Grin and Tibold - you were the only ones without 'Ready' actions - what do you want to do? Thromkor - Your post #1506 is a pre-post for Rd 2 and I think it crossed with my post #1507 - do you want it to stand?
As the flames flicker out along the shifters body, Grin would scramble backwards as fast as his charred and smoldering body would allow (moving to R6) before quickly drawing his shortbow and letting loose at arrow towards the druid that had nearly killed him. After launching the arrow, The badly wounded shifter would attempt to hide behind the nearby tree as pieces of charred flesh sag and drop from his arms. Stealth 10
Attack: 23 Damage: 7 Sneak attack damage if hit 12
"Those were some powerful words,"he mutters, pointing at Aylbrith as he plays a quiet, low note on his spectral keyboard and casts Hold Person (DC 15 Wis save or Paralysis),
"But I think you'll find my rebuttal elegant in its simplicity: Shut up."

And the Flames of Hell continue to burn brightly! (Late Round 1/Early Round 2) Round 1 1) Grin just manages to get back into the rocks firing his bow at Aylbrith as he does sone and then he attempts to hide (6). 2) Tibold then seeks to present Aylbrith from acting further (DC 15 [Wis] required - 20 rolled) and Aylbrith suddenly freezes - a very uncomfortable thing for what appears to be some sort of fire worshipper - in the spot. 3) Waiting on Cole's saves
Round 2 1) Ingulf sees the arrow spear out of the darkness and hit his colleague but unable to see where it came from he lobs a ball of flame in its general direction (1 - Q5, 2 - Q6, 3, - Q7, 4 - R5, 5 - R6, 6 - R7, 7 - S5, 8 - S6, 9 - S7, 10 - roll again) which lands in 9 and suddenly a bonfire springs into existence illuminating Tibold and the spot where Grin is hiding. 2) Aylbrith tries to break free of Tibold's spell (DC 15 [Wis] required - 7 rolled) but again fails to do so. 3)The bear tries to once again break free of its chain and lunges forward (15). The chain snaps as if it was a piece of string and the bear rushes forward to L8(ish) where it attempt to bite (1-2: Cole, 3-4:Gotrek, 5-6: Thromkor) and (3 - chooses to attack Thromkor [or one of his images >8 required - 1). It bites at one of the images (Attack: 17 Damage: 7) and looks completely surprised when the image disappears into nothingness. The Bear roars in frustration and swings its claws at (1-2: Cole, 3-4:Gotrek, 5-6: Thromkor) and (2) Gotrek (Attack: 24 Damage: 16). Gotrek attemps to duck under the bear's flailing claws only to find that much to his surprise and pain he actually ducks into the claws which slice deeply into his chest and that he is a Maiden Fair as he refuses to dance with the bear - instead he drops to the ground unconscious. 4) Thromkor you're up next - do you want to change your pre-posted action.

OOC: Yeah, I guess I'd better.
Thromkor begins to regret not praying to all the gods he's ignored in the past. He moves south (M8) and holds up his staff, speaking a few words in Draconic. He reaches down and places his free hand on Gotrek's leg. His hand glows briefly, and then the orb at the top of his staff flashes, healing both the barbarian's and sorcerer's wounds.
Cole launches into an flurry of attacks on the bear that just jumped into their midst. (Strike and the double strikes for flurry, dc13 dex saves or fall prone from the flurry attacks)

As Gotrek briefly sees darkness, his inner fire roars when his eyes spring back open as he enters a rage. Seeing the bear he grins as he wildly swings his Great-axe at the Bear (Reckless Attack).
Poohr Bear! 1) Gotrek chops deeply into the bears chest with his axe and as he works to tug it free, Cole takes advantage to launch a flurry of attacks concentrating on the areas he can reach which is not much more than its knees. He then take a flying leap and kicks it in the knee and topples the bear to the ground where it lies unmoving.

Realizing he is sure to be spotted now, Tibold scrambles across the difficult terrain to Grin, where he claps his hand on the shifter's burnt shoulder, casting Cure Wounds (9 hp healed). Then, he stands, waggling his fingers before launching into a fierce chromatic phrase on his spectral keyboard. For a moment, Tibold is surrounded in a brilliant light, and he seems almost to lift off the ground...for a moment, and then the half-elf stops playing, and is back to his normal self. He runs 15 feet west, to square O7.
Tibold, Grin, Cole, Gotrek, and Thromkor all gained 5 temporary hitpoints. They can immediately use their reaction to move up to their speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
"Thanks friend" Grin would say with and exhausted laugh as many of the burns covering his body seem to heal, leaving behind large sections of his body without the thick coating of body hair that normally covered his limbs. A moment later the shifter would quickly move with animal-like speed through the brush as his cloak whips around behind him leaving a small trail of smoke in the dark (He is going to use his reaction to move and then also his move to move to H1) before quickly ducking behind a tree (cunning action to hide 23) and firing another arrow at the druid that had launched the fireball.
Grin only the light brown terrain is normal terrain. All of the other terrain, light green and rocks is difficult terrain. By my estimate you can only get to H2 which is still in the illuminated area. Is that where you want to go to?
(If I cannot get to H1, Grin would duck into M1 or N1... whichever is the most cover and not illuminated. With double move I thought I was good to get to H1 with 60ft of movement but didn't realize there was difficult terrain, my bad!)

1) Ingulf watches Grin disappear into the darkenss, quickly followed by Thromkor going a different direction. He then sees Cole rush at him.
