Grabius will stroll forward quickly and say, “Please excuse my friend, she’s a bit naive sometimes. She believes highly of everyone she meets—which is really a good thing... But where are my manners, Hector Nobblebottom’s the name. [bowing low] And who might I have the pleasure of conversing with this day?”
"Aha! Raven it is! Always a pleasure to meet a new face. [nodding again] By chance do you know this town well? My friends and I have come to see the sights that we've heard about for so long and finally mustered up the courage to leave home and visit. Might you have any recommendations for a few new faces?"
"R-reccomendations..." Raven mumbled quietly. It seemed to be not as much that he was aloof, as that he was just not used to social interactions. "Well, there is the magic maze hall, but that's mostly for children, and there is the auction held at Duke Elmsprig's manor, as well as a longship that gives tours to a small island called Ekelsrock."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Grabius seems to press his thumb to 3 of his other fingers in turn while muttering back what Raven said. "Splendid! Those sound like just the sort of intrigue we were expecting to find. Which of those might be your favorite? You seem like a man of good stature and fine taste; how lucky am I to find such a capable fellow! Mind if I warm up this spot?" And I let out a small chuckle and proceed regardless to take a seat opposite of Raven.
Grabius will also try to tell if there's anything more to the information Raven is giving him. While he respects being reserved, he's not against gleaning anything he can from an encounter.
“Aha, the maze...that does sound intriguing...although I’d rather not spend all of our time getting lost in there. Is the auction worth attending?” Grabius looks on expectantly.
"The auction is where some...magical items are given out, if you have a lot of money, not really worth it if you don't." He said, leaning back in his chair. "Ekelsrock Island is two mountains coming out of the water with lots of trees and bushes around them. It's very nice there because of the sand and the way the water looks at sunset..."
Grabius will slide the other drink toward him regardless and lift his glass, expecting Raven to do the same. “It’s the least we can do for such a fine and helpful fellow. Drink with us and enjoy the new friendship!”
I’ll keep my tankard up with locked eyes on Raven, a wide smile across my gnome face, until he finishes the gesture.
Raven reached up and grabbed his mask, before slipping it off over his head. He was a tiefling of course, with black hair down to his chin. He had yellow eyes that resembled those of a cat, and seemed not any older than 20. "Alright..." He raised his glass.
Boxey shrugs. "Not really just curious." She turns and walks back to her table.
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
"How odd..." He looked back at his book.

"My name...is none of your concern." He said. "If you need something to call me, Raven will do."

Zerxius is just sitting back to wall-barely sipping his ale and watching the interactions and the tavern

Boxey goes back to the table and listens, curious about the maze but watches Grabius and his interaction with Raven.

Raven seemed to not really care about the locations was talking mentioning. "W...warm it up...but why would you need to do that..."
Raven looked away for a moment before looking back at Grabius. "I've never been to the maze, but I really like Ekelsrock."
“Aha, the maze...that does sound intriguing...although I’d rather not spend all of our time getting lost in there. Is the auction worth attending?” Grabius looks on expectantly.
”And what is Ekelsrock like?”

"Hmmm...quite intriguing indeed. We have plenty to discuss thanks to these great suggestions. Would you mind if I bought you a drink for your help?"
Grabius will look away and motion to the barkeep for a couple drinks, then put down the necessary silver on the table. (4sp for 2 drinks?)
Zerxius continues to watch the crowd sipping his drink silently

"No...no thank you...Urizz says I shouldn't have more than one drink a day..." Raven said quietly.
Boxey shakes her head from the table. "If anything you should have more than one drink per day."

OOC: Hey guys, sorry I've been busy with work, but I'm at an impasse about what to do or where to go next.
Grabius steals a couple glances to Boxy and Zerxius with a slight eybrow raise as if to imply he's open to suggestions.
Ooc: let's go to our next destination.
