Shalech explains to Han, "Dar met the apprentice of an old friend of his. Brightened his mood right up. He's invited guests, had them bring food and now he's having a little party here in his tower.
Vel Marka told us to ask Joran about Surrisk. At least Joran is here. Do you know Joran at all? "
Han blinks. "Oh, that makes sense. I'm sleeping. Um, sure, I know Joran. Young kid, always wandering outside of town. Guess he sells furs or something too." He shrugs and begins laying down on the couch. "Well I'll move on the next dream then"; and he falls asleep.
After some time the smell of food fills the tower and Isa, Jack and Victor come downstairs carrying several trays. They each pass out food, while Jack and Victor are stealing bites between handing out. The trays are filled with likely the best food in the town; sandwiches, pies, beefstew, mashed potatoes and so much more.
Dar says; "I'll check on the drinks." And motions for Shalech to join him in going upstairs.
Nathan turns to Dar: "Master Dar, sorry for asking but is there anything wrong with your brother? Is he sick or did he have too much to drink? He seemed to have been a bit disoriented when we met, and now he has fallen asleep. Is he always like this?"
Croak is not at ease. He is not accustomed to being invited into strangers dwellings, especially strangers that attempted to immolate him just hours ago. The food smells delicious, and Croak has an appetite, but he refrains from eating, keeping mostly quiet.
Dar pauses on his way to the stairs to answer Nathan's question. "You see, Han is incredibly brilliant and one of the most creative people I have ever met; but he is too smart and creative for his own good." Dar leans against the stairway. "He sees too much, too many possibilities, too many paths; and he gets lost in his head. If he can focus, usually from an outside source, he can get anything done. But that is a fulltime job in itself."
As Shalech catches up, Dar starts heading upstairs. The two pass through the doorway and into the massive library beyond. There are countless books here, taking up the whole floor. At a glance it appears that they are all magic related and you have a feeling that this may be the Wizards Guild library in its entirety.
Joran is heading down the stairs ahead, from the third floor, with a tray full of drinks. Upon seeing Dar he gets excited. "Oh thank you sir for inviting me. I know we haven't really spoken before, but it is an honor to be in your residence."
Dar holds up his hand; "Its okay, you are welcome here. Though, we were also curious about something. Do you know if the hermit has moved?"
Joran, slightly confused, replies; "I haven't seen him in a while; but I could check next time I'm in that area." Dar looks to Shalech, allowing the young man to ask any questions he may have.
At this moment Croak notices that some food he set aside, which Isa basically forced on you, is missing. The plate is there but the food is suddenly gone.
Theodore, you notice how amazing the food is; Isa is quite the cook.
To Urselles, quietly, "When was the last time a human, let alone an esteemed wizard, invited you into their home and cooked for you? Besides, I prefer greasy mutton anyway." Croak looks around. hoping no one heard him.
Urselles, you reach out to Eldath, tapping into the essence of nature itself. You feel the familiar touch of your Goddess as her power flows through you towards the food before you. You can sense that it is made with the freshest ingredients and was cared for during the cooking process. Nothing unnatural or deadly can be found.
“Don’t worry it’s fine” Urselles reaches onto her plate and takes a bite of whatever is on the plate, she swallows before continuing “and it’s delicious as well”

Looking at Joran, Shalech asks, "The Hermit, his name is Surrisk? How likely would it be he would help a stranger, if he could? Or would it take some kind of convincing?"
"Surrisk, I think he might have mentioned that was his name at some point. As for helping a stranger? I mean, the guys a hermit. They tend to leave strangers be." Joran takes a drink from the tray and sips on it, clearly confused on the reason of these questions. His arm holding the tray is starting to show signs of strain; and other than a chair, there isn't any place to put the tray.
Shalech takes the tray to give Joran a rest, and tries again, "If I was to go see the Hermit, would he be open to what I have to ask him, or would he just freak out?"

Shalech rolls his eyes and says to no one, "Everyone has their quirks." He then sits and waits for Dar to talk to Joran, or for Joran to come around.

Nature: 18
At the moment, what appears wrong with Han is that he is sleeping through a party; which is honestly a bit strange.
Nathan turns to Dar: "Master Dar, sorry for asking but is there anything wrong with your brother? Is he sick or did he have too much to drink? He seemed to have been a bit disoriented when we met, and now he has fallen asleep. Is he always like this?"
Shalech follows Dar up to the second floor. Is Joran up there?, he thinks to himself while eating the good food being offered
