ATLAS will notice three suits of Animated Armor in this large round structure supported by columns. Opposite the entrance appears to be some kind of clock attached to a wooden cabinet, flanked by two larger wardrobe-like cabinets.
You perceive something odd. Two of the Animated Armors are hovering over a strange looking something on the floor. One looks lighter in color than the other. The design almost appears like petals on a flower but far more compact. The third Animated Armor moves closer to the party.
The man behind the counter says, "Please do not touch anything. My guards are ordered to kill anything that does assuming one to be a thief."
"I can understand you!" Khessa smiles at Atlas' confession (well, in truth, she suspects that the other's interest may only be faked... but 'the other' is still a friend who fought for life and death at her side, so she immediately tries to support him - or at least to spare him trouble) "My first contact with the arcane arts was unpleasant and traumatic, but despite this, over time, I couldn't help but become passionate about them... So mysterious, complex, fascinating..."
The blonde arcane warrior also turns to the shopkeeper, to reassure him: "It's like my friend says... Ours is only deep fascination... After all, have you ever heard of a Flaming Fist patrol robbing a shop?" and she shows the badge, as further proof.
Once Elias has his package in his hands, the tall adventuress, slightly disappointed at not being able to see anything of the contents, is ready to leave the shop... And once outside she suggests: "Well... shall we head to the Bathouse as the next destination?"
[[ OOC: The idea of inspecting the outside of the Bathhouse was to do it in daylight... so I'd say we go there as soon as we leave the shop. Will it be late morning? Or early afternoon? And besides, we didn't want to inspect in person but just 'pass by' and, if we saw windows or other places to peek inside, let Percy peek. ]]
thank you good sir. Oh, before I go, what's the going rate for a potion of healing nowadays? places the package neatly in his pack. oh, and a magical bag, I believe they go by the name bag of holding?
The man behind the counter in very recognizable mage clothing, eyes ATLAS and KHESSA and simply smiles. He then responds to ELIAS, "Potions of Healing are our best sellers. I can't tell you how many times bleeding customers have come in for a quick fix. I sell them for 50 gold pieces a vial. Bag of Holding did you say? Yes. I believe I have one left. Quite handy they are. Fifteen pounds of weight will hold five hundred pounds of content. I will sell you my last one for 500 gold pieces."
Later at the Bathhouse during normal business hours, Percy will fly around the structure, but will not be able to peer in. The windows are all of stained glass and somewhat opaque. ATLAS will recall that the light streamed inside creating colorful patterns on the blue marble tiles. The stained glass offers a degree of privacy to those bathing within.
Once we pass by the bath house I'll pull my book out with the layout of the building in it, can deduce that the secret door opens to an interior room or more likely a stairwell?

Too small an area to be a room, likely stairs heading down.
Looks like our concealed door might lead to a stairwell. I recall talk of rats in the sewer system and I'd be willing to bet this city has a rather extensive sewer system at that. Would be a good place for a death cult to setup shop. Anyone know anything about waterproofing boots?
"I'm not an expert on the subject, Elias..." Khessa admits "But I bet the Cultists don't like footbaths in sewage either. There's probably a path that allows them to reach their base without having to get dirty".
"It would also be a measure of secrecy, as well as hygiene..." the blonde arcane warrior continues to think aloud "If they were forced to dirty their clothes and boots with mud... or worse, they would be much more likely to leave traces of their passage. No, I'm confident that they will know a relatively clean path to and from their lair".
Smiles at the blonde warrior mage, well then mi'lady, in your sound judgement I shall trust, but as for my nose, he waves his hand before the group, a small quill suddenly appears in hit, and with a swoosh of his wrist the air about them sudden smells like fresh baked bread, I'll have to trust in the arcane. After a good laugh and a lively walk back to the inn, guess we should all try to get some rest before our outing?

"Could also just be a dungeon below the bath house. We're not sure where those stairs lead. I believe that regardless of the options, we'll be going in blind."
Alan will look at the young Wizard, "It is two gold pieces a night for our fancy room. It does come with breakfast." He will look at the young Wizard, "Do you have such coin to spare?"
thank you kind barkeep Alan and no I don't, digs four gold coins from his purse and places them on the bar, however, my desire for the comforts of home outweighs the purse and good sense. I've got the basic room for one more night, would it be ok if one of my companions slept there tonight?
Alan will look at the young Wizard and gives him a fancier looking key, "It is your room for two nights. We will charge you for any additional damages. We don't care who uses it." (Tavern map updated. E9)
Approach Khessa, handing her the key to E12, a lady should have her own room. Turn to the rest of my mates, there should be room for us in E9, plus a place to stow our backpacks. If you'll excuse me, I'm going to study and catch a nap. head up to the room.

“You’re absolutely right, Atlas” Khessa is forced to admit, smiling. “About both the dungeon possibility and going in blind — whether we like it or not, it doesn’t seem like we have any other options right now”.

Khessa is once again taken aback and flattered by Elias's attentions and her blue eyes shine with gratitude as they stare into his: "You're always so kind to me... Since I had to start my career as an adventurer, there have been very few occasions when I could enjoy a bit of privacy..."
"However," the blonde arcane warrior smiles at him "in addition to privacy I also appreciate good company... In the moments when you're not sleeping, if you want us to study magic together again, you're always welcome!"

"My apologies, I was just admiring your shop. I'm not really immersed in the world of arcana but it always intrigued me."

If he seems to not believe Atlas then he will say, "I'll just wait outside..."

Does Percy notice a window that seems to lead to the secret area?
No.

Once we get back to the inn I'd like to see the barkeep about upgrading my room to the fancy one if it's still available, for tonight and the next,
