”Not always, but quite a long time.” Her eyes drift as she thinks back. “I wasn’t a very happy person back in my youth. But one day, I saw a person dancing in a festival with so much joy on his face. He introduced me to Lliira, the goddess of joy, and the first time I felt her presence I knew that I wanted to spread that joy to all I could.”
Kim's smile widens as Renvalm states that he would join. She must truly enjoy the physical exertion. As they exit the inn she turns to him, "So I was thinking of running to the edge of town. I saw a big rock, not quite a boulder, near a small hill. I figured trying to push it to the top a few times would push my muscles to the test. Does that sound good to you? Or do you have a normal routine that you follow?" After finishing this conversation she only lacks another stretch or two which she will surely have time for during his reply. They then two of them could start their journey to even better health.
"Sounds like a excellent warmup Kim. I love to spend time outdoors and this run will let me indulge in a hobby of mine, bird watching. Let's see how many we see while running there." While Renvalm stretches for the run he keeps an eye on Kim to see how she responds to what he said.

“Spirit. In every language in all the Realms, surface and Underdark, in every time and every place, the word has a ring of strength and determination. It is the hero's strength, the mother's resilience and the poor man's armor. It cannot be broken and it cannot be taken away.”
Kim is draw a back when Renvalm says this would be a nice warm up for him. She is certainly impressed that this man has so much strength that this will be nothing more than a mere chance to observe some birds. She gets a playfully wicked grin, almost the same as the Cheshire cat's, on her face and responds, "I bet I will spot more than you."
"We shall see who will be the winner of this friendly contest. I just hope I get to see my favorite bird, the raven. Now than, if you're ready we should begin." Remembering the strange raven he saw her give a letter to back at the cave, he watches her to see if she reacts to the word raven.

Yuri slaps the table with the flat of his hand, "That sounds settled." Looking around the rest of the inn, he furrows his brow. "Has Sildar made an appearance yet? I wondered if he'd know how we go about finding Gundren."
As Ren and Kim leave the inn, they pass a party of 5 men walking into the inn. Two are carrying clubs and the others clearly have daggers on their belts. All are dressed similarly with red shirts. They enter the inn with the door closing behind them. They're now out of sight of Ren and Kim. The others notice the 5 men come in. One of the men, a larger man, approaches the bar and talks with Stonehill. It appears that they are negotiating, but Stonehill does not seem to have the upper hand.
Seeing the men enter the bar and Gramgran interpose herself between them and the innkeeper, Yuri casts a quick glance towards Morpetor. Quietly he unsheathes his longsword, holding it flat under the table, and eavesdrops on the conversation at the bar.
Once the men are inside and out of hearing range, Kim leans over to Ren. "What do you take of them? They look like they could be trouble. I know our friends can handle themselves, but it might be wise to sit near the door and listen to see if we need to interject ourselves. What do you think, Ren?"

Renvalm can only see this as a way to stall and let's his frustration show on his face. He had hoped that she would have said something about the raven when he mentioned the bird. "Very well, if you insist. I guess I'll just get my answers later than." Renvalm will move to one side of the door and listen for any disturbances.

She pulled out her amulet from her shirt, then focused to cast whisper. "I'm sorry, but you said you wanted answers, but I don't recall any questions. Is there something you want to know?"
'Guess I was too subtle', Renvalmthought. Responding, "Now isn't the time but take your mind back to after we awoke in front of the cave. You had sent a message along with a bird. You didn't hide it very well."

"Do you still dance Grandmother, or do you find joy in other things?"
Seeing Morpetor enter the room, Yuri nods a greeting to him. "Morning!"

“This body isn’t what it was, but it is a Joydancer’s duty to spread happiness and joy to anyone who needs it. So I dance at festivals on occasion.”
Yuri smiles, "I'm sure you can still move when you need to Grandmother. We should try to attend the next festival with you. Morpetor, do you dance?"

Yeah. Nothing physical, though the large man is hitting the bar counter with his fist. Stonehill looks defeated.
