Yuri, still bleary eyed, emerges from his room as Kim returns from her run. Shuffling downstairs, he sits, silently eating and drinking until he feels more like his usual self.
Morpetor awakens and refreshes himself with a few splashes of water. He straightens up his papers and spellbook from the time he spent preparing spells for the journey ahead, and places them in his satchel. Grabbing his staff, he makes his way to the inn restaurant and sits with Kim.
He orders a breakfast plate and looks forward to the day ahead.
After praying to her goddess, preparing for the day ahead, Gramgran comes downstairs ready to continue this journey. She gets simple food, thanking the waitress, and eats while listening to the others.
Vah'Lhorn rests as fitfully as ever in the early hours, but fall into a deeper rest as it approaches dawn. He rises after the sun, and though he could hace happily slept the morning away, he still feeling better for the night of rest than he would otherwise.
"I bid you all a good morning. They are a foul time if you ask me but at least bacon exists to offer some reprieve!" Vah'Lhorn orders a hearty breakfast and orange juice, and tucks into it with a vengeance once it arrives. In between mouthfuls, he will ask "So what course of action do we favour now? I see several options, but would hear if you have any others from your investigations before I caught up to you? First we can return to the manor, and see if these bugbears have any information to offer; second, we can venture to this Kragmaw Castle and try to find this Gubdren that you mentioned; lastly we can follow Mirna's path and seek out her village, though I fear that helps us little in the greater scheme of things here."
"I am wanting to fight, so I want to go where the most amount of fighting is. Normally I would say we need to divide forces to cover the most amount of ground, but if we are in for a fight, I want all of us safe. I may WANT to be a loose cannon right now, but I KNOW that is not best."
Kim avoids eye contact with Gramgran during this, feeling she will probably not approve of this fighting mentality. Kim instead looks to Yuri and Morpetor for their insights.
Yuri, feeling a little more ready for the day ahead now he has broken his fast, listens intently to the others.
"I think those bugbears will come to find us sooner rather than later, and whoever this Black Spider is, I'd rather not have his minions lose in town."
He pauses, taking a gulp of water and coughs lightly before continuing.
"After that, we might speak to Sildar, or head out onto the roads around town to find this Cragmaw Castle? I've noticed notice boards with odd jobs around town, might be wecan scout the area while helping a few of the citizens out."
“You May be right, Yuri. If we clear the bugbears out of the manor, we can know that the town is in better hands and that they will not be coming from behind.”
”In the process, we can learn more of the whereabouts of this Cragmaw Castle.”
Morpetor looks around, and asks the inn keepers, “Do you know where we might find Cragmaw Castle?”
Half listening to the group, Gramgran is trying to remember where that dang orphanage has gone. Also worrying about Gundren, as it has been 2-3 days since his capture at least.
"Then let us make our way there promptly." Vah'Lhorn stands following Kim's example, but as he wanders towards the room, he leans over to Morpetor and adds, "I guess we get to clear the place out after all!"
He returns shortly with his gear prepped and ready to return to the manor. "Are we taking the same approach as we have used so far, or is there another way that might suit our needs more?"

the innkeepers tell you, Morpetor, they do not know the whereabouts of Cragmaw Castle. One does offer some information. She introduces herself as Qelline Alderleaf. She suggests that the characters go to the ruined town of Thundertree and consult with the druid Reidoth, who might know the whereabouts of Cragmaw Castle, Wave Echo Cave, or both.
Are you all going back in the same way? Vah'Lhorn remembers the tunnel access from the wooded area just outside of the manor. That path will lead you into the room where the one eyed creature resided.

She does this out of frustration, as if she is completely ready for things to get blood. Most of it is her anger at this organization, however some is still do to her wanting to make sure no one gets hurt again.
Staying towards the middle of the group, Gramgran is just prepared to help anyone that gets hurt, but looks worriedly at Kim as she angrily storms forward.

Yuri readies his shield arm and unsheathes his sword, giving it a few test swings. Thinking back to their fight with Klarg...it was formidable.
He falls in step behind Kim, his jaw set grimly.
Morpetor casts Mage Armor on himself, and follows behind Yuri.
