The barracks contains four roughly built wooden bunks, with heaped-up blankets and dirty dishes scattered about. A strong smell of unwashed bodies and rotten meat fills the air. Three tall, furry humanoids are lounging among the mess, barking orders at a sad little goblin that demeans itself for their amusement. Your sudden appearance causes the goblin to faint (5). One yells out to Kim. "You're not supposed to be in here! Redbrands not allowed in bugbear's room."
They look you over. You're clearly not anyone they met before so they have reason not to believe you. "What orders does the Black Spider send?" The main one looks over at the fainted goblin. "Get him up." One of the others goes over the goblin and gives him a smack across the face. He's jarred away and shrieks out.

"Glasstaff's duplicity has been found out! This very moment he is believed to be held captive by the Lord's Alliance!" Vah'Lhorn moves out to the side of Kim, positioning himself deferentially behind, as a sergeant would intercede for their general. "You will be taking orders from Stormwell, until Glassttaff's tongue be permanently frozen."

“We don’t care about Glasstaff nor took commands from him in the first place. If this is true about Glasstaff, we are leaving here.” He motions to the others to start packing up, which they do. “We took no orders from Glasstaff and we’re not taking orders from you.”
Looking at the group, Gramgran considers what to do, before grasping her holy symbol and casting Spiritual Weapon as a bonus action, and then casting Sacred Flame (DC 13 dex save) as her action. "Let's stop them here! We need to protect the villagers." She'll attack the bugbears, focusing on the first one. The spiritual weapon manifests into the form of a giant hammer with the symbol of Lliira on its head.

As bugbear 1 is hit with the magical flame energy he yells out to the other bugbears. "They are not with Black Spider! Kill them!"Bugbear 1 will take a swing at Kim.

Bugbear 2 and 3 are moving in closer to your group, but will not attack. Instead, they will ready an action.
As bugbear 1 swings at Kim she quickly shifts her weight on her heels, ducks and swings around. During her turn a ice ball starts to form, then she thrust it at his chest casting Ice Knife (level 2).
OOC - Sorry, but if you can roll the attack for me and if they fail the DeX save, they take 3D6 cold damage as well.
OOC2- My thought on her attack was kinda inspired by Naruto's rasengan if anyone knows what I am talking about.
A beam of blue energy crackles through the air and rest upon the bugbear that is engaged with Kim. Morpetor furrows his brow as he concentrates on making this spell last.

Yuri peels from Kim's side. Approaching Bugbear 2, he keeps his shield raised, then suddenly opens his body up, bring his longsword down in a long, diagonal slash.

Vah'Lhorn will engage the bugbear that took a swing at Kim, moving up to it after her icy spell has frosted the area. If possible, he will engage Bugbear 1 on the side away from Yuri's engagement with Bugbear 2. He swings his longsword at the furry creature, trying to distract it's attention from Kim.
Seeing the first bugbear die, Gramgran will move her Spiritual Weapon to the second one and attack for her bonus action.

Gramgran strikes down bugbear 2 with her magical weapon. The bugbear falls into a limp pile of fur. Bugbear 3 will attempt to resist Gramgran's hold, but is unable. Bugbear 3 stands there, wobbling in a little circles. 15

Vah'Lhorn will walk up close to the Bugbear, staring it in the face as it struggle's against Gramgran's magic. Speaking slowly to the Bugbear Vah'Lhorn says "Wave... Echo... Cave...". He raises his blade and strikes at the Bugbear with an intent to knock it unconscious.
The bugbear's facial expressions do not change as you slowly talk to him. Vah'Lhorn thumps the bugbear on top of the head with the flat part of his blade. The bugbear's eyes go crossed, but he still stands, unable to move. He sways a bit more and looks rough.
Vah'Lhorn will use False Life (5 temp hp) on himself, and flanks Yuri, a step behind Kim, ready to rush the room.

Morpetor's blue energy will streak past the bugbears and shatter against the wall.
Yuri's sword comes down but is unable to cut through the bugbear's natural hide.
"Me no pawn!" the bugbear yells back blocking the attack from Vah'Lhorn.
