When it is his turn, Piotr resumes shooting with his longbow at the LS (attack 18, damage 14, slow) (attack 21, damage 15, slow) (Colossus Slayer damage 2)
Colossus Slayer: Your tenacity can wear down the most potent foes. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, the creature takes an extra 1d8 damage if it’s below its hit point maximum. You can deal this extra damage only once per turn.

Piotr's hits with the attacks, it just doesn't seem like they're very effective for some reason. The slow seems to be effective though.
(Is he dead. Or need to make death saves and we have a few rounds to bring him from 0hp to positive hp)
The creature killed him with an attack when he failed his grapple check and was embraced. That would have removed his death saving throws. I'll double check things, but that is probably how it will go.. Pax will make another save here shortly.
Pax needs to save as the harpoon retracts, and you get embraced by the beast. Wis save DC 15 or take 18 psychic damage or save and take 9 psychic damage.
Dervish chokes back a cry of frustration and sadness when he sees what happens to Ven. He also sees Pax in trouble, so casts Cure Wounds (+17hp) on Pax. Then he gets to work on the LS, attacking it with his Adamantine Dagger (attack 15, damage 14 since any hit with this weapon is a crit hit), uses a Focus Point for a Stunning Strike (used 3, 2 left) then uses another Focus Point (1 left) for two unarmed attacks (attack 25, damage 7) and (attack 10 or 27 if ADV on the attack, damage 10) .
For the Stunning Strike, the target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target has the Stunned condition until the start of your next turn. On a successful save, the target’s Speed is halved until the start of your next turn, and the next attack roll made against the target before then has ADV.

OOC -You are doing two actions here. Magic action to cast cure wounds. Attack action to attack LS. You can't do both... I looked over your sheet you have an option available.
You can cast a cantrip at LS (Sacred Flame or Poison Spray), you are in range, but LS might save for no damage or be immune either of them and those are Magic action things. You have a spell called Healing word a Bonus action Lvl 1+spell which is legal since you can cast cantrips with a level spell as long as one of them is a bonus action and the other an Action.
So, you'll have to pick here.
OOC - None of the Familiar are helping so no one is getting advantage on attacks. That's ok just saying. It does put them at risk.
Ven Base roll 24, Dex check to avoid grapple and the save after the grapple and psychic damage DC 15 still on this on also.
