "My daughter's tea..."
Then it wails and its arms reach out towards the offending adventurer. Tendilius makes it just in time across the courtyard to get by it. Hooty's noises and constant flapping causes it to cry out in agony.
Reeling from its wounds, one warp witch senses out despite its pain in the next dimension. Its tendrils search out for something. The one who hurt it. It must pay. The witch snakes through in the black and whiteness of this world, all color drained away. Something call out to it. The fountain. It draws near.
"AHHHHHH" The warp witch screams, its sides gnashed with a deep cut from the paladin's sword. It had only been running away when the pirate slashed it. The witch bears its teeth, and its tendrils flicker. "You!"it hisses, "she will miss you."
"Die here. And she will forget you."The witch turns tail and skitters off, vapor trail following behind. "What's left of you."
"What will you show for?"
Its hideous laughter peters out as it finds a new target. "What do you say, birdie?"it chortles. A arrow shoots through its 'skin', causing waves of shadows to be broken off like a drop hitting water. The witch goes silent.
Another voice joins the fray. It was the same one as before who taunted Tendilius. It sees Ka-Cha waking up, its first victim. A guttural growl grows in its throat (or at least if it had one). "You try to play the hero. Make up for your sins. What will it matter?" the witch hisses behind Hadrian's ear. It flinches a bit when the shine of the light goes through from his hands to the tri-keen's body. "If you die, how will she know? Would it be worth it? You left her. That is what all she knows. Even if you come back, some things won't be forgotten."
"I'm not-!"Cosmos suddenly shouts, squinting. He looks doubled-over in pain. "Don't listen to them!"
Then once again it screams. Cosmos tries to cover his ears, he looks over at Heiboros with eyes widened then back at Ka-Cha as his arm extends to try to help him, but the sight of the maggot makes him flinch and he trips. His own shoelaces dragging him down. The pain within your heads makes you feel like you're stuck in a rattle.
Yet Ka-Cha is still standing. Headstrong and healed, he flings a chatkcha at the witch nearest wailing. The witch swallows it down its throat. In less than a second, the blade swings back, slicing through the witch's back, shadows parting at the seems, then flies back towards Ka-Cha, with the witch screaming through it all. From both fronts two witches are wailing. It sounds like a waking nightmare.

"Even if you come back, some things won't be forgotten."
Hadrian doesn’t answer at first. He simply breathes—slow, steady, a long inhale that pushes back the voice's poison with the force of his will. He rises, shoulders squared, his silhouette cuts a dark figure against the pallid glow of magic still pulsing from his fingers, and those fingers close on the sword hilt as he faces the witch.
Hadrian’s eyes burn—not with hatred, but clarity. Hard-won and unflinching.
“Good.” He says, his voice is low, like the rumble of thunder over calm waters. “She shouldn’t forget. What happened, what I did—or didn’t do. It matters. That pain matters.”
“But I am not the one who will die here today. You can haunt my memories all you like… but you don’t get to end it.”
The golden light from his fingers surges upward, racing along the blade like lightning up a mast. It sings as it climbs, as swing comes down on the twisted figure.
(I don't know which one I was fighting but based on the map Hadrian will attack witch A since it's the closest)
Attack: 10 (with great weapon master) Damage: 17
Will use Channel Divinity to add 10 to the attack roll so 20 in total.
If the witch is still standing, will use divine smite for extra 8 radiant damage + 5 if it's undead or fiend.
Nyx winces and tightens his grip on his short bow when the warp witch let out their shriek. In the cover of the shadows, he fires another arrow at Warp Witch Q. Afterwards, Nyx dampens his steps, muffling any trace of sound. He navigates through the darkness, attempting to lose the warp witch's attention.

Since Ka-Cha uses telepathy to communicate he figures he can talk privately among the group, but he tries to be sure anyway. Is there a roll to keep the witches from "hearing" him?
"Do you see that witch? Or the Deliurium in the fountain? I cannot attack her on another plane, but perhaps you can?"
Heiboros glares down on the battlefield, recognizing with anger the witch's effect on his companions. Letting out an angry screech, he swoops through the air, drawing even with the witch S as lightning springs from his hands, sparking through the sky.
Action: cast shocking grasp 25 to hit for 7 lightning damage. The witch cannot take reactions to a hit.
Movement: 25 feet of movement laterally, 5 feet up, to base with warp witch S.
(Bonus Action) Channel Divinity --> Guided Strike --> Add + 10 to attack roll
(Action) Attack @ Warp Witch S with Greatsword for 10 (with Great Weapon Mastery) + 10 (from Channel Divinity) = 20 --> A Hit --> Warp Witch S takes 17 Slashing Damage (Channel Divinity makes it magical) --> Warp Witch S is at 24 Total Damage
(Other) Divine Smite --> Add 8 + 5 (Undead) Radiant Damage --> Warp Witch S is at 37 Total Damage --> Warp Witch S is NEAR DEATH!
Nyx (11/31 HP)
(Action) Attack @ Warp Witch Q with Shortbow (Advantage) 15 --> A Hit --> Warp Witch Q takes 10 + 8 (Sneak Attack) = 18/2 = 9 Piercing Damage --> Warp Witch Q is now DEAD

