Gotrek turns to Thromkor and with a slight lisp due to having a few fewer teeth in his mouth, "Yes my friend, some healing would do nicely. That woman managed to give me some bruises that I feel will take some time to walk off." Gotrek then nods in agreement with cole and Tibold. "It would defiantly be worth collecting anything we find, especially if it's not significantly heavy. I am happy to carry some things for the group that we can divide later."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thromkor reaches out and places his free hand on Gotrek's shoulder. The hand glows briefly and then the orb at the top of his staff flashes, healing the barbarian's wounds.
As Gotrek pushes open the double doors he sees stretching away into the darkness a giant Courtyard that is over 100 feet long (east-west) and 20 feet wide (north-south). There is insufficient moonlight for him to determine exactly how long the courtyard is. On the northern wall he can see three statues.
The party continues south until the corridor turns to the right (west). Directly in front of them is a door (south wall), further along on the same wall another door can be seen. Gotrek and Tibold can just make out another door at the end of the corridor but Cole and Thromkor cannot see anything beyond the edge of the dim light from Thromkor's light rock.
Cole quietly opens the door. Whilst the light from Thromkor's Light-Rock is not sufficient to fully illuminate all corners of the room, the moonlight streaming in through the big windows in the south wall is enough for Cole to see that the room he has walked into is 20 feet north-south and 60 feet east-west. Writing desks are lined up under the windows on the south wall and there are shelves on the other walls. Scrolls, Tomes and other written documents plus inkpots and various artistic supplies are scattered on the desks and shelves around the room.
Thromkor enters, very interested in the scrolls, etc. In the spirit of "we shouldn't leave anything behind," he begins collecting as much as he can.
Thromkor grabs every tome (19 in total weighing 3lb each - which is equivalent to a spell book) he can find and all of the scrolls (17 in total weighing 1lb each) he can find. Realising he can't fit them all in his backpack, even though it is largely empty having left his tent, bedroll etc back at the campsite, he looks at the party hopefully!
Gotrek chuckles as Thromkor stuffs as many scrolls as he can into his bag and realises there is not enought space. After having his good chuckle, ge offers to help.
The scroll is entitled ‘Living successfully in an constantly changing, illogical and unappreciative world through the application of moral nihilistic principles’ As Tibold unrolls the scroll further he sees that it starts with the following quote:
Nihilism is not an existential quandary but a speculative opportunity.
To capture all opportunities in such a world a practitioner must …

OOC: How much are you down, Gotrek?

Gotrek nods in agreement with Cole. When everyone is ready, he will lead the group out the room turning right and following the corridor south.
You come to a set of double doors in the west wall.

Tibold nods at Gotrek to open this door.
And that's all I have to say about that.

"More statues," Thromkor says warily. "My preference would be to continue south."
"I agree." Gotrek says leading the way south.

"There is a door," Tibold remarks quietly for Thromkor and Cole's benefit.
And that's all I have to say about that.
Well let’s see what’s behind door number 1. Cole whispers back

Tibold picks up a scroll and examines it.

Tibold sighs and closes the scroll. He does not put it into his pack, but turns to watch the others.
