i would like to look over the scrolls that we recovered from the cultists and try to identify them, and whether they are for wizards or clerics?

Guias, "This type of intersection point means that two different groups on two different paths have merged into a fork. If you notice that there are two groups of footprints leading from this fork and that both groups lead in the combined trail. We must be close to the origin or stronghold, if you will."
As you venture further into the woods, you spot two bandits and a bandit captain guarding the entrance to some ancient ruins.
You all start at 90 feet away and have the surprise.

Jayce casts Inflict Wounds. I rolled a 20 +6 for a 26. There is one rule that I was not sure of. Does a spell get the benefits of a CRITICAL HIT? I think it does, because the damage effect changed to 6d10 after I rolled a Natural 20. After I rolled the damage, 34, the effect parameter went back to 3d10. I will narrate........ Brother Jayce dodges the Bandit Captain's dagger attack after his other attacks fail. Jayce chants a few words and quickly grabs BC's neck, transferring a fast-spreading necrotic disease that soon covers most of the baddie's body.
I believe BC1 is at 0 hp. - If he is simply unconscious, I will disarm him, and ask Guias and Gralden to help me move the bodies away from the ruin entrance and into a nearby concealed area. - I will then tie up BC1, cast SPARE THE DYING and ask Gralden and Guias to ready crossbow and cantrip spell to kill BC1 if he shouts out. - I will then carefully go back to the entrance and retrieve their weapons and remove any evidence that we were there. - Interrogate him - We search BC1, B1, and B2.
The Bandit Captain says, "Why should I tell you anything... priest?" he sneers full of bravado,
Guias and Gralden look intimidating and the bandit captain seems to take in his current situation. "Alright, alright," he mutters. "I’ll talk."
"It's no secret that we are tattooed mercenaries of the Black Fangs," the bandit captain says, "We’re the biggest mercenary guild in the world. We have supporters in every town and we have agents in every campaign."
He points to the ruins off in the distance. "Those cultists are just a gig. We work security for anyone who can pay."
He squirms and shouts, "Now let us go before you get into real trouble."