Wisdom Check against Witches: 15
Heiboros (21/30 HP)
(Action) Attack with Shocking Grasp @ Warp Witch S for 19 + 6 = 25 --> A Hit --> Warp Witch S takes 7/2 = 3.5 = 3 Lightning Damage --> Warp Witch S is at 40 Total Damage
Movement: 25 ft diagonally and 5 ft up (to be a total of 20 ft in the air)
Tendilius (9/39 HP) --> ((I just realized that VitusW has been gone for a while! I hope they're okay. I'm going to bot this round. I'll send them a PM))
(Action) Attack with Eldritch Blast @Warp Witch S for 14 --> A Hit --> Warp Witch S takes 9 Force Damage --> Warp Witch S is DEAD

Encounter Ends! You are all out of Initiative.
Despite the noise, despite the wailing, and in spite of it all...
Like a sailor standing against the saltiness and strain of the sea, Hadrian rises up to the grizzly figure mocking him, fingers cackling with energy. The witch's eyes glaze over with hatred, hissing at the brightness of the glow. But its retort is cut short by the rumble of another voice. Its eyes widen, like caught in the flash between lightnings, along with its body too, which crackles and fractures like the dance between shadows and light during a storm at night.
“Good,” the man says, holding out his sword, aiming at the witch's neck. “She shouldn’t forget. What happened, what I did—or didn’t do. It matters. That pain matters.”
In the midst of the monologue, the witch snickers, slowly it begins to raise its gnarled fingers up to the sailor's sword while its tendrils go around to snake around the boy. Cruel hands form at the end of the tendrils, reaching up towards Hadrian's neck. It mocks a hands up gesture with its front ones while it's about to go-
"GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
The witch screams. Lightning wracks its body as Heiboros grabs the witch from behind and pays back its own trick behind its own back. "Rah," the witch witch huffs, completely sprawled on the ground, looking more humanoid than it ever needed to be. "Rah rah huh huh."
"RAH!" It runs up and lunges forward, about to wrap its hands and grab the poor pirate around his neck.
But Hadrian was much quicker. Golden light surges through his sword, twirling up the blade like lightning up a mast. It sings a song. Liberation. Sparks dancing to the beat. A witch wailing. Reaching out. And dropping to its feet.
Starting from the center, where the blade and shadows meet, its body fizzles out, in a blaze of glory. For a second, between the blackening at the edges and the holy flame that envelopes at that it can see (inward to outward, much like paper to torch)... just for that second, you think... you can actually see a genuine smile on the witch's face. It doesn't last for long. It quickly reduces to ashes at your feet.
"Ka-Cha!"the tiefling cries out. He grunts, nursing his right leg. "Fu... frizzle."Ah, yes, 'frizzle' his favorite choice of non-curse word, as Heiboros knows. "You okay?"
He tries to help Ka-Cha up, but seeing as the tri-keen already got himself up, Cosmos is reduced to trying to act as a crutch to you. Except he ends up staring at your multiple limbs, attempting first at the smaller lower set of arms before the larger, then giving up entirely as he just shelters you with one wing draped across your shoulders.
At the sound of delirium, Cosmos looks up but then squints when he finds nothing. "Where?"He flinches at the sound of an arrow shattering glass across the battlefield. A warp witch cries out in agony. It sounds like someone shaking to death a thousand chimes. He takes a step forward, tempted to go look until he sees the very same warp witch turn towards him. It takes a step towards him.
A streaking bolt of brown and blue energy blasts through and interrupts the meeting. Small skulls line the edges of the blast with mouths clamping on plain air. The warp witch crackles in agony as it fades away, succumbing to the energy that devours it, tendrils turning inward onto itself only to be ripped apart and blasted again.
In a quiet single 'pop', it is gone.
You all earn 3,300 XP !
Though Warp Witch A is not dead yet, I will consider it dead for this encounter's XP. However, it is still interactable...
You see the large estate before you. Outside the courtyard, in which you have entered, is a large fountain (the one with the woman figure with the star hair). Compared to the three other buildings in the courtyard, this one in front of you is the smallest. The rest are too far into the haze to see other than a blurry outline. The fog adorns the rooftops, the purple glow moving upwards slowly like its own aurora caspianus. Dead vines creep up the long disused spires. An open window flutters in the non-existent breeze.
You realize you also don't know where Warp Witch A went.
"Ooho Ooo!" Hooty, the owl calls out before perching on a statue knight's head. The smell of turmeric persists in the air.
((To see more of surroundings and the map, you would need to walk around or roll Perception checks!))

"Ka-Cha!" the tiefling cries out. He grunts, nursing his right leg. "Fu... frizzle." Ah, yes, 'frizzle' his favorite choice of non-curse word, as Heiboros knows.
"Where?" He flinches at the sound of an arrow shattering glass across the battlefield.

Ka-Cha speaks in your minds.
"There's a witch in that building! I saw her because she's the one who possessed me!"
You see the sight Ka-Cha saw, the Witch "swirling" through the door from the ethereal and the "crown" of delirium at the base of the statue
{{Have you already given us the XP or do we do that? I just don't want to level up if I'm not supposed to.}}
