Sampson snaps out of his idle state and bursts into the fray! Divine light seems to glow dimly off of him as he moves more swiftly than before!
Action 1 : Dash 45 ft to the right Bonus action: Cast Mass Healing Word, restoring 8 to all allies within 60 ft.
Action 2: Cast Toll The Dead on the Half Dragon Drow. DC16 Con Save or take 13 necrotic damage.
Bonus action: Healing Word at 1st level on Zylborin. He will regain another 6
Action 3: Cast Toll the Dead again at the Half Dragon Drow. DC 16 Con save or take 13 necrotic damage. If the half dragon is dead, Sampson will target Drow 2
(Not sure why the damage is so showing as so high with the first casting of Toll the Dead. It says it rolled a 7 and 6, but is showing 21 damage lol.)
(Edit) (My bad, I think my computer is just being super slow. I think I actually got lucky with those damage rolls. Now to see if the enemies fail their save lol) (Second Edit) (I realized I said it was a CON save instead of a Wisdom save, my bad.)

Finn took a swipe at half-dragon as she moved, only to receive a face-full of acid in response. He quickly brought up his oversized blade to block some, but not all of the corrosive liquid. (( He'll take 13 damage. Concentration save of 15 vs DC 10 was successful, via the character sheet. ))
"You're gonna pay for that," he sneered as he moved to close back in with the miscreant, now choosing to curse his foe with additional magic from his patron. He felt weakened from the poison as he swung, but was determined to finish the half-dragon off.

Sampson casts magic at the half dragon while Finn and Dain sink their weapons past the armor, all of their attacks except for Dain's second attack landing hits.

I forgot to take out the +4 and change it to a +0 when using a the Drow's WIS Save instead of a Drow Elite Warrior WIS Save, which makes that actually a 13 which is a failure and sufficient to kill Drow 2.
Through magic, greataxe, and oversized sword the party is able to defeat the drow as they fall to the floor. Some acid still drips but the battle is over.
Out of initiative
In the room of the Drow you're able to see shelves to the East in what looks like an experitmental workshop of sorts. To the West are cushions laid out, looking like trance resting spots for the drow. And to the South a bit of a webbed off private area.

Finn breathed a sigh of relief, as healing energy washed over him. Floating back down to the ground, he finally took a good look around at the area they were in. "Surely none of this is important?" he asked as he made his way over to the eastern bookshelf and examined its contents.
Psalm moves to the cushions, plops down and kicks his feet up and stretches."If all you brainy types are gonna go book shopping, mind if I kick up my feet a moment?"

Assuming he can’t do anything about the poison, Dain carries Zylborin onto one of the cushions and hopes he’s comfortable before passing out in a chair like a an overworked dad.
Psalm is digging through his pack for some jerky as Sampson wakes Zylborin up. He gives a bemused smile when he sees the dragonborn stir. "Oh, hey! You're not dead! How 'bout that?"
He stuffs a piece of jerky in his mouth and offers the other to the dragonborn. "Jerky?" He asks.

As Sampson brings Zylborin back to the land of the awake while Psalm and Dain kick back on the cushioned chairs, Finn takes a gander at the bookshelf.
He's able to see a collection, primarily written in Elvish and Draconic. Within the images he sees depictions of poisons, bestiaries of creatures including specimens like quaggoths and otyughs, in addition to depictions of half-dragons with notes scrawled in the margins. Finally another book seems to be an atlas of sorts with maps of regions Finn would have never seen before, perhaps what lies beyond the mountains?
