Shalech walks past Croak and Isa; checking out the remainder of the house. Opening the door you see two things that immediately jump out to you; many barrels of beer and several shelves filled with any chemical a person could desire. The walls of this room screams alchemy.
Knowing that Han is an experienced wizard, Nathan asks him: "Han, have you ever heard about these spectral wizards? Also, could you please take a look at the traces of necromancy here? You might find something that I didn't see. Eliath, what about you?" Nathan then turns to Isa: "Isa, have we seen everything? Or is there some part of the house that we still haven't been to? Maybe an outside barn or something?"
Han gets up from his seat, and walks over to the fallen chair. He reaches into his pocket, slowly pulling out a long dark spiral curved wand and points it to the chair. He chants a series of arcane words, his eyes slowly begin glowing blue.
After several moments of staring at the chair Han says; "These are the same arcane traces that were left at my brother's place." He turns towards Nathan. "As for Spectral Wizards; never heard of them."
Over the sound of chopping, you hear Isa reply; "The only thing outside is the privy; though you can use it if you need, its clean."
Croak is happy to help Isa with chopping vegetables or moving bags of potatoes and flour. He smiles the whole way, reminded of preparing dinner with his own mother.
"What is your favorite root for magpie pie? I've always used young carrots as they cook sooner than...." Croak trails off, looking for the butter.
Isa finds herself surprised, she had asked Croak in for his muscle, but now she is swapping recipes with the big guy; and he is a doll! She smiles to herself, before calling over to Shalech; "Dear, while you're in there; could you grab a couple bottles of wine from the back?"

Looking at the all the 'stuff' in the room, Shalech set out to find bottles of wine. "Hope you aren't looking for a specific wine.."
Kizori, that view is beautiful. The clouds drift peacefully over the mountains, the wind blows through the trees and over the grass, the noon day sun beaming down on you, warming your shell. Bugs and birds chirping away.
Kizori takes a moment to revel in the glorious site. "I think I might build a hatchery in the mountains." Kizori continues to follow the trail of footprints.
"Han, I will also ask Dar about these spectral wizards, but if he doesn't know anything about them either, do you know of a library or something else where I could look up this type of knowledge? Or maybe another wizard that I could ask?"
The dark areas on the chair, doors and wall, are all the residue of Necromatic aura (for those that can see them). The green dot on the table is the transmutation aura of the jar of colored beans.
Nathan waits for the appropriate time, maybe after Isa finishes cooking: "Thank you for cooking this wonderful meal, Miss Isa! I have realized that as I can detect the aura of necromantic magic that your creepy visitor gave off, I can track where he has been in the house. If you remember, earlier we discussed that the ghost might have been looking for something - well we can all see that the letters are here, but let's just check where I can see the aura, just in case. Miss Isa, before we leave, could you please accompany me, so that we can see where he has been and what he could have done there? I feel something on a wall, do you know what he could have done there?"

"No, any will do I'm sure. Grab it if its something you think you'd like." She calls over the bubbling of the stew.
Kizori takes a moment to revel in the glorious site. "I think I might build a hatchery in the mountains." Kizori continues to follow the trail of footprints.

Han replies; "If they are necromancy in nature, Dar won't know about it. I don't know who would." He adds. "Sorry."
Kizori, you lose track of the trail as it crosses the grassland. The mountains sit another day's travel ahead; the woods, another hour walk.
Update of Isa's House.
The dark areas on the chair, doors and wall, are all the residue of Necromatic aura (for those that can see them). The green dot on the table is the transmutation aura of the jar of colored beans.
Kizori thinks about the tracks a moment, before deciding to carry on. He continues towards the mountains, ever searching for the trail he lost.
"So Miss Isa..." Croak is pulling sprigs off a rosemary bush, "What made this place go to hell? Why can't the townsfolk move on? Why do you remain?"
