The keep has a sally port along the west wall for counterattacking foes who bring a battering ram against the gates. During the night while characters are in the keep, raiders approach the old gate, force it open, and rush through. Escobert discovers them and races into the courtyard to sound the alarm ahead of the infiltrators.
Escobert tracks you down, "I've got enough defenders to deal with the immediate threat from raiders loose in the keep, since it’s more a probe that got out of hand rather than a full-scale assault. Can you three deal with the forces at the sally port directly?"

Piotr gIves a strong “yes.”. He has learned that shooting people is not so different than shooting animals but he does have a tinge of emotion since clearly those he shoots had families once as well. However, he is here to protect the families of Greenest rather than those that are attacking it so that tinge is no particular bother.
You make your way down to the keep courtyard and see a group of 3 cultists, 3 kobold and an ambush drake guarding the sally port’s 10-foot-by-20-foot ready room against exactly this type of counterattack.
Roll initiative:
The Range is 15 to 30ft from the party.

Acolyte B chose to bless three of the creatures facing the group. Acolyte C healed the ambush drake for a good amount of damage that Pax did to it. Then Ven had a hard choice to make and cast Thunderwave at 4 of the creatures. Killing the two kobolds in melee with the group and the Acolyte that healed the Ambush Drake. The drake did take some damage, but shrugged off some of the Thunderwave it seems.
Still in the fight are K-B, A-A, A-B and AD against the three heroes. Will they be able to fight them off.
Piotr has init: With no melee creatures for the moment.
The enemy is between 15 - 25 ft away from the Heroes.
Piotr shuts out the noises of the fights taking place both near and far to focus on the drake. A drake isn’t that different from a wyvern, and his lucky shot against a wyvern years ago is what started him down this path. He smoothly pulls back the string and releases it to hear a thrum and a whoosh.
Thanks for the song! Almost fully healed now. And nice going CQ!
This weekend might be rough. We'll see though.

Piotr lets loose the arrow and it strikes true barely. It gets a soft spot and nearly drops it.
Kobold B flees in terror 60ft to the southwest then the Ambush Drake follows too.
New Round 3.
A-A dashes 60ft to the SW also joining the other two.

Cast Eldritch blast to hit AA 14. Damage 9 (force)
You move 30ft max and still able to cast/attack. You get 40ft from AA having to move to avoid AB on your way out the sally port.
AA drops like a sack of potatoes.
AB goes and then Ven and Piotr
AB runs after the other two and passes goes over the creek to the edge of the woods.
