Dervish will use his daggers twice more on the HGC (attack 16 damage 12) and (attack 15, damage 11) before doing a Bonus Attack of unarmed strike (attack Nat 20, crit 14).
Upon seeing the lizardfolks attack his companions, Piotr is disappointed in their poor life decisions and decides to eliminate them starting with L-B (attack 15, damage 14) and (attack 16, damage 12).
Devish's first attack strikes true, but it's still standing. The second attack kills it and falls on Dervish being under it the big beast as it slams to the ground with Dervish under it. HGC Dead

ooc - Rough... Chael is still standing with 28 hp. If the crab isn't dead, he will target it with his attacks until it dies. Then he will focus on the remaining lizardfolk, hoping to leave one unconscious rather than dead. And he will move away from any unconscious lizardfolk so the Radiant Consumption won't kill them.
Divine Fury (radiant): 6 plus 1 if the first hit crits.
Celestial Revelation (radiant): 3
Bonus Action: Attack:19 Damage: 9 (bludgeoning)
End of Turn: 3 radiant damage to any enemy not unconscious.
Reaction: Aoo on any enemy that tries to get close to him or run away.
OOC - Got this out of sequence revising here then adding Dervish and Piotr in
Chael kills the Huge giant crab with the grapple released he moves to the 2 remaining Lizardfolk. The surrendering L-B near Piotr is clearly in place so Chael focuses on them. L-E and L-G with L-G crippled.. You kill L-G with the first stike and injure L-E and by moving away from Korvir and Dervish the radiant consumption doesn't affect them.
The combat is over once Chael's bonus action finishes off L-E.
Combat over.

Dervish gets out from underneath of the Huge Giant Crab, as Chael kills the Huge Giant Crab. Dervish looks around and there are no active combatants and looks to see what is on the creatures. Piotr seeing the surrendering Snapjaw ask to help holds off shooting the critical creature.

Piotr stows his longbow and pulls out his shortsword and speaks to the lizardguy. "Smart choice to talk. What do you have to say?"
Dervish pulls out his Adamantine Dagger and attempts to remove the band from one of the crab's pinchers. "Glad you are on our side," he tells Chael.
The copper band is worthless as a treasure, as the magic is keyed to this crab unfortunately. Pax sees that it falls into the school of Abjuration.
Snapjaw will help you all. You help Lizardfolk deal with Bullywags I can help get you through traps and get more allies to help. Here is what I know.
Over a century ago, a half-elf wizard built a castle at the edge of the Mere of Dead Men. He lived there a relatively short time before the growing swamp flowed past the castle on all sides and made the location too remote for even his taste. After the structure sat abandoned for years, a group of astrologers called the Academy of Stargazers claimed it. They built an observatory into the top level of the keep, where they installed a piece of magic equipment called the farseer of Illusk. But the astrologers vanished mysteriously after a few years.
After the disappearance of the astrologers, the castle again fell into disuse. It was built to withstand its cold, watery environment, so the encroaching water hasn’t undermined the walls or flooded the dungeon. Over decades of abandonment, however, it filled with debris and attracted many unpleasant dwellers. Then Rezmir happened upon the castle on one of her trips into the mere to study and negotiate with the black dragon Voaraghamanthar. Rezmir suspected the castle could become a useful stronghold for her, being located so conveniently close to the lair of a black dragon. She explored the structure, cleared the giant spiders out of the tower, and forged an alliance with the nearby tribe of bullywugs.
During that time, the half-dragon was still thinking of the castle simply as a fortified hideout. When she discovered the portal in the dungeon and learned that it connected to an abandoned lodge in the Graypeak Mountains, a new thought took shape. Lugging large amounts of treasure fifteen miles through the mere would not be easy, but if it cut 700 miles of wagon transport out of the picture, it would be worth the difficulty—especially if bullywugs and lizardfolk did all the hard work.
Through diplomacy and intimidation, and by leveraging the influence of Voaraghamanthar with the monstrous creatures of the mere, Rezmir created an uneasy alliance in the Mere of Dead Men and brought her vision into reality.
There are three factions at the castle, Cultist, Bullywugs and Lizardfolk. You help get rid of the other two we help you. I have seen a Red Wizard and some is a half dragon female Rezmir and two twin adult black dragons Voaraghamanthar and Waervaerendor.
Thats all I tell you for now. You help me now and I help you get to Castle and figure stuff out.
Piotr will take the Goggles of Night Vision, one Potion of Heroism and one Potion of Greater Healing. Dervish will take one of the two Wraps of Unarmed Prowess, one Potion of Heroism and one Potion of Greater Healing. They both have Cloaks of Protection and Bags of Holdong so are happy for others to take them or to sell them.
ooc - Chael will use Healing Hands on himself and recover 9 hit points. I mentioned what he took and wanted from the loot in the private chat.
Healing Hands. As an action, you can touch a creature and roll a number of d4s equal to your proficiency bonus. The creature regains a number of hit points equal to the total rolled. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Chael barely registered Dervish’s compliment—his attention was elsewhere. Wading into the water, he sought to cool the fire coursing through him. Pools of light spilled from his eyes, each drop dissolving into the surface below. The white freckles across his face blazed like distant stars, and beneath his cloak, the golden symbol on his chest smoldered in muted brilliance. A faint halo hovered above his head, fading slowly as his body cooled. At last, the light dimmed. With a soft sigh, he stepped from the water just as the lizardfolk began their tale of Rezmir and the twin black dragons. To Chael, it sounded more like someone hoping outsiders would rid them of both bullywugs and cultists. Still, the mention of a red mage, and worse, two adult dragons, weighed heavily even on his unshaken resolve. The threat was undeniable.
Chael’s voice was calm, deliberate, and resolute as he addressed the lizardfolk.
“You will lead us to these bullywugs once we have rested. But first—we need clarity. Are we to strike them down without any of you kin's assistance? Will the bullywug tribe be close to the tower you mentioned? We need to prepare if we are to deal with them, and taking on two factions at once will prove difficult even for us if we are not ready.”

Take what you want, we rest.

Before Piotr shoots L-B says in draconic and broken common, "want to help” and “talk alone. Name is Snapjaw.”
You can still shoot or pivot to target L-G or L-E.
